Noisy, decrepit hotel. Mold in sink. The fitness room was a joke. Avoid this dump. Also, rude staff. When I asked for an envelope, I was told to go to Walgreens. When I asked for change (to tip the staff) I was told they don’t have any. Never again!

Valet parking damaged my Lexus - scraped and dented on passenger side. Maid banged on my door the morning of checkout, even thought I had ‘do not disturb’ sign out. All the doors to rooms slam and shake the walls. Otherwise nice. Repairs to my car will cost a full insurance claim and deductible.

The staff was great especially Malcom and Carl if it wasn't for them I would have given 1 star. The room smelled bad couldn't put my finger on what it smelled like but it was not good. Housekeeping sprayed air freshener. The bathrooms have no ventilation so everything stays humid and wet. The bathroom morror was peeling away from the glass frame. Worn enamil in the tub was covered with touch up paint. The comforter had holes and was stained. We slept without it the first night and asked housekeeping to change it the next morning when we saw them as we left. They did not change it they remade the bed with the same stained holy comforter. The icemaker on our floor didn't work we had to go to the 14th floor just to get ice. All around the front desk/lobby staff was really kind but the desperately need to fix these rooms for the money they are asking.

This hotel was perfectly located for our touristy adventures. It wasn't very quiet but that was expected and I wish they had a mini fridge in the room for our leftovers. My only complaint was when checking out the clerk wouldn't give us our complimentary water bottle because she said it was done at check-in...but it wasn't. So basically she was calling me a liar without saying those exact words.
