Noisy, decrepit hotel. Mold in sink. The fitness room was a joke. Avoid this dump. Also, rude staff. When I asked for an envelope, I was told to go to Walgreens. When I asked for change (to tip the staff) I was told they don’t have any. Never again!

This is probably the 4th time I’ve stayed here. The valet parking is great. The rooms are nice and stay real cool. It’s very convenient to canal street and cafe beignet.

For the money I paid along with surcharges there should be two water bottles given to the guests for each room. Depending on how manyadults are staying in the room There should be microwaves in the rooms too.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's so nice to stay somewhere that has staff that smile at you every time you walk in the doors. Our room was very clean and had none of that old stuffy smell a lot of hotels have. We booked a deluxe king room that put us on the top floor with a view of the river, which was an unexpected bonus!
