I had the handicap room 1116. There was no refrigerator or micrwave. The shower head was loose got the floor outside shower area wet everytime in use. Head board on bed dirty. Will bot recommend handicap room.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Location is perfect for walking to French Quarter. Quick ride to Frenchmen or Bourbon streets. Also only about 15-20 minutes from airport. Comfortable beds and of course liked the in room fridge and microwave

We did 4 nights took them forever to clean the room and when they finally did, they did not restock toliet paper or pick up the used towels. The staff said the right things but with F U tone. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is very central which is nice, however the hotel could do with some repairs/ updates. Elevators were broken/ very slow, AC was loud and not very efficient, there was a hole in the bedroom wall.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The experience was horrible. The staff was very nice. The hallways seemed like mold. They did not have the ac on in the hallways or the elevator. The rooms were outdated. The room we had definitely did not look like the pictures. I would not recommend nor will we book again there.

Chose to stay at this hotel with a family of five. We got rooms right next to each other with a shareable door. It was very convenient and everything in the room was working fine. The a/c was fine, the room was fine. We loved that there is a security person at all times, all day and everyone was very nice. My family enjoyed their stay. The outside is a bit questionable simply because there are many buildings throughout the city that are abandoned and people tend to hang out around there, however, the street is NEVER empty. It is very convenient to walk towards the main streets in either direction and since this is NOLA, there are people walking outside at all ours. We didn't get to use the pool, but when checking it out, no one was there so that would be a plus at a certain time of night. I would stay here again.
