All went smoothly. No problems. Good location xxxxxxxxxxxxxccccc

Great location. Parking quite pricey. Rooms OK but not outstanding. Could have used a trash can in room.

1 block over from Bourbon Street. Very safe had to show our room card when coming in after 9:30pm & elevator only works by swiping your room card. Room didn't feel cramped. All the staff we encountered were friendly & very helpful. Very short walk to trolley stop that can take you all over New Orleans and down the river walk to the French Market & Cafe du Monde. Would highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, noisy out front, rooms are nice but not super clean, carpet was in need of cleaning, shower had a leak, shower products were not replenished as needed. Not what I expected for the price. If you want to be close to Bourbon St. it's okay, but if I ever go back I'll stay somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable facility near Bourbon St, which unfortunately brings 24 hour noise...people yelling at each other, cars doing burnouts, sirens, and our room even had a courtyard out back which served as a nice location for arguments between other guests at 3 am. Hotel facilities were otherwise solid, but if you're looking for a place to recoup after a day on the town, this isn't it.

Great location! Within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter and the riverside, and within a 5 minute walk to the St. Charles streetcar. The staff were excellent. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and could have used some extra counter/storage space. The air conditioning was really loud. There was security personnel in the hotel lobby in the evening, and the elevator required your room key to access your floor. Some of the hotel floors were dedicated to parking, and it seemed like anyone can get on and off the elevators on those floors, which seems to reduce the effectiveness of their other security measures. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. The hotel has excellent security and the staff is very helpful. It is in a great location in the French Quarter. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room averaged $165.00 daily plus tax. But there was no refrigerator or microwave, even though there is rom for both. Not acceptable. On the positive side, the room and halls were quiet, the elevators efficient, the linens abundant. Also, no breakfast included and the food in the restaurant only average, but pricey. Front desk could have suggested nicer breakfast cafes than those next door, which were tiny and crowded. They were, however, quick and affordable.

Great location, hotel was very clean and. Only disappointment was the food from the hotel was cold when it came up for room service

Wonderful! Great location and room with a view of the Mississippi river

Great location in the French quarter. Bedding was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because our room wasn’t fully stocked each day. Small stuff, but not perfect.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at the Wyndham French Quarter. The location was perfect for walking everywhere, the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming, the building was safe, and the shower was the best at any hotel I have ever stayed at! There is a polite doorman who opens the doors and greets you when you leave and enter. They lock the main doors and have you enter through the garage entrance after hours and then have security check your room key to make sure you are a guest and not someone off Of the street. Everyone was friendly and constantly asked how we were enjoying our stay or what fun things we had planned for the day. We originally wanted to stay in a smaller more local feeling hotel during our time in NO, but after experiencing the Wyndham, I would have no qualms about staying there again. Great people, great price! We highly recommend!

Close to many restaurants, bars, shops, trolly. Don’t bring your car - parking on site at very high price. We had a water leak from the room above in the bathroom at 6:30 am. Dripped above toilet for 30 min. Staff tried to fix and offered us a new room. Finally resolved when upper room vacant. Our room 905 March 2018

Very helpful staff making check in easy. The room was really nice, clean, functional and with fine amenities. The only thing missing for me was outdoor space or a larger lobby to have group meeting spots. But it could not have been a more walkable location for the French Quarter and the business district.

Stayed for 2 days- in my opinion, the beds and pillows are good, the bathroom is small and doesn't have towel hooks to hang towels. The sink and counter is small and there was no fan in the bathroom. The lobby is small, but on Royal Street, location is good. The staff is friendly. Aside from the indoor pool and the smallest gym, there aren't any amenities to wow you.

Need a refrigerator in the rooms, beautiful hotel I will definitely stay there again. Fabulous staff!!

Nice clean room (except the inside of the bathroom door had something spilled on it]. All staff was friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay.

I booked my room, along with my car and flight on Orbitz. I stayed there three nights. No main service showed up at all the third day. Not once did they come by and clean the room, empty garbage cans, deliver fresh towels. Nothing. I have never experienced this in a major hotel in years of traveling. As a writer, I'm compelled to make this story known.

Loves this hotel and the staff were great! Extremely helpful and friendly. The location was the best part as everything was within walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing. Room was clean and well maintained.
