This hotel is beautiful. It is perfect for those wanting the luxury of a superior hotel and be within easy walking distance to the nightlife of Bourbon Street.

Great place to stay. Right in the heart of French Quarter

Stay was great just had to keep getting housekeeping to replace towels.

This hotel was great convenient to everything whether it was walking or taking public transportation, near Casino, food, Bourbon st

Loved the updated design of rooms, hotel beautiful, staff could stay better on top of replenishing towels by pool & providing some toiletries when asked.

Quiet and restful with courteous staff. Close to many of the attractions and activities. Trolley stop very close making it easy to get anywhere.

The room was large , modern, very clean and comfortable. One block from Bourbon Street, so very easy to walk to many restaurants and entertainment . Trolly stop is at the front of the hotel, that can take you to the warehouse or garden district.. I highly recommend this hotel, j was very satisfied !!!

Perfect location yet still quiet that close to Bourbon. Girlfriends traveling together and we always felt safe. Especially at night with the required keycard entry. I've stayed at many hotels in the French Quarter and decided to try the Hyatt Centric after the Courtyard Marriott Iberville permanently lost my business. I'm glad to have made the change and look forward to staying here again. The shared balcony room was a nice treat if you like some fresh air. Staff was very friendly even at the late night hours.

Our young kids really enjoyed the spacious petite suite and the pool. Location was great. But if you're driving, you run into traffic congestion getting into hotel (just around the block) because it is located in a busy intersection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks beautiful, but, upon close examination, the bathtub had rust stain and carpet seemed dirty. And for some reason, the bed was not as comfy as Hilton and Marriott hotels.

The hotel's location is convenient, it's a beautiful building, the rooms spacious and tastefully appointed. The staff was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable about the city and its attractions. I would recommend this establishment to all of my friends. Thank you to Keiona, Helise, axe a, and all of those who helped me navigate the Vieux Carre and the internet. EXCELLENT STAY!

Very beautiful hotel, my friends & I enjoyed my stay! Will recommend to everyone.

Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable place.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Every staff member who we talked to was very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient when we just wanted to grab coffee or something quick to eat. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and everything seemed clean. The location of this hotel is perfect. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to New Orleans!

What can I say other then this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They took care of me while I was there and I never felt like I was alone. My special thanks to Zena and Elise . They went above and beyond in terms of suggestions , directions and just a consistent display of genuine hospitality. The location is very convenient and you are close to everything. My room was near the atrium, over looking Canal Street. The only issue I had was the slow shower drainage and the "Street Preacher " who woke me up around 8:00 every morning. I got used to it after awhile and some of the things he was talking it about, we all need to be reminded of from time to time! If you don't want to be bothered with the morning sermon, they have free earr plugs in the room. My room was nice in decor, spacious, clean and comfortable. They have in room safes if that is important to you. My room was always cleaned to perfection. The cleaning staff definitely did their job and did it well. I never felt unsafe about myself or personal belongings. The hotel manager was also very understanding and accommodating with one of my requests. Although this was my first time in the French Quater and my first hotel experience here.......This will most definitely be " My Hotel" the next time I come. With New Orleans, there is always a " Next Time" !

Great place to stay, just a block off Bourbon St.

Great place to stay! Beautiful room and pool area. Great breakfast food. Helpful and informative staff. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the French Quarter.

Everything was perfect. Management went above and beyond. Will absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback Jo'Lisa. I have shared your feedback with our Housekeeping Manager so that she can better handle the demands by the pool when needed.
