All staff were friendly and willing to help. A pleasant experience.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Distance not to far from French quarter, maybe 4 blocks. No free breakfast which kind of stunk since there were not many other options nearby. Plenty of restaurant options for lunch/dinner though.

I stayed here because it was less expensive than the French Quarter hotels. The only drawback is that you have to take a taxi to get anywhere. However, the sum of all my taxi fares was less than the difference between this hotel and the French Quarter hotels.

the room had previously had a major flood from the last tenant and the staff was not aware until I stepped into a large puddle of wet on the carpet, obviously the whole bathroom celling was leaking and water was all over the floor. It took them 2 hours before we were reassigned another room which was exhausting. I was not compensated anything for this inconvenience.

Everything about the hotel was great! The concierge was very helpful and had lots of ideas and recommendations. The pool area was very awesome. Close enough to easily get to all the places we wanted to go.

Only thing I would change is drop that parking fee to $15-20

It's a very nice hotel. The staff was nice. The rooms were comfortable. Nice mattress nice comforters and pillows bathroom was nice and clean. I like that they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They have a Keurig machine for coffee. The view was beautiful. Nice buffet for breakfast. I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking and breakfast. Overall nice hotel and in walking distance from Bourbon Street.

The hotel was clean, the staff were amazing. If you don't like to be directly in the mix of things this is your hotel because it's away from the night life, but still within walking distance.

Checked into hotel and had a late business meeting. I knew I could sleep in the next morning so I settled in for a good night sleep. Unfortunately the clock alarm went off at 4a. The guest should not have to check the clock alarm. The housekeeping staff should make sure these alarms are off when they make up the room. I had to turn the light on to figure out how to disengage the alarm. Then could not get back to sleep. Very disappointing.

Being on the 14th floor with a balcony you have a beautiful view of the city at night.Air conditioner can get very cold. And you don't need a rental car if you like to walk you are in the middle of everything

Perfect place for a visit to New Orleans, with extremely helpful staff. Safe and secure hotel with nice out door pool terrace.

Nice big rooms, friendly and helpful staff, casual bar off lobby and convenient restaurant. Location is great if you want to be close to the french quarter without being right in it. Right on streetcar line which is great to get around the city.

Great location. Fantastic staff and clean, nice rooms. Rooftop pool is also really cool.

Holiday Inn Super Dome was a good hotel with great staff, very helpful in planning my tours & things to do..Short cab ride to French Quarters or a nice 20 minute walk. The hotel was in a good location off the strip in a quiet area, would definitely stay there again.

my hotel was just beautiful and delight, clean , organized, the staff was so polite , the room was so big with a balcony to the view outside the pool

Walking distance to everything. Very safe. Looking forward to my next trip down to stay here again

Walking distance from everything downtown. From Burbon street, Harrahs, canal street to the Superdome. You can take the street car to City park. Lots of restaurants. Most Uber rides are under $7 if you dont want to walk

Our family take a little walk to the French quarter and visit the Jackson Square during Christmas Eve, and it was great! This hotel provides a great location to access nearby attractions by walking!

Overall, staying here was great! Good location. French quarter is walking distance. Everything was accessible.

Nice hotel, great staff!... Accommendated the entire family for a last minute switch to host our family reunion. Enjoyed ourselves, Thanks to the entire Holiday Inn Superdome staff!!!

Thank you kindly for your review! We are glad to see you enjoyed our convenient location. We do apologize for the negative impact our parking fee may have had on your stay. Thank you kindly for acknowledging our dedication to service and comfort, as well as our convenient amenities and great location! Unfortunately, parking is a commodity in the downtown area and our fee is comparable or less than the surrounding properties. In addition, we offer unlimited access to the covered garage and guest parking is valid until 5pm on your day of departure. Breakfast is not included as we are a full service Holiday Inn, not an Express. The Streetcar Restaurant and Clarinet Lounge offer delectable menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. Your business is truly valued and we hope to serve you again soon!
