The beds are so comfortable! Bar area is nice and bartenders were very friendly!

I went down for a cup of coffee and my room key did not work on my return to the elevator the person at the desk was not friendly and told me she would not keep calling the room and because i did not have my id i could not be allwoed to get a new key that works and i would need to conact the person in the room who was getting in the shower when i left the room. She did say she called the room 3 times but i sat for over 40 minutes before someone else helped me. I wish i had been told at check in to carry my id with me incase the room keys stopped working. I wish the customer service has been kind and porfessional and i had not had to sit in the lobby. The wait in the restaurant is out ridiculous not many workers we waited to he seated and waited for out order to be taken and waited for the food to come. The bar services is outstanding i will say that and the drinks are good. We also had to pay a deposit with a card we had not been made aware of when we checked it. I am thankful a staff stepped in and helped me but i am not happy and would like a refund. We called many yimes out of toilet paper and needed towels and no one answer the phone at the desk. I called to have the fire tables turned on at the pool and was told the weather was too warm for that - it sure doesnt say that on the website where the photos are posted. The floor on the roof top pool is falling apart and broken all over the place and someone could really get hurt. The towles where not stocked at the pool

The hotel was in a great location for Mardi Gras. The hotel staff were okay, polite but very attentive. The room had a basic cleaning but I spotted dust in corners. The place smell of mildew.

Close to everything

The hotel is in a excellent location. Transportation is about two blocks away. If you don’t mind walking about 20 minutes you can stroll to canal street, French corridors, and bourbon street. There is a great coffee shop called Clarinet in the hotel . The barista Stephanie is so sweet and kind. They due offer rewards coffee card . The six drink is free ! We definitely took advantage of that since we stayed a week. The room came with a refrigerator and microwave, so that was great to have for our leftovers. If you get hungry there is a chicken spot called brothers it’s open 24 hours . It’s inside the mini market.

I love it

ok

Staff was very empathetic and helpful. The grounds are moist and unclean. The carpets are old and musty. We had to change rooms over FIVE TIMES! Stained sheets and what loooked like blood on a pillow in just one of the rooms. Security accompanied my husband to check rooms after the 3rd one and even he agreed and backed up everything. Management was also in agreement after the documentation and agreed immediately to a full refund. The were very responsive and quick to help. We finofound one room that wasn’t COMPLETELY gross and checked out the very next morning. Staff great but hotel needs to be completely gutted!

The property exceeded my expectations from the staff to the security guard. Everyone was very helpful, nice and accommodating. The property was very clean and updated with nice decor. The rooms were very nice as well and updated- a plus. I would stay here again on my next visit.

Nice area loved the roof top pool highly recommend

The pool was extremely hot couldn’t even cool down in the water had to be about 85 degrees. I booked a city view with king bed and ended up on the other side and a connecting room which was not upgraded like the other rooms. When I asked front desk they said no upgrades everything sold out. City view is parking lot views mostly. Would not go back ever!!

We had a nice stay. It was convenient for a walk to our concert. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We’ll stay there again in the future.

Eatery and coffee shop on ground felt safe. Note pay to park daily but worth it.

The pool was gorgeous but you could not get a drink at all on the property during the day. There were rarely towels and toilet paper near the pool. It was difficult to communicate w staff and seemed they did not communicate amongst each other also

The newly renovated rooms were really nice. They are still in mid-construction so there is some noise, but it didn't bother me. Beds were super comfortable! walkable to Bourbon Street. Very friendly staff!

Hello, I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while at our property. Prior to arrival it does state that you need a credit card for a security deposit at check in. For the safety and security of all guests doesn't matter which hotel you stay at an ID is required to receive another key. You did stay with us during our busiest time of year. We will address the other issues that you have listed. We hope that you give us another chance and visit us again!
