Lots of minor issues with the room like low water pressure, inadequate lighting, ripped cushions, lack of fan or ventilation in the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable and the location convenient.

Breakfast is awesome but not completely— you grt $10 covered and pay any remaining amount.

Great location! Staff was friendly! Close to the Garden district with lots of food options.

Nice and chic ! They even let us check in 2 hours early

The hotel was nice. I was just disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room .

Great location in the garden district. Short ride to the quarter on the street car.

The hotel itself is very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The room was lovely and had one of the best showers I've ever used. The location is alright but a little out of the way if you are tourist and want to be central. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel so its pretty easy to get to the French Quarter. We got in really late at night and were hungry. If would have been nice if the front desk person mentioned that they have a little market in the hotel with salads. Instead, we were walking along St Charles Ave trying to find something that was still open. We only discovered that they sold pre-packaged salads and sandwiches when we checked-out. Overall though, this is a solid hotel. If you are OK with the area then I would recommend.

In town for Tulane graduation. With it being a "boutique" hotel, I epected so much more. The first thing I noticed was the mat at the front door being so dirty. Turned me off that moment. Our room's floor had looked like it wasn't swept, a tissue/paper under the night table. The dresser and coffee maker, cups, tray hadn't been dusted. "Things" on the wall of the shower...I had to wash it off before I could even begin to shower. Very disturbing.

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Had trouble with a safe but they were able to move me to another room the next day. Held my luggage after checkout until my late afternoon departure and helped with airport transportation. Close to tourist information bureau and streetcar right at front door. Will recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Food was decent. The best part is the surrounding area is beautiful and easy travel via the streetcar that stops right outside the hotel.

The hotel was in a nice area and the rooms are huge!! My only complaint is that the bed linens looked a little dirty and needed to be changed.

The location was great. It was a little cramped for two adults and a kid, but the room was clean and the utilities worked well. It could have used a mini fridge and a few more power outlets. Steps to the trolley and a great neighborhood to walk, less the able-bodied panhandlers outside the nearby Walgreens. Steps to Magazine Street and the artist community. All in all it was a good choice.

Our stay at Indigo was most enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping on fresh crisp white linen, large rooms and extremely cozy. The retro color decor is most inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Truly no complaints. Great choice on our part to stay at Hotel Indigo.

The location of the hotel in the Garden District with a trolley stop directly in front was a big plus for those without a car. The hotel itself was clean and staff helpful. The price was very fair for all it offered. I would recommend!

My experience there was good I would recommend this hotel to anyone's interested in visiting New Orleans

Nice hotel, limited eating and drinking facilities but those conveniences within walking distance. Would recommend

Pros: Right across from street car bus stop ( $1.25) You do not need a rental take the street car Very close to French quarter Helpful staff Bar and restaurant in hotel Big bathroom, nice size tv in room Cons: Bed was big but wasn't a pillow top Toilet noise but my gf fixed it Crumbs from last guest on room chair Minor make up stains on sheets but wasn't a huge deal No pool but who needs a pool when in NOLA We always stay at 4-5 star hotels on vacations . For a three and half star it was good enough for a five day stay . Clean and close to all the action . Im a temperpedic/pillow top girl so the bed wasn't good for my back however the bed does the job .

Only complaint was the first room Assigned to me, switched to another room facing the side instead of the parking lot!
