The team members working during our stay were an absolute delight. From the front desk, to the hotel bar, to the restaurant. We always felt welcome!

Loved the location of the property, it was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is good as well.

Very nice, clean, good restaurant on site. Easy check in. No complaints.

I initially loved the fragrance in the lobby upon arrival and ambiance of the hotel. I came to like many of the staff. Dwight and Glenn immediately come to mind. a few of the Concierge staff were great. Unfortunately, I can not recall their names but, having been my first time to New Orleans, the concierge staff helped me immensely.

I liked the reception area and dining area. It had an upscale feel. Bathrooms need to be updated and have fans installed. That was not okay.

We were there for 3 days. Many things were nice, but a few were not. As we get there a guy is peeing on the wall outside the hotel. The desk clerk who checked us in was fantastic. The next day we encountered a person that should not work with the public. We went to the restaurant after a game. It was packed and the workers were complaining that they were supposed to close at 10. So, we decided to just get a cup of coffee and go to our room. They threw the coffee out with a restaurant full of people. Okay, so we figure we could get one at the hotel. The clerk behind the desk said NO COFFEE (however a VIP heard us and took us to get a cup of coffee in the lounge). Also, no coffee maker in our room. Thanks to the VIP who saved the day!! The room was fine other than no coffee maker. Also, the water should be left out 24 hours during a heat wave. The cleaning attendants were great. The morning of the game the nice desk clerk gave me beads. When we came back I told my husband to get his beads, but the not so nice desk clerk was there and told my husband You Can't have those!! He was really embarrassed--How much could the beads cost--give me a break. We had dinner one night at the Hilton close by. The restaurant Luke was first-Class. I will stay there next time.

The location is perfect! Staff was really nice and really accommodating. No complaints!

The lobby was beautiful, the bathroom looked like it came out of someone’s house from the 90’s, and the carpet in the room was rough. Loved that there was Netflix and Hulu on the tv!

The History of the Hotel, everyone was friendly and the room was excellent. The Food at the Restaurant downstairs was great.

Staff was very accommodating particularly our ‘navigator’ who helped book all our excursions.

Close walking distance to everything; attentive and friendly staff. Too pricey to have to pay for wi-fi; cracked marble in bathroom and shower door that didn't seal well resulting in lots of water on floor. Multiple big screens in large bar but all showing same thing instead of varied sports. Good food in large bar area.
