I would like to say i really enjoyed my self but the only thing that I didn't like is when i got ready to unload my things out of my car to take up it wasn't a dolly are at least a cart that's the only thing other than that my Hubby and i had a blast here this is a great Location ...
The room key code did not work. The call center was not able to contact the property manager and were sent to an inferior building and room that was cheaper than the one that we had paid for. We accepted under the premise that Hosteeva would make this right contacting us within 48 hours. This was 6 days ago. We wasted precious time in New Orleans. Poor Customer Service.
We attended a concert at the Saenger Theatre, and it was very convenient. Only about a three to four minute walk. The room was very clean. There's no front desk, so communication was limited. I did have to call a few times to get info on check in and check out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

The property was close to self parking, common areas were clean, condo itself was very nice. We wish there was just more than one mirror (only one in bathroom) as two females getting ready took longer than expected. Also, bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better. There was a ball of hair that didn't belong to either of us in plain sight. Other than that everything else was fine :)
Location perfect in CBD, very new and clean place
The apartment is roomy and comfortable, and is close to Canal and Bourbon streets. The blinds are light (no black-outs) so it gets a lot of light. Check-in a litlle bit confusing but the help-center worked the issue out rapidly.
Very nice apt/suite in CBD, fairly close to everything. Entrance code to the building was not texted to us, and beware, GPS drops you off on the SIDE, entrance is around the corner. Not a big deal but after an 8-hour drive & not expecting a vacant street it was a little weird. The building has no people manning it, no front desk or anything so you have to have the code to get in. We had been texted a code for the room, but not the building, and cell service was spotty, but we got it worked out just fine. Our 6th Floor room was clean and neat. A weird, paint or lacquer-type smell was fairly pervasive, but not overpowering and you got to ignore it pretty quickly. Everything was very clean and neat. Nice TV, kitchen and appliances - even a dishwasher, washer & dryer. All very new. Fully stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils, dishwashing soap, even a spice rack! We were very pleased to find a coffee maker, coffee, sugar & cream & coffee filters had been provided, and aside from our water glasses we only used coffee cups. Bathroom had a large tub but i would caution, it's a very tall tub, there is NO SAFETY RAIL OR TUB MAT & is VERY SLIPPERY! I slipped and hurt my knee very badly because there was no friction & nothing to grab on to. The sheets and bed had a VERY strong mold / musty smell like they were put on damp. We put up with it for the first 2 nights but finally had to wash them, it was very off-putting. Also there is NO FREE PARKING, cost over 60 dollars to park
