A lovely boutique hotel. What a treat to stay here!!!

Enjoyed the vintage feel, lots of character, and streetcar stop in front of hotel. The streetcar runs 24 hours so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for room away from St Charles.

The property is a magnificent representation of what good service and unique rooms used to look like. The staff is particularly friendly while suffering through a shortage of guests because of the pandemic. For those who drink coffee the lack of a coffee maker in the room may seem odd these days. But they more than make up for it with excellent front desk and valet service. My biggest complaint is a $39 fee to park with valet which really is outrageous even against cities of bigger size

Loved. The old world charm... the outdoor patio.. lounge with all the artwork and THE BEST BREAKFAST

Hotel was very nice. Great breakfast spot on ground floor. Rooftop bar was cool. Location was 4-block walk to Magazine Street thru nice neighborhoods. I’d stay here again for sure.

Love staying here! Location is great!!! Tin roof has amazing views of the city!

The rooftop bar, Tin Roof, was definitely more rambunctious than I expected for a hotel almost 1 mile from the French Quarter. But, in a good way. Oddly enough, when we asked a waiter at the restaurant Galliano’s for any recommendations of things to do, he mentioned Tin Roof.

Staff extremely helpful and professional. Loved the rooftop bar and convenience of having restaurants on property. Great location in a quiet part of New Orleans.

This is not a 4 star hotel and Orbitz should not classify it as such. The carpet in my room was ripped. The bedding had holes and the pillow cases and sheets were yellowing.

Location is great. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. Requests for extra linens were addressed very promptly.

The restaurants and bar areas were very comfortable and provided a variety of menu choices for anytime. All the waiters were nice and friendly. The roof top bar is great! Our room was so nice even as old as the building is everything worked well.

When we arrived at the property we had reserved a two room suite that they staff had given to another patron. Therefore, I room we reserved was not available. They offered us another room with two queens (standard room) at the same rate as a suite and refused to offer anything more than a couple of “drink tickets” to the bar. It looks like a lovely place to stay, but unfortunately the management doesn’t have their act together when it comes to their reservation systems. So, beware and call ahead to ensure you are going to get the room you actually reserved.

Loved this hotel. Great central location. Beautifully renovated, loved decor, service, rooms, bathroom. Loved the history. Great views from the room. Hot tin roof bar was adorable with great views and drinks. Jack Rose was beautiful and good was great. The living room area outside the restaurant was very cool. Loved that there was live jazz at the bayou bar. And breakfast was really yummy at the silver whistle cafe. Overall a perfect experience.

Lovely historic hotel on the St Charles streetcar line. The staff is perfection!
