This is the best location for a hotel! It's an easy walk to all the most popular areas including bourbon st, canal st, and royal Street but is far enough away from bourbon street that you can actually get some sleep at night. The staff here is fantastic, they make a point to remember guests and make you feel at home. We came to the hotel to celebrate our wedding and when we told the staff that they went out of their way to make it a special stay for us. Ms Yates was especially kind and made us feel like family. We loved this hotel and when we come back to New Orleans this is the only hotel we would look to stay in.

A Stay to Remember

This was our first stay at the Omni that was on our bucket list. The lobby and the ballrooms were all under construction - so you can imagine this mess - fire alarm went off and woke us up - they closed the restaurant and bar early due to construction so we did not get our complimentary drink nor the use of our discount tickets there. I had to hunt up glasses and toilet paper - none in the room after cleaning. All of the staff were polite and nice which helped the situation - don’t think we will return 😞

We loved the historic atmosphere of this hotel and the staff was amazing! The roof top pool was a fun evening activity for our family since we didn’t really want to take our kids out at night. The only downside was that there was construction going on in the lobby and right outside of our window.

The property was very excellent it was very clean and it was in the main part of New Orleans which was Bourbon Street. The only complaint I would give is the valet service is not the best but overall it a good property to stay

The hotel was very clean and nice. The emergency alarm went off twice at 3 am and none of the staff knew what was happening but everyone evacuated the hotel and was just standing in the lobby.

Excellent vintage property within walking distance to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas. I would prefer an updated TV only. Staff is kind and helpful. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Also they have a text system for communicating that is helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
