Just one concern (but somewhat BIG one....): right after we checked out I used the bathroom near the lobby. It was nice and clean, but the floor was so shiny that I could see the person in the next bathroom sitting on the toilet. If I could see her face reflected on the shiny floor, I'm sure she could see me as well, and I froze with awkwardness. PLEASE do something about it!!

We had a very crowded and hectic check in which involved our car being hit and damaged.

Excellent...great hotel, friendly staff...great location, all relatively new amenities

Exceeded expectations, great food, walking distance to the French quarter.

very nice hotel with beautiful lobby. rooms are of modest size but very comfortable and clean. I upgraded and paid a little more so I could have a nice city view. i walked 25 minutes from the French Quarter at around 11 pm and felt very safe in a good neighborhood.

Check in was a breeze. Getting into an elevator to the rooms requires a bit of walking, but that’s ok. The room was good size. Biggest issue was the modernized elevator call button which made it more complicated and caused elevators to be extremely slow. Lastly, ordered several complimentary toiletries and they were never delivered correctly or at all. Ordered at least 5-6 times and only one partial delivery was ever made.

Ideal location for Mardi Gras. The evening hours for the regency club could be extended.

Great place, loved it there. Within walking distance to everything. Hotels restaurant food was excellent. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing experience.

Great hotel, plenty of restaurants, very close to Smoothie King center, walking distance to Childrens museum and River Walk.

It is a huge business hotel with several restaurants. The seafood restaurant was pretty good, breakfast was decent too. Overall, we did not like to stay in this hotel because the bed is extremely uncomfortable. It is soft and when two people are on a king size bed, they roll over to each other. Also, there is something wrong with water supply; water is oily as like there are some chemicals in it! It is impossible to wash out soap on your hands and body. Furthermore, the hotel looks dated and need renovation. The majority of guests are over 70 years old! As a side note, we do not recommend travelling to New Orleans (if you've never been there). It is dirty, stinky and unpleasant city with a huge amount of homeless and dangerous people. Hope it helps!

Facility itself was nice. However, after reserving my 3 rooms 6 months ahead, we got to the hotel and found that my rooms were not even on the same floor. This meant family members had to take the elevator to visit between rooms. Also, my room rate had breakfast buffet included, but at checkout, the front desk personnel had charged me for breakfast and a lunch (which we had not eaten there). He stated he was removing the charges, however, while checking my credit card account several days later, there was still a charge for the breakfasts. I called and spoke with hotel staff in the front office and was told the charges would be removed that day. Three business days later (today), the charges were still there. I called the hotel again, and was told they thought they had been removed, but they would definitely be removed today. Will check back in a couple of days to see if they were. There was an outdoor concert at the Smoothie King Center nearby, and the noise was disturbing . However, the concert ended at 11:00 PM.

Enjoyed our stay. We loved the panoramic view of the Superdome

Had a room with an air-conditioner that was leaking onto the floor and carpet was wet and saturated. Stay was fine otherwise.

Frustrating due to being overbooked, and difficult due to being disabled and having kids with me. But it was a very nice hotel, the facilities were nice and the restaurants were good. Location was just OK… I'm sure depending on what he wanted to do.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, wonderful food, very accommodating.

Great full service hotel in New Orleans. I would book here again.

We felt welcomed from our arrival to departure. Staff assisted with ideas to make New Orleans fun and easy to find our way around. So many people at the hotel and in the city went out of their way to help. We will be back.

First time staying here and I will definitely be back. Beautiful hotel with great amenities!

I reported it and the staff brought up a replacement blanket. They apologized but offered no credit. When I checked out, I reminded them of the incident. The staffer said she wouldn't have been able to stay in the room after that. She applied a $75 credit. Pretty unacceptable for a hotel of this cost and expectation.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. We rented a car and made day trips to Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Hattiesburg MS, and of course the French Quarter which is two blocks away.
