I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel for a cruise we would be taking. For the price and level of service, we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large with a great view. It smelled of new carpet. All of the amenities were an added bonus. The complementary evening drinks and food, as well as the breakfast, were fantastic! Parking was reasonable and easily accessible as compared to previous places we’ve stayed! This is our new place to stay going forward!

Need more staff at the bar for late night especially after the Sugar Bowl. Only one person on staff at bar and she was completely overwhelmed. She did the best she could. Poor planning on managements behalf.

The location of the room, the size and the cleanliness is all a part of my excellent review. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! From the front desk to the gentleman outside as you arrived. The check-in process was very smooth and being able to pull onto the property was so appreciated, as traffic on the street is non-stop! The location is wonderful, and you can walk to many venues - streetcar, WWII memorial as well as the The Titanic museum. And of course the breakfast and evening reception are always a plus. I found your hotel to be spacious and clean and perfect to sit in the various areas - bar, reception area and outside to relax or visit with friends.

This has to be the best service that I've received in a long time at a hotel. I mean i have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!! The entire staff from the front desk, dining area, bar....EVERYONE! You can tell that they all love their jobs. The managers here are even very friendly and accommodating!! The rooms were perfect and comfortable. This will be my only place I stay from now on when i come to New Orleans.

We are going on a cruise and decided to stay at the Drury and I am so happy that we did. The staff is incredible! We had to do a red eye and they let us check in at 9:30am for a small fee. The hotel has been newly remodeled. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean! Highly recommend this hotel!
