Overall decent stay.

The free breakfast was consistently good. The staff was mostly great. Our only issues were that when we called the front desk for things, we rarely got what we needed after the first request and had to call multiple times. And on the day before our last day we needed clean towels and were told there was a 4 to 9 hour wait for clean towels.

The room and beds were decent. Didn't have any problems with that. Staff at check in lacked hospitality. My daughter and I stayed 4 nights and we were only supplied 2 towels and 2 wash rags. I had to stop at the front desk and ask for additional towels and rags, and when I did they acted very annoyed. Also to add, housekeeping didn't come by a single time during the entire stay. Again, not a big deal but that added to why I had to ask for more towels.

Not bad. Clean. Check-in staff was surly and curt. Breakfast was okay but the staff on a Friday & Saturday seemed inattentive (no hot water, styrofoam bowls, coffee in a separate room). The ceiling in my bathroom was unfinished and partially unpainted. The 'cleaning deposit' was sprung on me without warning. Delay in returning said deposit is unreasonable.

The bar wasn’t open long. My room was not very cool. On of the A/c didn’t work well. I had the dont disturb tag on and someone still came in to my room and went through some things while i wasn’t there. Check took like 30 mins even though i did it online.
