Our room door handle was broken, we had to wait 45 to moved to another room after a long day walking the city. Only compensation offered was a drink ticket for a small limited choice. All I asked for fair compensation.

Location is great, super convenient to downtown attractions. The facility is ok, rooms need upgrades ( bathroom doors didn’t have knobs/ lock), had issues with the room door locking. One elevator was out of order and working one was sticky due to syrup spill which was not cleaned for a long time. It was nice of them to give us a drink coupon for the bar but the bartender was rude.

The hotel was great - clean, friendly staff, and everything was in walking distance. The housekeeper didn’t clean our room, and we had to ask for new towels every day. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. My room had maintenance A.C issues, but hotel maintenance came and fixed it, though it was still hot.

Only one elevator was working it took forever to check out. I waited for the elevators for 20 minutes before I was able to board. No clear sign showing its the hotel I was arriving at. Was not expecting the 150 security deposit or 55 dollar parking fee. It cost more than the hotel itself. The room itself had dirty blankets and holes in the sheets. Not even a trash bag in the bathroom. The fridge wasn't cooling my drinks. And the pool wasn't open. The breakfast was good but not enough put out again had to wait never got eggs just settled for sausage patty. Will never come back to this location. Horrible

The hotel was in a good location and checkin was smooth. There was only one elevator working so that caused a little delay at times. Appreciated breakfast. The not cleaning daily was problematic; my roommate found a sock that was not hers in the bed which implored her bed linen had not been changed😖 that was disturbing. We told management.

The hotel is in walking distance to Canal Street and Bouborn Street. Breakfast misses the mark it wasn’t always consistent. Only yogurt was offered one day out of a three night stay. Had a small issue with the one lady who was preparing the breakfast. Room service was extremely slow had to wait until after midnight to get a working fridge after requesting maintenance since 11am during early check in which I paid for. Bathroom was not properly cleaned or serviced. Pool area was nice, ice machine was perfect. Bar area was cool the bartender had us jamming.
