Hot tub was too hot to get in. Mgmt kept saying theyd fix it the next day, Paint peeling from walls, mold smell was overwhelming. Floors were filthy. No frig, no microwave, no safe in room. I will not stay here again or recommend any of the 4 French Quarter guest houses who are owned by the same company.

Hotel has a great location and the cleaning staff is friendly and greets you every morning! Rooms have a quaint and clean feeling and make you feel like home. The door shutters are a nice colonial touch!!!

Staff barely pleasant and unresponsive to room cleaning issue. Property needs a some attention. Beyond rustic. Rotting wood on balcony. Could use a little tlc.

Nice hotel, cozy rooms, friendly staff. AC wasn't working properly and it got fixed ASAP. Only issue was laundry room was right next room and laundry was being done all hours of the night and the machines were so loud it woke us up.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk. Will not be back.

Nice inn, all staff were very nice. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Love the characer and beauty of the inn.

I was very happy with my stay at the Inn on Ursulines. It is in a good French Quarter location - easy walking to all the attractions but on a quieter street (between Royal and Bourbon). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super cute and while the property feels authentically old (in a good way!), the rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that it was still quiet.

My stay at the Inn On Ursalines was what me and the hubby bargained for. First hotel I've been to that provided complimentary bottled water and coffee without over charging and it was only a $1 if we wanted more. Did I mention complimentary coffee! Also, at some point our air conditioning stopped working and the staff member on hand the weekend of 8/8-8/10 had us moved to another room that had even better air and the wifi was a bit better there also. Overall it was a great place to retreat to when we got sick of the 98 degree heat. No noise issues from the crowd on bourbon either, didn't hear a thing!

This inn is 1/2 a block from Bourbon 1/2 block from Royal streets. Rooms are off the street, private and very secure also very comfortable. A secure parking lot is located a few blocks away, which I highly recommend ,owned by the inn, manager will explain.

I was so pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was converted from an original NOLA structure rather than a new facility. Not only was it adorable, but I loved the location. It was well appointed and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this place and plan on staying there again on my next visit.

Very expensive for average amenities. Small shower , AC loud but location great.

I blindly chose this facility. Overall, our experience was good, but they wanted to place us in a room that had an insecure door opening right on the street. The substitute room was secluded but difficult to access because of a very narrow walkway and small, steep steps. The room was small but clean. The staff was friendly and did a good job.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Convenient to rest of French Quarter and to Frenchman St. Secure WiFi was a plus

Inn on Ursuline is in the perfect location! It's cute and the staff is great. The only downside is parking; it's $20/day. We were only staying overnight so we just parked on the street and had to move the car by 9 AM which wasn't that bad. Overall, I'd recommend this place and definitely stay again!

The hotel was clean and right where I wanted in the French Quarter. It had a Kerig coffee maker with a few coffee packets in the room but I don't drink coffee and there was no coffee cups - just plastic water glasses. It was a pleasent enough stay with pleasent enough staff. I would probably stay there again as long as the price is right.

Perfectly adequate accommodations, charming even. Wish there was a mini fridge, softer towels, and better bed linens. Yes, the stairs are steep! BUT the staff is lovely, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was excellent. The street is a bit dark once you turn off bourbon or royal, and the sign is a bit small; it was easy to miss. The maid staff is friendly and thorough, and even propped my teddy bear up on my pillows! The doors are not sealed, so a bit of outside noise is able to seep in - but I had no problem sleeping or having quiet time, and the other guests were considerate. Some of the rooms only have an e-lock, and not a bolt or crossbar - but once I was in the gated part of the hotel, I felt super safe. The concierge is the best customer service rep I've ever encountered - I totally recommend asking her for tips and local hot spots.

Three friends and myself stayed at this hotel for a 2-night stay (May 29th-May 31st). We arrived in New Orleans 8 hours before our check-in time (7:00am), and left the city 9 hours after our check-out time (10:00pm), during which time the FRIENDLY STAFF members were more than willing to keep our bags safe. Every single staff member that I ran into provided city suggestions as well as helpful and informative tips about areas of interest. Location was CONVENIENTLY located between the busy portions of Bourbon St and Frenchman St, in a quieter residential area of the French Quarter. One block away was a convenience store (that sells both liquor and quick food options) as well as a pharmacy. Room had two COMFORTABLE queen beds, which was much better than most hotels that had two double beds. Some of these reviews mention small rooms, but our room was more than accommodating for 4 people... the only thing that was small was the shower, but even as a 5'11" 225lb man it was only a minor set-back. I loved this hotel's unique style of having the rooms on the borders of the outdoor courtyard. It helped us hear when the rain started and stopped. It was a comfortable environment, although having that outside element allows for wildlife and mold to occur, especially since it was raining before we got there and a little while we were there. With that being said, bring sandals and make sure you leave both doors closed and you will not have a problem. The ONLY thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator, however there was a jacuzzi, coffee machine, ice machine, hair dryer, and friendly housekeeping. I would easily stay at this hotel again, GREAT experience, GREAT employees, GREAT location.

This a quaint little place around the corner from Burbon St. Its on the quieter side, very clean with great customer service with Staff. It's a tad pricey in my opinion, yet its in walking distance to all entertainment. Parking around this area is always a nightmare, therefore you get your moneys worth on that aspect. we has a double queen beds in our room. the rooms are quite small, however we did not spend alot of time in the room therefore this wasn't an issue.I would and will definitely book my NOLA weekend getaways here again!!

This guest house is tucked away in a more residential part of the Quarter, so it's nice and quiet. But it's in the middle of everything... it's a short walk to get wherever you want to go. The staff was very friendly, especially Carrie Sue at check in time! We stayed in room 3, which was very comfortable and quiet. Overall this is the best place I've stayed at in New Orleans yet!

I'm very disappointed that we failed to met your expectations. Please rest assured we're looking into the room experience issues. I hope our phone conversation was helpful and that we've regained your confidence that we take these matters seriously and value your feedback tremendously. Safe travels!
