LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. STAFF was so pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness was to standard. No complaints at all. Upgraded bathroom :) VERY NICE SURPRISE!! Would love to visit again.

Location is great. Central to Bourbon St, Royal St, Cafe Du Monde, Armstrong Park, French Market, Frenchmen St, Jackson Square etc. All within walking distance. It might be a little on the older side of an Inn, but the bed was comfortable, staff helpful, decent amenities and safe. I would stay there again.

the location was awesome. You are in the quarter close to everything.. the building is old so don't expect smooth lines and everything refined. The bathroom tiles need to be cleaned some. Overall it was fairly clean. It was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

I was put in a room on the ground level with no windows and a really noisy air conditioning unit. I did not sleep well either night I was there because of the noise of the air conditioning unit and the fan I needed to run to keep the room cool. The room also smelled heavily of cleaning products the entire two days I was there. I've stayed at a lot of small inns in this area of the French Quarter and had lovely experiences. This inn was not one of them. There are much better inn options in the French Quarter at similar rates.

We had the best experience here the staff was so sweet and the room was very clean and the location was perfect!!! Very quiet and was a joyful experience!!

Staff was pleasant and helpful, but the entire place feels cramped, with small and eccentrically laid out rooms. One room has an entry door that most men have to duck to enter. The court yard is not particularly well furnished or attractive. It did not seem worth the price.

The room was very clean. I had some issues with the stairs with having a bad knee. The stairs are also very narrow. Having no parking and with the closest being 4 to 6 blocks away was a little rough, so plan on no close parking.

Hot tub was too hot to get in. Mgmt kept saying theyd fix it the next day, Paint peeling from walls, mold smell was overwhelming. Floors were filthy. No frig, no microwave, no safe in room. I will not stay here again or recommend any of the 4 French Quarter guest houses who are owned by the same company.

Hotel has a great location and the cleaning staff is friendly and greets you every morning! Rooms have a quaint and clean feeling and make you feel like home. The door shutters are a nice colonial touch!!!

Staff barely pleasant and unresponsive to room cleaning issue. Property needs a some attention. Beyond rustic. Rotting wood on balcony. Could use a little tlc.

Nice hotel, cozy rooms, friendly staff. AC wasn't working properly and it got fixed ASAP. Only issue was laundry room was right next room and laundry was being done all hours of the night and the machines were so loud it woke us up.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the front desk. Will not be back.

Nice inn, all staff were very nice. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Love the characer and beauty of the inn.

I was very happy with my stay at the Inn on Ursulines. It is in a good French Quarter location - easy walking to all the attractions but on a quieter street (between Royal and Bourbon). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super cute and while the property feels authentically old (in a good way!), the rooms were modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that it was still quiet.

My stay at the Inn On Ursalines was what me and the hubby bargained for. First hotel I've been to that provided complimentary bottled water and coffee without over charging and it was only a $1 if we wanted more. Did I mention complimentary coffee! Also, at some point our air conditioning stopped working and the staff member on hand the weekend of 8/8-8/10 had us moved to another room that had even better air and the wifi was a bit better there also. Overall it was a great place to retreat to when we got sick of the 98 degree heat. No noise issues from the crowd on bourbon either, didn't hear a thing!

Hi Jaime, Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts about your recent visit to the Inn on Ursulines. Our historic property does lend to some eccentricity with our room layout. We're sorry that it inconvenienced you. We appreciate the comments on our pleasant and helpful staff.
