Great location - courtyard was amazing!! Staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Hotel is fine, friendly staff

The property was ok. Our first room had a terrible smell but we were given a new room upon request. Even though this is near Burbon street the neighborhood around the hotel was very run down lots of graffiti and homeless population is off the charts. I had never been to NO or Burbon street so maybe this is normal just not what I expected at all.

Location and staff were great! Onsite secure parking was great. Breakfast was great. Shower had been upgraded. Rest of the rooms need upgrading.

I was very pleased with the the hotel it’s self , but parking was very small. The overflow parking was a block and half away . We arrived at night and we had to carry our luggage from parking lot . The breakfast was good, staff very helpful. They arranged tour for us .

Close to everything U came to New Orleans to see. Close to public transportation, which I used constantly. My hotel room was dark. In need of updating. I guess U are paying for its location. The room is a $75 hotel at best.

Close to a lot of entertainment

At first I really like staying here, but after day 2 things started to go down hill.. it was very obvious that some employees really cared and did their job well and others not so much.. I really wanted to love this place, the hotel is nice and, courtyard and pool area is sweet and rooms are ok, also location is perfect, but that's it. 1st couple of night was nice.. coffee and tea avail in the evening, breakfast worked well for everyone there and the staff was attentive and cleaned and set up every morning . Then day 3, different staff. Coffee always empty, never water for tea, and breakfast turned into a disaster. For the last three days.there was soo much water in the waffle mix that it was like thick water and would not cook correct, not one person was able to make a edible waffle, so the younger girls instead of changing the batter, mumbled under those breath that we were stupid and un plugged the waffle makers. I asked for half half to be refilled and never receive s it for the last couple of days,. Unlike the 1st couple of days, the grits were like water. On the 3rd day when room service came to our room, all they did was made bed and replaced towels.. they did not wipe any thing down or empty trash, which was over flowing, and I had to go down to desk for toliet paper 2x. This was a disappointment for us. The staff the 1st couple of days started out so nice, but last in the weeks staff were so awful and at points rude. Mostly the younger girls that were working the AM

Great location - away from the noise/crowded streets, yet within mins walk to the main attractions in the french quarter. Property is a little dated, but loved the courtyard. Shame we didn't get a room with a view of the courtyard. Breakfast wasn't too bad either. Biggest plus is the location and staff friendliness. Overall, I would stay again.

Quiet, clean, reasonable price, walking distance to bourbon street.

Just a few blocks from everything you want in the French Quarter it is a perfect location if you have to run back to the hotel or take a quick break. The hotel is very quiet- even on New Years Eve I didn't hear a lot of noise. The room was a little outdated but it did have the staples including a fridge. The staff was nice but they weren't very helpful. The information that they gave me was outdated or untrue. DRIVERS BEWARE- the parking is first come first serve in a VERY SMALL area. The first night they didn't have parking for me. The next day I waited almost an hour for a spot.

Old, need renevation . Reception was friendly. Breakfast was simple. No more coffecreamer after 3 days.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was extremely friendly everyone and the beds comfy. It is a dated property, but other than that, no complaints.

Great location. Great safety measures in place for the guests.
