The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are just ok and need updating but the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and pool definitely made up for it.

Overall, the hotel was great and perfect location, walkable to all activities and bars and dining the premises I would give about a three due to the fact that there’s a lot of patching, painting and maintenance coming from the eyes of someone who’s in facilities it could use a bit of work, specially in the rooms like the one we had in room 450 which had broken drawers blinds with holes in them That needed to be replaced some of the walls look like they’ve been banged up with the chairs that they were placed against the wall that could use re-patching and painting in the fridge I would not call a fridge as it was too small to hold pretty much anything except maybe six sodas or four bottles of water. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, that’s close to the areas I would totally recommend this hotel and do plan on using them again in the future just would prefer a better room.

Great location. However, having a window to the neighboring building with an AC unit right in front of it and a wall, was not my favorite thing. The bathroom was very dated, and the staff was not friendly. None of them!

Another good trip

We stay here all the time but there's been staffing and policy changes that were not so great. No maid service except on every 3rd day so if you need towels or toilet paper you now have to go to front desk. But proximity to everything is great!

We were excited to stay in the same hotel 10 years later celebrating our anniversary. Overall a good experience. Our room didn’t have much storage and the air wasn’t working but once I made front desk staff aware they did attempt to fix it and later without hesitation gave us another room no problem

Rooms were not the cleanest. We had to change rooms because the one we were initially given had a foul odor and broken cabinets. Location was nice, it was far enough from bourbon st to be able to get some sleep at night but close enough to walk everywhere.
