Staff was good. Hotel was far enough to have some quiet from burbon St, yet close to walk. Our room service had to be sent back three times since they kept making same mistake over and over. Out of 5 breakfasts they got 1 correct. Ordering coffee worked well. Roches showed up in our bathroom and the air went out. Otherwise we had a great trip and would still use this hotel again.

Location was great, close to everything. Staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely come back

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

This is an older hotel in need of a few updates. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The carpet needed replacing in the hallways. But I would go back.

Dawn at Concerieg was great!!! Front desk staff was friendly and professional!

I was glad to stay in a hotel in the French Quarter that was within walking distance of everything, but a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street. Concierges were very helpful. Having a room with a balcony was pleasant. Room cleanliness appeared fine, but the visible debris that was evident in the hallways cast some doubt as to thoroughness of cleanliness. The fruit infused water in the lobby was welcome after a day of walking, but the morning coffee service was unreliable. Some days, the only creamer available was flavored hazelnut or french vanilla. In house restaurant was similarly unreliable -- decent one day, blah another day.

Not having a refrigerator was a displeasure. Otherwise, stay was pleasant.

Great location and wonderful staff. Room very small though for 3 people. The balcony made it worthwhile

The price was reasonable during holiday! Staffs are really helpful. Room is clean.

The hotel is lovely and all of the staff were excellent. The housekeeping was a bit relaxed, we didn’t get new cups everyday, nor was our coffee and tea replaced. We had plenty of towels and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Aging hotel, Rugs need to be replaced on 3rd flior. Bathroom had sigms of mold around toliet and floor. Xeiling over tub leaked when rain. But...hotel staff fantastic!! Can't say enough fir their firendlyness and quickness to servem. Very helpfull!!. We enjpoyed our stay!.

Nice hotel with good restaurant and very nice staff

This wasn't our 1st time staying here, but will be our last. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience that no hotel employee really seemed to care about. We came back from the bar across the street after midnight, walked into the stairway where the security guard followed us. My husband was pushed or tripped & fell on top of me. In the confusion of trying to" help" us up he pickpocketed my husband. Then he insisted I get my room key out of my purse, which was in my wallet. He then somehow was able to get my wallet. We noticed our wallets were missing as soon as we got into our room. I know we both had them when we entered the hotel, because I had the receipt time dated from the bar from a few minutes before. I immediately went downstairs to the lobby to ask the front desk clerk if she saw the security guard follow us. She told me there were no cameras in the lobby or the stairwell. She suggested we ask the morning front desk clerk to review the security tape of the outside of the hotel. The next morning we asked them to review the tape & after we got back from the police station to fill out a report, the clerk said that after he looked at the tape, we were not followed or bumped into by anyone outside. The lack of cameras in the lobby or stairwell made us feel very vulnerable & unsafe. This didn't turn me off of returning to New Orleans, but will be sure to find a hotel with better security!

Nice location in the French Quarter. Very close to Bourbon Street if you're interested in it but far enough away from the rowdiness if you're not. The hotel itself is nice but the staff is absolutely fantastic. They were really helpful every step of our stay there.

Nice atmosphere- boutique hotel with bar. The courtyard is great!
