Great location and friendly staff but...our King Deluxe City View room did not have a refrigerator, no ventilation or fan system in the bathroom, the faucet was on the side of the oval sink so water splashed everywhere when we washed our hands, the room had no desk, not even paper or a pen. It was just a nice bed, an older couch and a small glass table with a tv and dresser. We went downstairs to the restaurant at 6:30 AM and they were late opening. We then waited over an hour for our food. We had to rush as we had a tour at 8:00. The other tables had to pack their food to go and run out the door as well. The morning coffee service was appreciated but it was very weak coffee - tasted like hot water with a touch of coffee so that was disappointing as well. While the hotel seemed clean and the staff hardworking, I would not recommend staying here as a lot of the 'basics' were missing and the restaurant was a disaster.

We loved the location because we could walk everywhere. Do consider that it is in the Quarter and the front street can be noisy sometimes. It’s off the main tourist section but if you want quiet, request an inside room facing the pool area. Beautiful boutique hotel.

We loved the location. Courtyard is beautiful. Staff is friendly.

Excellent location, good price, helpful information on for things to do in the area.

This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere easily. It is quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Fabulous stay & spectacular customer service. Just a few blocks from Bourbon St. but a quick walk. Quaint Courtyard Y only wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the pool!

Older New Orleans charm and very nice courtyard. Restaurant (Bistreaux) provided very good food, far superior to other hotels one would find outside the city of New Orleans.

One of the bureau drawers would not stay closed unless it was wedged shut with a small piece of paper. The TV up channel button did not function. There was only one accessible outlet in the room, another in the bathroom.

Good location. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean but nothing special. Only rooms with king beds are inside and overlook the pool and courtyard. Outside room gets some street noise. A little pricey compared to some others in area.

Staff was good. Hotel was far enough to have some quiet from burbon St, yet close to walk. Our room service had to be sent back three times since they kept making same mistake over and over. Out of 5 breakfasts they got 1 correct. Ordering coffee worked well. Roches showed up in our bathroom and the air went out. Otherwise we had a great trip and would still use this hotel again.
