2 different rooms. Neither had a properly functioning heater. In fact the heater when maintenance set it to 89 degrees was blowing air out at 59 degrees. Front desk clerk had an attitude about it the whole time, tonthe point she told the maintenance guy to take the phone off of speaker.

The hotel was not great for what you pay for. The only staff members that were good was the young bartender the night we stayed he was very very nice. He gave us all the information we needed. The valet parking attendant was very nice as well. He informed us that we had to pay$56.00 for parking ahead in our check in. The restroom was horrible the water would not go down when bathing. The pool looked dirty.the only good thing about the hotel was the location. I would not come back here again.

I’ve been coming to Maison Dupuy for years and lately it’s the same problems: the ac is too high and hard to control so I had to go to the desk for help again. I froze my first night. The tv never works and I had to go to the desk to have it fixed then the voice kept going out. I’ll be looking for other hotels next time.

Very good location, staff was excellent & very helpful. Hotel is old and needs a lot of updating. TV terrible, volume set so low, no safe, no tissues, fridge was leaking and hard to get a wash cloth. Just a lot to be desired.

We arrived at hotel and valet immediately greeted us and got our checked in. As we walked into hotel they MK knew that we were there already and 2 seconds later we had our room key and paid for the valet. Easy check in and no hassle. Few blocks from Bourbon Street. Perfect location.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are just ok and need updating but the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and pool definitely made up for it.

Overall, the hotel was great and perfect location, walkable to all activities and bars and dining the premises I would give about a three due to the fact that there’s a lot of patching, painting and maintenance coming from the eyes of someone who’s in facilities it could use a bit of work, specially in the rooms like the one we had in room 450 which had broken drawers blinds with holes in them That needed to be replaced some of the walls look like they’ve been banged up with the chairs that they were placed against the wall that could use re-patching and painting in the fridge I would not call a fridge as it was too small to hold pretty much anything except maybe six sodas or four bottles of water. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay, that’s close to the areas I would totally recommend this hotel and do plan on using them again in the future just would prefer a better room.
