Great location and reasonably priced. Clean room and nice to have a pool on hot days in New Orleans

The courtyard is fabulous; its quiet and safe and walkable to the French Quarter. It really needs a good scrubbing, especially the carpets!! Maybe they wait for Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest to be over. Convenient mini market and micro wave provided to guests - a nice touch!! And staff was really really hospitable.

Great staff! Close to Bourbon and in the French Quarter!

Was a few blocks from Bourbon Street and pretty much walking distance to everything we go to New Orleans for! Staff was always friendly

This hotel was located a few blocks off of Bourbon Street. It was inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. One of the elevators kept getting stuck during our stay, luckily we were on the second floor so we just opted to take the stairs. The walls were thin, and our room was next to a family with a small child/children that were up late. Every staff member was very helpful and attentive.

No big complaints….It’s an old building that needs some updates and cleaning. Simple things like cleaning rugs and washing curtains. For the price we paid it was fine, but I’m not sure I would go back again. The beds were comfortable and I didn’t hear people above or next to me.

Everything was great.. elevator was a little scechy

Good location. Property shows its age.

This hotel is conveniently located in the French Quarter. We were there for Mardi Gras, so it was understandably very busy. The pros: the staff accommodated us when we arrived early and allowed us to check in, quiet hotel, comfortable bed, large room, good location, a pool and courtyard that looked like fun, delicious breakfasts (not included in cost of stay) and Rutha, the sweetest (and sometimes only) waitress in the restaurant. She managed that place almost single handedly! She sat everyone each morning, took everyone's orders, delivered and poured drinks, checked in frequently and cleared tables, always in a sweet and friendly way. Most mornings, she was the only wait staff in there and managed beautifully! She gave us hugs on our final morning there. She is a gem! The cons: tv was not working, the thermostat and heat/ac controls did not work so we had no control over the tempertaure of the room, the elevators were rickety and one eventually broke on our last day. Overall, the hotel is a clean and quiet place to stay. The breakfasts offered each day are delicious and conveniently located on the ground floor. No need to search for food in the am. So, if you aren't planning to spend a lot of time in your room, this would be a good place to stay.

No one cares about guests

Easy quick check in comfortable no frills but nice friendly helpful staff esp Keonna ! Would stay again .

Walking distance to all activities, but far enough away to be quiet. Affordable. The hot water was off for a day but the hotel refunded a full day for the inconvenience.

Staff friendly and walking distance from everything

I did not like being woke up every morning at 6:00 with loud construction on an elevator next to my room. The fire alarm went off randomly and guests were running out of their rooms and never an explanation even when we asked for one.

Convenient and nice accommodations in the French Quarter with great, friendly staff.
