Hotel is as advertised - walkable distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Staff is super friendly, professional and provides excellent service. Rooms are well furnished and clean.

"Nice" hotel - easy walk to Bourbon street. Takes a bit to get car back from valet so best to let them know in advance.

Hotel was average. Manager apathetic to our concerns about the AC not working and subsequently leaking in the middle of the night. Not the worst but I would seek another hotel for my next stay. Proximity is the biggest plus! Oh and Anthony at the front desk.

The staff were so friendly & informative and helpful. Room was nice & cozy, there is also a pop up bar bartender was so nice and made great drinks. The breakfast is a standard intercontinental breakfast not bad had all you could need... Great stay

This hotel has a friendly staff, nice rooms (love the brick walls) and is in an amazing location - walking distance to all of the attractions.

The Staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room was beautiful, from the classic brick wall to the 10th floor view. Everything was spotless, and my party and I have absolutely no complaints! :) This was my first time in New Orleans and I definitely plan on coming back at staying at this hotel.

The hotel has a great location that is walking distance of all city sights. The room was very nice and comfortable with a very friendly staff that is eager to please. The daily breakfast was a very nice plus.

An excellent deal in New Orleans. I will be back with my family.

enjoyed up till morning we were to leave when a cockroach crawled from my hair to my chest when i woke up and screamed. my husband finally found it and killed it. im still having trouble sleeping since i came home.

We had a great 4 day getaway. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small but we managed. Our tv went on the blink. We called the desk and they had someone come up very quickly and change it out. Staff very friendly and the breakfast very good. All I. All a great trip.

I stayed during my travels to Texas with a friend who has two children with special needs and an infant. We called before arriving and asked if we could have a vehicle with a small uhaul trailer valet parked because it would be very inconvenient to walk with all three children and our luggage. They said it was fine and they would have to charge for two parking spaces, we were completely fine with that. When we got there, they forced me to park the car with the uhaul, and pay for two valet parking spots even though I parked it myself. After arriving we asked for an extra blanket for the pull out couch. They brought a stack of about 12 pillow cases. The next morning I took the dog for a walk and got caught in the rain so when I got back me and the dog were soaking wet, and all of the three kids were sick, one of which (who is autistic) and refuses to be in the rain. It says they offer late check out so we asked if they would allow us to check out late. They said no. We asked if we could pay for another night stay just to check out an hour later, and they said no and that someone was already booked. When we asked for extra towels they never brought them. As my friend and her children were waiting for me to get the car, they sent a manager up to the room at exactly 12 telling her she needs to leave. there were other irritable things, but I am over explaining. I won't stay at a best western again.

Convenient and safe location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and big.

We had a wonderful time and the hotel was absolutely awesome for a girls weekend trip!

Comfortable, clean, great bell and valet staff. Wake up call was on time. Walls thin and can hear noise from hallways and other rooms.

I like the location. Short walk to Bourbon or Frenchman St. Even shorter walk to my favorite restaurant, Port of Call. Have stayed there three times over the past few years. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.

I enjoyed the stay with this hotel, the view was excellent. Only thing I want to say here, they should have a parking facility. We spent $25 for one night parking, which is too much.

Everything was great... the one complaint is that I'm not used to parking costing so much. Location and price are perfect.

Great Hotel. Convenient location to various points of interest.

This is a good hotel to stay for the Holidays.... The Staff was pleasant and very attentive....The rates were very good!...The location was close to everything!.. I would stay again!
