The hotel staff were great with a special shout out to the breakfast crew.

I was on the second floor, there is an atrium outside these rooms that access the lobby. I began hearing the prep for breakfast at 5 AM. I heard every conversation my neighbor had on the phone. Staff was nice and location was good, but i was exhausted from no sleep.

Great location to everything, cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast was great. Most of all...the staff made our stay perfect...a special big up to Dawn who kept our room clean and cozy each day. This was the best value for money.

If you’re looking for a nice hotel, close to the French quarter, you’ve found it. Almost everything in the hotel has been updated. We brought two dogs with us and there are accompanying fees but it was a great pet friendly experience.

Nice room. No windows though. Very clean. Good breakfast

Great location. Only took us ten minutes to get to the heart of the french quarter. We really liked our room. It was clean and a decent size and modern. The bed was really soft. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and I really appreciated the hot eggs, sausage and pancakes. Breakfast had nice long hours 6:30 to 9:30. The only thing I did not like (and is true of all hotels is the absolutely ridiculous parking fees. It was $32 a night and only until 4pm the next day.) You can park for free in the garden district almost anywhere in the neighborhood and take the trolley right back to the hotel after you drop off your bag. We saved a lot of money this way. You can also park at meters for free after 7pm and until 8am th next day and then you can move your car to the park and ride that is .8 miles away or to any of the lots with early bird specials.

Staff at reception was super nice. Rooms are modern and nice.

This hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the French Quarter and public transportation, making it very easy to go in and out during your stay. There is also a very decent size souvenir/convenience store right next door. The personnel is really nice and the breakfast (included) ladies are very careful and attentive to guests. We were lucky to have a room on the 9th floor on the south side, so we had no traffic noise and a clear view. The room is not huge, but functional, modern and very clean. Bathroom is also very spacious and clean, unfortunately we have to remove 1 star because there is absolutely no space for personal toiletries (not even a tablet). Not very convenient when you stay for more than 1 night. We had to take the ironing board off the closet and set it up as a shelf next to the pedestal sink.

Great Location! Right in the heart of New Orleans and off Canal Street.

Traveling back to San Antonio from Panama Beach Florida this was a great stopping place for the night. We were able to see a lot of the city in a short amount of time. We definitely will be staying here on our future travels to the city of New Orleans.

The hotel was under construction. Our room was so humid, the sheets and everything felt damp. The TV didn't work, but my husband fixed it and the remote was broken. We did like the location and it was an easy walk everywhere we wanted to go

Employees are great, breakfast was average, some broken items in room and hotel. Overall a good value. Close to main roads and vacation experiences. Just be aware of who is around you at all times.

Having stayed in NOLA many times I found this hotel and excellent choice with extremely friendly staff. There were no downfalls just note parking requires valet or you can drop off luggage and self park down the block. No pool but hey your in NOLA sightseeing anyway! The price for the location is amazing.

My shower curtain had a couple of big holes in it. The tile was cracked. The sheets had some yellow and blood stains that could not wash away apparently. Rooms have a cool old look but don't feel clean.

The female reception were really informational and nice. The maid was really nice even when she had to come back to clean the room. It was close to a lot of hotspot so it's worth going.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Welcome you every day. Breakfast was good! Coffee good!! There should have we'd water out. The only problem to me was the bed was uncomfortable and no bolt locks on door. If it wasn't for those 2 things, this hotel would be great! All in all in was still very good

Hotel is as advertised - walkable distance to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Staff is super friendly, professional and provides excellent service. Rooms are well furnished and clean.

"Nice" hotel - easy walk to Bourbon street. Takes a bit to get car back from valet so best to let them know in advance.

Hotel was average. Manager apathetic to our concerns about the AC not working and subsequently leaking in the middle of the night. Not the worst but I would seek another hotel for my next stay. Proximity is the biggest plus! Oh and Anthony at the front desk.

The staff were so friendly & informative and helpful. Room was nice & cozy, there is also a pop up bar bartender was so nice and made great drinks. The breakfast is a standard intercontinental breakfast not bad had all you could need... Great stay
