Liked: It was close to Harrah's, French Quarter, and next door to The Ruby Slipper. Dislike: Parking and No Pool, No Breakfast
The jetted tub was nice, but would slightly drain while bathing. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were nice. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was frozen over leaving the fridge inoperable. The room smelled of mildew and the AC did not seem to function well. Also the TV/cable would not change channels from the home screen. I would probably not stay here again.
A great place to stay in NOLA. Would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was around lots of good restaurants and shops!
Convenient everywhere is walking distance disappointed with breakfast selections

The lobby had not been vacuumed or swept and the plexiglass partition was broken in many places. Also, they're new Covid policies were not stated at check in. Only posted on the wall of the elevator.
Great vicinity to the French Quarter. Parking not so great!
Good place and well maintained. Just only an issue with thermostat as it wasn’t easy to locate
It was adequate to my needs (a place to crash for a couple of nights).
Clean, safe location for a downtown NOLA stay. Also close to multiple dining options and shopping in and around the French Quarter.
Small rooms but comfortable enough. Not the best place in the world, but clean, great location, and has what you need
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Parking that I paid for got messed up due to lack of communication and professionalism of the front desk staff. Ended up getting a boot on our car even though we paid for parking through the hotel. I am a blogger and will be doing an extensive negative review. I have never been so displeased with a stay in my entire life.
Room was so small! There was a button on the hallway to our room that was a loud screaming noise People kept pushing it all night. I got bit several times on my legs might check for bed bugs in
I was pleased with the hotel my room was very nice and comfortable with a great view. The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast which was included was cancelled due to covid and the hotel decided to give the guest a muffin an apple and water as breakfast. I dint think that was fair at all. And to top it off the microwave was downstairs in the lobby if you wanted to heat up your food
