I will like to say that the Front desk Clerk Cody was very polite and professional. He handle checking us in, while multi tasking other task. All with a smiling face and southern hospitality.The hotel was also clean and beautiful.The only thing that I can I wish they could improve is the AC in the rooms. I like it really cold and although the air worked perfectly find just not cold enough.
took several calls to get maintenance to replace fridge. room had a bricked in window and the jacuzzi tub did not work,.
Toilet was not working. Unpleasant and arrogant staff

Located in a great area! Didn't use a taxi/ride share the four days we stayed at the hotel. Clean and friendly service. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying here. Clean hotel and very short walk to bourbon street and other activities! Only thing negative is the safe in the room…It malfunctioned at 1 o’clock in the morning and I couldn’t access my sleeping medication until the following morning till maintenance came! So that kind of annoyed me. I wasn’t able to sleep my last night cause of it. Other than that the stay was nice!
I liked that it was centrally located to various landmarks, including Harrah's and Bourbon St. The breakfast was okay. Everything was instant including the grits. Would have preferred just fruit. Like that it is right off Canal which is one of the main attraction streets. The bathroom was horrible. The stopper was pulled all the way out, tub was dirty and one night there was NO HOT WATER, And the cable went out. Also the charge of $40 a night for parking was OUTRAGEOUS. I did not park at the hotel.

Liked: It was close to Harrah's, French Quarter, and next door to The Ruby Slipper. Dislike: Parking and No Pool, No Breakfast
The jetted tub was nice, but would slightly drain while bathing. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were nice. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was frozen over leaving the fridge inoperable. The room smelled of mildew and the AC did not seem to function well. Also the TV/cable would not change channels from the home screen. I would probably not stay here again.
A great place to stay in NOLA. Would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was around lots of good restaurants and shops!
