Great location in the French Quarter! It’s right on Bourbon St but we had a courtyard facing room and had ZERO street noise despite music blaring as soon as we walked outside. Room was clean and comfortable, shower pressure was lacking and the toilet was loud but overall a great stay. Unfortunately the temperature dropped so we didn’t end up using the pool but it looked lovely. I would stay here again.

Great location spot on Bourbon Street. Uber designation area on side of hotel. Showers were not that great (water was luke warm, shower handle broken), no free breakfast, breakfast needs to be included beignets or bagels, OJ, etc., rooms were clean, ear plugs were in room (of course), it was surprising quiet, not too loud. Rooms were small but cozy, French bathroom doors, balcony shared with three other rooms (no one was really out on shared balcony). They did have security at front door to deter people from coming inside if they were not a guest there. Overall, it was a good hotel. Valet parking too expensive. Room prices need to be lowered as it didn’t offer many amenities like the other hotels on Canal Street. Also, they do have single private balconies. Last, the maid service elevator was in middle of hallway, little noisy but spaces are tight in that area. 3.75 stars. No microwaves in rooms. Feed the people something free. As tourists, you pay and tip for most things, give free food near lobby, food and drink vouchers. It would make it an extraordinary experience for the NOLA experience.

The hotel is very nice for the price, clean and close to everything, however, the rooms overlooking Bourbon Street are extremely noisy as the party goes on past 3am. If you get a room anywhere else on the property it’s much more quiet. The room came with ear plugs which didn’t help very much.

Noisy location

Was so noisy from 4 pm until 2am, they even give you ear plugs. Room was ok but didn’t like sharing a balcony with three other rooms. Staff were not really helpful. Pool felt like it was over chlorinated and did smell strong. Parking valet were great, overall ok but wouldn’t go back.
