The reception area is very run down. Elevators are slow. Rooms have been redone but and look nice but doors stick, toilet flush crazy loud, carpet sticky.

Treated my husband to a fun birthday weekend in NOLA & we choose this hotel because of its location. Our room was quiet and we appreciated the free water and the fridge. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything and walkable. Lean on the concierge for local suggestions. The fact that they have security at the front entrace, makes for a safe stay.

Everything was wonderful! I wish we'd picked a Bourbon st facing balcony so we could watch the action from above! The french doors do a great job of blocking out the noises from the street.
