First let me say the staff were some of the best I've ever dealt with. They wanted to ensure your stay was awesome and worked hard to ensure it was. While the hotel is very old and a little cramped in the bathroom area, it is very clean, well maintained and fixtures are up to date. It is also the best maintained of the hotels on Bourbon St. It is a beautiful place and reflects some of the best architecture in the area. Now it depends on what you are looking for. This hotel is right on Bourbon St. We had a balcony room overlooking Bourbon St. If you want to be in the middle of the action every night this is the place for you. The party starts about 5pm and goes on through the night. They give free ear plugs to help with the noise. If you want to avoid the noise then the hotel also has rooms not on Bourbon St. and I would suggest them.

Went here for a surprise trip for my husbands 30th and had a wonderful time. Had the balcony on Bourbon which sadly we didn't use as much but more so because we were out all the time. The customer service is impeccable and I would definitely stay here in the future.

It's noisy, it's dirty out the front door but so is everywhere else on Bourbon Street. Room with balcony was a shared balcony, six rooms face out onto a large balcony with four tables maximum capacity 36. There was plenty of room. Loud at night, hotel gives out ear plugs. Room is small but comfortable. It's Bourbon Street you're there for and it's on it and it's acceptable.

Hotel was nice and clean . Beds were comfy. Staff was great. Only thing is our room had a bit of a old smell. Other than that I would stay here again

We were woken up the first morning of our stay at 7am by the sound of furniture being moved, sawing, and drilling. This went on for over an hour. My husband called the front desk and determined they were doing construction in the room next door. The hotel told us the construction needed to happen and they weren't supposed to start until after 9. She said because the construction would continue, they would move us to a different room. They moved us one floor down, underneath another room where they were doing construction. So, once again, the next morning, we were woken up, before 9am, by more construction above us. The hotel have us vouchers for two free breakfasts, which was nice. But, I would not recommend this hotel. Not only were we inconvenienced with noise, but then a room move, and more noise.

I absolutely loved the junior suite with the balcony overlooking bourbon street. A bit loud but the room came with ear plugs if you need them.

The 4 points hotel is perfectly located to experience bourbon street and the French quarter in the big easy. Everything us within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Air conditionong stopped working in our room and the hotel staff had it repaired in a matter of minutes. The only "improvement" I can offer is to have a small refrigerator in each room. My only recommendation to those going to new orleans is to try to get a room at 4 points on the 2nd, or third floor with a balcony. The trip was great and the 4 points hotel was fantastic.

Great Hotel for anyone wanting to stay on Bourbon St.

Walking distance to everything, surrounded by eating places and bars. We had a great time and we are looking forward to do it again.

We go to New Orleans once a year first time staying here. We will be back .

Clean room, great location if you're here for Bourbon street. Valet was cheap for NOLA at $30 a night. Can be loud, but if your staying on bourbon street it's to be expected.

We had a great stay this past Thanksgiving weekend. It's located right on Bourbon, but we were on the side on Toulouse Street. Thank god for that,as we had a wonderful balcony room on the second floor and things were very noisy on Saturday night. Not a problem on any of the other days. It was due to the Bayou classic and overwhelming crowds. It's still a great location with easy access to everything.

Everyone was so friendly and servicial The location of the hotel was perfect and when u r inside the 'noise from the street' stop that let me enjoy mi quiet and very comfortable room

Last minute plans, got a fantastic hotel for New Year week in NO! All staff wonderful & very friendly. Room? Very clean, no issues. Do want to thank concierge people! So helpful, set up some neat tours, gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants & simply enjoying the French Quarter. It was NYear's week, football games, a bit crazy. I'd like to note that the hotel is also very security conscious- that week for sure! Highly recommend. Food wise, in hotel would say breakfast very good but a bit pricey. In spite of too much, so many choices we had a great dinner there, very good food wonderful service.

My kids brought Me here for my 60 Birthday weekend, Great Place, the best Birthday ever and I've had a few.

I don't mind paying for quality but I just didn't see or receive the level of service I expect at that price.

It was our first time to NOLA, we thought Bourbon Street was the way to go but turns out it wasn't the NOLA we were looking to experience. However, 1 block in every direction helped us discover the true beauty of this city. With that being said, we would not stay here again both due to it's location on Bourbon Street & our overall experience with this Sheraton was just average. The staff (aside from the smiling young man from room service who brought the champagne, and the lovely Rhoda, who helped with our tour plans & gave us recommendations) was apathetic. Our room was barely ready upon arrival & when we entered it, it smelled of damp smoke. To be fair, the only way to get fresh air into the room was opening the door to the balcony overlooking Bourbon Street (which was a far worse smell depending on time of day) & we did not request a new room as we didn't spend much time in it anyway. The room & hotel were clean enough. The noise level is high almost 24 hour a day but that didn't bother us. We originally wanted a balcony to enjoy a drink & people watch but after the first day we realized there we no people we were interested in watching so save your $ here. The fire alarm went off one AM, scared the heck out of us until a muffled voice said it was just a drill (advance notice would've helped). The elevator was out temporarily of service one evening, however, without a sign advising people, we wasted time as a result. I would say this was mid-range as far as price, not a bargain but not as expensive as many other. Barely a thank you from front desk/lobby hotel staff when we checked out. Overall, if you are looking to stay on Bourbon Street, this may be the best option. But if not, there are so many other hotels/B&Bs/Inns that may provide better service & value. Do your homework & enjoy your trip!

If you want to be in the heart of New Orleans and on Bourbon street, this is the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location right on bourbon street. Pricing is very reasonable off season. The nightlife is loud however so I wouldn't pick this location for a business trip or family vacation.

This hotel is just as advertised...great. Right in the heart of the quarters and within stumbling distance from most of the major bars and sites in the quarters. My room was clean and the staff was super nice....what could be better?
