The was very nice to have the earplugs in the room for sleeping at night.

It was a very nice hotel in the middle of everything i could walk everywhere i wanted to go and that’s a plus since i have bad knees. The beds were very comfortable. All they need is a little refrigerator and a little microwave and this hotel would be perfect

For what I paid, I feel like the double bed room should have been upgraded but since I booked through Orbitz that wasn't a option. One night we had security and police knock on my door accusing me and senior citizen mom of making noise and shouting out racial slurs...ummm we are Hispanic and Black. .it all turned out ok though they realised it wasn't us and they apologized. Overall the hotel was nice, staff friendly and Location convenient.

we have problem with our room door it's won"t shut all the way .we did inform the supervisor check us in on 5/13/18, she told us she will send someone fixed it . it's never been done. the maid hardly vacuum.nothing

Originally booked a 5 night stay for Mardi Gras and ended adding an extra night to our reservation on the last day. Room and overall facilities were clean and well kept. Nice pool / courtyard area. All staff that we encountered were friendly and pleasant. I'm in New Orleans every 3 - 4 months and I'm sure that I will stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was like having the best of both worlds! The hotel lobby was very inviting to start your day or wind it down. It was located right in the middle of what everyone expects Burbon St. to be like but with the option to get away from it if needed. We will definitely stay here again!

The Hubby and I always try to stay here going to New Orleans. It's right on Bourbon but quiet enough to not notice your in the heart of it all!! Walking distance to everything is a plus and valet on site parking is a must for us!! Thanks so much!!

We had made reservations for this hotel 1.5 months prior to our visit. When we arrived, the room we were given was not the room we requested. We had requested a king bed but were told they were “all out of order.” We were given a “suite” with two queen beds, which wasn’t the most helpful. We expressed our displeasure, both in person and through the initial check in review with Orbitz. Once the hotel got our review from Orbitz, they contacted us right away to fix the problem. A king room had become available, so we were moved to that room. We had no other problems during our stay, and I will say the hotel bar’s bartender and the housekeeping staff were great. The hotel isn’t the quietest, and we did complain one night of the entire hallway smelling like marijuana from another guest down the hall. But it’s Bourbon St. so nothing was done about that. They do give you earplugs since it tends to get quite loud on the weekends.

Couldn't have picked a more perfect location for our honeymoon stay! Our Bourbon facing shared balcony allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere and music of Bourbon. Yes, down to the right of the hotel there is some construction work taking place on Bourbon but that is hardly the fault of the Four Points. This hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful during our week long stay. Each day we put up the placard declining housekeeping we received a $5 voucher to use within the hotel. We wanted the privacy anyway, so took advantage of this perk and used the vouchers to purchase water and drinks each morning on our way out for the day -- super convenient. Once the balcony door was closed we didn't notice too much street noise, despite the fact that if the door was open it was quite loud (and fun!). Earplugs are provided for those that may be more noise sensitive. We were also fairly close to the elevators and ice machine but didn't notice much hallway noise either. We went in to this experience expecting plenty of noise but encountered very little. Room safe worked great, with enough room for our tablets, medications and extra money and credit cards (just in case!). Concierge was wonderful and helped set up our tours and excursions. We will definitely book Four Points for future New Orleans visits. The location was perfect for our needs, and the service provided made it even better!

Good Hotel, great location in the heart of the French Quarter. Staff was friendly and professional. Thermostat in the room only blew cold air even after adjusting it several times and did receive a couple of towels that had stains that didn't come out from washing. All in all it was a good experience.

First let me say the staff were some of the best I've ever dealt with. They wanted to ensure your stay was awesome and worked hard to ensure it was. While the hotel is very old and a little cramped in the bathroom area, it is very clean, well maintained and fixtures are up to date. It is also the best maintained of the hotels on Bourbon St. It is a beautiful place and reflects some of the best architecture in the area. Now it depends on what you are looking for. This hotel is right on Bourbon St. We had a balcony room overlooking Bourbon St. If you want to be in the middle of the action every night this is the place for you. The party starts about 5pm and goes on through the night. They give free ear plugs to help with the noise. If you want to avoid the noise then the hotel also has rooms not on Bourbon St. and I would suggest them.

Went here for a surprise trip for my husbands 30th and had a wonderful time. Had the balcony on Bourbon which sadly we didn't use as much but more so because we were out all the time. The customer service is impeccable and I would definitely stay here in the future.

It's noisy, it's dirty out the front door but so is everywhere else on Bourbon Street. Room with balcony was a shared balcony, six rooms face out onto a large balcony with four tables maximum capacity 36. There was plenty of room. Loud at night, hotel gives out ear plugs. Room is small but comfortable. It's Bourbon Street you're there for and it's on it and it's acceptable.

Hotel was nice and clean . Beds were comfy. Staff was great. Only thing is our room had a bit of a old smell. Other than that I would stay here again

We were woken up the first morning of our stay at 7am by the sound of furniture being moved, sawing, and drilling. This went on for over an hour. My husband called the front desk and determined they were doing construction in the room next door. The hotel told us the construction needed to happen and they weren't supposed to start until after 9. She said because the construction would continue, they would move us to a different room. They moved us one floor down, underneath another room where they were doing construction. So, once again, the next morning, we were woken up, before 9am, by more construction above us. The hotel have us vouchers for two free breakfasts, which was nice. But, I would not recommend this hotel. Not only were we inconvenienced with noise, but then a room move, and more noise.

I absolutely loved the junior suite with the balcony overlooking bourbon street. A bit loud but the room came with ear plugs if you need them.

The 4 points hotel is perfectly located to experience bourbon street and the French quarter in the big easy. Everything us within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Air conditionong stopped working in our room and the hotel staff had it repaired in a matter of minutes. The only "improvement" I can offer is to have a small refrigerator in each room. My only recommendation to those going to new orleans is to try to get a room at 4 points on the 2nd, or third floor with a balcony. The trip was great and the 4 points hotel was fantastic.
