The property was great! Super busy but great for people watching. Hallways are quiet and everyone staying at the hotel was very respectful. Hotel staff was very helpful by providing a wheelchair and assistance's with my disabled father.
This was the perfect location for our first trip to New Orleans. We brought our two kids, and the hotel catered to them well. They loved the room service menu and the pool most of all. For us adults, it was all about proximity. We were near to everything without needing a car.
It is a great hotel. However, my guest was treated unfairly. He went out one night and the staff did not let him back in. Staff thought he was not a guest at the hotel even with his own key. Security called me to confirm the person was a guest! He was registered as a guest.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. My only issue was the room service. Apparently they only clean your room every the days. And my iron didn't work, even the replacement iron didn't work. Other than that the hotel was perfect
