My room had the bedroom door missing. TV in the living room didn’t work and when I showered the water cut completely off while showering and when it came back on the pressure was extremely low. My room number was 846.

Nice Place to Stay

The staff at The Mercantile are fantastic from the very welcoming and helpful front desk staff to the breakfast dining room staff. It is great that the rooms are suites, and for the first time since I have stayed here before, I played the record player. It's also nice to see that the Warehouse district has certainly built up, and there are many restaurant options within walking distance.

Okay. Only one ice machine in for all the floors

There was only one floor that the ice machine worked. It was a weird scavenger hunt. FYI 9 th floor. Condition of the room was just okay. Room was spacious.
