We enjoy the location, it’s absolutely perfect to enjoy all NOLA has to offer. But One11 has a comfortable atmosphere, nice amenities & it is clean. Parking is especially convenient. We go to New Orleans regularly & One11 is one of my favorite hotels.

Very cool hotel since it was once a sugar mill and the newest hotel to open in half a century in the French Quarter. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfy, you easily can walk to Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter in under 5 minutes. but can sleep well by not being in the middle of those louder streets.

Room pictures were completely misleading. Our room looked nothing at all like what was advertised. We could’ve stayed at The Four Seasons for nearly the same amount of room rate. No housekeeping came and I was told we have to request for housekeeping. Just very disappointed.

The rooms were exceedingly clean. The hotel was in a great area, close to everything. The only negative would be that it state there is Wi-Fi which never worked once the whole time we were there. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

Our biggest complaint was with the staff. No one was friendly. The front desk staff didnt smile or converse at all. The bartender let us sit in the lounge for 10 minutes before yelling across the room to ask if we were doing okay. If the expectation is that we order at the bar, maybe letting us know when we came in or having signage somewhere would be helpful. When the hot water carafe was empty at breakfast, the person working clearly saw that nothing was coming out and instead of saying “I’ll be over in a second to get you some water” he just kept emptying the trash and cleaning up. This happened to be the same bartender who didn’t communicate with us during happy hour. For the price we were charged for a room after all the taxes and fees were added on, I would have left with a better impression if the staff had at least tried a little bit.

Room was way below expectations - foul smell of body Oder and mold. Shower drain clogged. No one from the staff seemed to care. Maybe pay them more they all seemed very unhappy and tortured being there.

This was my third stay at this hotel location, and I have to say that it has gotten worse with each stay. This time being the most disappointing. The drain in the bathroom was completely clogged the sheets smelled of body odor and mildew, which then caused the whole room to smell, and unfortunately, the front desk, and those in the front of the house were less than willing to help, and honestly very dismissive. Which was not my experience prior to this stay.
