Overall very nice hotel in perfect location. Small room not enough space to open a 2nd luggage. The air conditioner is set up on the side of the room blowing right into you when you sleep right into your head, very inconvenient. The pool is not heated kids didn’t want to go in.
Location close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful view from the 8th floor terrace of New Orleans. Lovely hotel.
Great staff— so professional, welcoming and ready to help.. once they get equipped with noise machines (locomotive passes through a lot and quite loudly), which they are working on, this place will reach perfect rating..

This hotel is beautifully done. Exposed brick and wood beams. It looks like a converted warehouse. The hotel is very clean. Robes and slippers are provided. The front desk is very accommodating. The restaurant/bar downstairs is ok. There are plenty of other places to eat in New Orleans of course. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. I didn’t like the fact that my room had no privacy, I had to keep my blinds closed at all times. There was no heat for the pool. My grand daughter swam and got a cold and terrible cough which dampened my trip. I asked for room service on day 3 and the hostess did not change our pillow cases. I thought that was really unsanitary. FYI.
The location of the property is close to anywhere you need to go but a small hotel feel. Victor at the front desk was awesome in his guidance as well were his colleagues. Brian at the bar makes an awesome Sazerac. Very friendly and if we go back, I want to stay here.
This property was located near everything. Within walking distance of parades and food. Great location
The hotel is gorgeous, staff is amazing and very accommodating. My only issue was the train every few hours blowing its horn for long periods of time. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Everything is in reasonable walking distance and far enough away from Bourbon St to be affected by what goes on there.
