Great weekend getaway

The room was immaculate. My granddaughters loved the pool. The hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to take the trolley or walk most places. We had a wonderful weekend!

I especially enjoyed the engagement of the staff from the valet and bell hops to the front desk to the chandelier bartenders and also the room attendant. Everyone not only greeted me, but also engaged in meaningful conversation to ensure my stay was 5-Star!

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left a cake and a nice note in room before we got there. I thought that was a nice touch. We would probably stay here again. Only complain, which is beyond their control (probably other than getting better noise proof windows) is the train that comes by very early in the mornings.
