Clean, new, beautiful. Made for a comfortable and easy visit.

The hotel itself was quite nice but most of the staff was horrible and needs to get a more qualified proper training on professionalism and customer service. The bed was quite comfortable but the sheets was dirty. I found a dot of old blood on my pillow while my friend had a orange stain on hers. The layout of my hotel room was splendid, but I did not like that the hotel is located the furthest on Canal street away from all the tourist area. The bathroom had enough space with remarkable lightening for selfies. The hotel's design was impressive, but the staff's lack of professionalism alone can depreciate the value of a modern hotel. The bellhop men was pretty much the only nice employees there. The male bartender that worked on May 15 night shift was unpleasant and cared too much on trying to be right instead of doing whats right for the guests. Front desk was awful and valet team was too busy talking amongst each other that they didn't ask if we needed valet until I asked them directly first. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s a new property everything is very clean and upscale. Lobby has a very trendy artsy feel

Great place... overall the room and staff were amazing

This was by far this best experience that I have ever had with staying in a Hotel. Everything was beautiful and very clean. Room was very roomy as well

Zero problems during the whole experience. Beautiful rooms and so clean!

Excellent experience overall, hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was really comfortable. The room was large with an oversized bathroom with two sinks. There was even some sort of built in fan or noise machine which masked the noise of drunk people coming back late. The hotel is only about a mile from the central area. It's an easy walk. The only thing that wasn't great was the service. We didn't get toiletries replenished and had to ask. Our phone wasn't working. I reported the issue three times and nobody cared. I tried to order room service and nobody answered the phone or got back to me.

I called the hotel 1 week before our visit to request latex or rubber foam pillows for all three of the room reservations. I was told by the front desk person that they would have them for us in our rooms. When we got to the hotel, there was none in my room.........neither in my son's room nor son in law's room. I called down to the front desk and was then told that they do not carry them in the hotel???!!! I was pretty sure I was speaking to the exact same person I spoke to a week before. If I had known this before I left my home I would have taken my own pillow with me as would have the others who only sleep on latex pillows. This was my main complaint...secend was the fact that the coffee shop in the hotel was not open for dinner or snacks later in the evening. You would have to bring your own from the day or order Uber Eats. This was very surprising for such a new and grand hotel. The rooms were very spacoius. The loby was cold looking and very uninviting! Personel that worked there and especially the people at the fron door were very friendly and eager to please.
