This hotel is not guest friendly. The atmosphere is bland filled with beautiful furniture. I had an incident with the Valet Manager that really put the icing on the cake for me. I never was able to get in the pool due to the weather, no bartender in sight on the property, breakfast $20 only offered on weekends, if you want your robe and slippers you have to ask for it, most of the staff friendly, housekeeping (no english). The place like fort knox, must have your key for everything.

My first time at this facility. Very nice room and location. Not in heavily congested area on Canal and easy walk to Bourdon Street— and plenty of nearby restaurants! Convenient , reasonable, 24 hr parking across the street . Limited internal food options but nice, lobby bar and plenty of quiet, romantic sitting cubbies in lobby area!

There was not menu. It was a buffet. Yogurt, fruit, grits and bacon were good. Eggs were over scrambled for me. Did not like pancakes or French toast. Not fluffy or fresh. Husband said potatoes were good. I prefer to order.
