The room was okay. It was not cleaned properly before we checked in. There was hair in the shower but we washed it out. Everyday when we asked for the room to be swept, the cleaning staff did not seem to understand. They only emptied waste baskets, and changed towels. I am not sure if that is what they are told to do only. Overall, the staff was friendly.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but everything else was great! There are some easy upgrades they could make to the gym to have it be better. Very close to Bourbon street, Superdome, etc.

The city of New Orleans and the parking is quite junk. I got booted staying at this hotel because it’s pitch black outside and there were no addresses so I parked in the wrong lot and their valet is 50 a night which is astronomical. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was cool. I didn’t get to enjoy the bar or anything else because of the boot on my car.

The hotel and room itself was very nice. Great condition, modern and clean. Ideal location as well as everything is easily accessible. But the noise level in the hotel was pretty bad. The walls felt like they were paper thin as you could hear everything in the hallway and next door rooms. I also had housekeeping knocking on my door early in the AM even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on my door. Overall, the lack of sleep both nights because of the noise lowered my stay.
