The Jung’s location is convenient and the trolley is literally right outside the hotel. The hotel charges for parking but it’s worth it because the parking options located next to the hotel is cheaper and not secure. the day I arrived several cars were broken into the night before. The hotel staff is very friendly. Valet was awesome. I would stay here again
You have to walk about 4 long blocks to bourbon street
This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. I loved the rooftop pool. It’s a bit of a walk to Bourbon, but not too bad. I’ve already booked another stay here.
It was quiet and peaceful. The only time I saw other guests was at the front lobby, which was great because it didn’t feel crowded.
Great location. Walking distance to tourist areas but far enough to be quiet at night
I enjoyed the property and would stay again, however, the property had no Tylenol or ibuprofen, which is odd, especially for a hotel just walking distance from Bourbon street. Also, while the room was nice and fairly clean, there were long strands of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Besides these two things, I enjoyed my stay.
Fairly large room with inefficient use of space. Apparently due to covid zero services, amenities, service or conveniences are allowed
No microwave and the refrigerator was warm
Really clean, but no parking lot available
This property exceeded my expectations. Everything is new, fresh, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again.
Hotel was gorgeous however we weren’t told there will be no housekeeping. We were there 4 days & 3 nights and the bed was never made & I had to take the garbage out. I had to try to find grocery bags to replace them. Other than that the Hotel was a bit further away from the French Quarter and the area looks run down.
The hotel is beautiful and the hotel staff gives superior customers service. Already looking forward to my next visit!!! 5 stars!!!
Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, and fun rooftop pool
The property was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very clean and pleasant! Our interaction with various staff members was wonderful and they are all so professional. This is now my favorite place to stay in NOLA!
