great location for walking to most sites. The bar was beautiful with an amazing view. Gym right down the hall from our room. Gym is open 24 hrs for quick workouts with ample amount of machines and weights. Buffet breakfast was stellar lox,bagels, omelettes cooked to order ,oatmeal, fresh fruit. Staff wonderful very responsive, Rooms were standard with lovely sheets .

Bed was comfortable, room clean, blackout curtains amazing, the access to the mall is great, but after specifically asking for a room far away from the elevator the check-in person did not care and gave us exactly the room right by the elevator which was a issue because you could hear people coming in and out all night long.

Room was nice. Carpet was dirty in room 2403. Not happy about not getting a receipt until I got home to find out a destination fee of 34.50 a day was charged to us over and above the package price. A bit sneaky I feel. Maybe that is why they don’t give you a receipt. Plus the 29.00 voucher offered to us from Expedia was nice but not sure they were credited to anything. We used it to pay for breakfast but was still charged

Great location-just close enough to walk to everything near the French quarter and far enough to not be too loud or rowdy for a quiet night’s sleep. The quality of the room and cleanliness was above expectations. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the large pitchers of water in the lobby for quests especially after a long day of walking and exploring. Thank you!

Great location. Convenient to the trolley, French Quarter, Canal Street. Rooms were a great size and beds were very comfortable. Staff were great from our check in/out person to the concierge. Only complaint were several times the elevators were out of service and it took several minutes to get one to go back to the room.

Location - the Westin is at the center of many of the things you want to do in NOLA. The staff is friendly and the room is always clean and comfortable.

Our 4-day stay at the Westin New Orleans was frustrating due to a lack of transparency and basic service. ​Parking & Communication: At check-in, we were only told about the $65/day valet. I later found parking in the same building via Way.com for $16/day with in-and-out privileges. We were also never told to collect our trolley vouchers (covered by the $35/day resort fee) at the concierge. ​Room Issues: On arrival, we couldn't shower because the water was scalding hot—even the "cold" tap was hot. This took a day to fix. Furthermore, we had to beg for housekeeping after three nights because they never came to clean. ​Check-out Frustrations: Our keys were deactivated at 11:30 AM, even though checkout is at noon. To top it off, my bill showed $110 for breakfast instead of the $88 I actually signed for. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to find my receipt and admit it was a "clerk error." ​Between the plumbing issues and the billing "mistakes," this stay was a major disappointment. We expected much better for the price.
