We had a great room with an amazing view of the Mississippi river. Everything was walkable in New Orleans from our hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and accommodating. The bar had a great atmosphere and was fun to hang out with in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. Helped us really enjoy our stay in New Orleans.

Overall a good stay. All interactions with the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were nice but the rooms could use a bit of an update/refresh. There was some noisy times of day, but to be expected in a downtown area. We enjoyed the connivence of taking the elevators right into the mall area, which has nice high end stores. Would recommend to anyone looking to be in a safe area still within walking distance to the heart of the French Quarter.

Great location, nice staffs, room is clean and spacious, there is Netflix and Amazon prime on tv which I like, the only thing I didn’t like is they charged $30 destination fee daily, which I don’t use
