The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable, room is clean, service is great, bar is great and bartenders are very friendly as well as restaurant food and staff were great. The surrounding area of the hotel is noisy with the trolly and traftic. It's difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. We did have issues with a towel bar in the bathroom falling and the showerhead not working but staff fixed right away once notified. Overall i recommend this hotel for your stay. It is a great location.

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located near canal street and bourbon street, and yet in a quieter part of N.O. The restaurant downstairs “Trenasse” serves great food. We especially loved the oysters on the half shell which were the best and freshest we ever had at an unbelievably reasonable price during happy hour. The staff was very good but among them all the Concierge was the best.

Room was very clean and staff friendly. Would have been nice to have a little refrigerator in the room instead of a cold bar where all the drinks were extremely overpriced. The Dish TV was not good at all. The available channels did not match up to the guide. Because of the restaurant in the hotel the thick smell (on the main floor) of meat being smoked permeated hair and clothing. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will continue to use them for quick stays in NOLA

Check in was really easy and the staff was friendly. You have to park in the nearby parking garage and walk to the hotel, which took a minute to find using Google Maps. It was a really busy weekend (NYE & Sugar Bowl) but the staff and guests were all friendly. We walked or took the street car everyday, a very convenient location. The room was large and there was a balcony. It's important to note the balcony was shared with about 4 other rooms so don't expect a lot of privacy out there. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. Now onto the negative- the water in the shower was never hot, at best warm, after running the shower for 5+ minutes and we were only given one bath towel to replace 2 that were taken. Overall, great place to stay.
