The hotel was in a great location. The beds were comfy. Cleanliness was a little below average. There was still something from the people before us. Water pressure was ok. Toiletries were decent quality. The bar downstairs was great! Also the balcony was cool.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very nice. I was there a little early and they allow me to check in so I didn’t have to wait. The room was very big and everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here on my next visit

Requested quiet room. Room was loud when we arrived around 2 pm. At 10 pm security actually investigated and the noise did stop just after 10:15 pm. There was no view from the room. # 1430. Lights out in chandeliers in dining room as well.

Staff was attentive. Lobby was very pretty. Trenasse restaurant is inside the hotel, but not affiliated. Great happy hour, before our show at Saenger Theatre. Very walkable-great homey restaurant called The Street Cafe was a couple of doors down and really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Called the hotel and was told that they had charging stations for your car. It’s also listed as such. We get there and they do not have one. Ruined our plans for the night. Manager on duty said she could not compensate in any way and that the GM was not available. Could not get a refund being that we got in late and it was past check in time. Spent a lot of money for a very disappointing night.
