Definitely one of the better places to stay in New Orleans

We truly enjoyed our five night stay. Our room was nice. The bathroom was better. I never use hotel toiletries. But, the lemon was really nice. Perfect location. Great staff.

I have stayed at the hotel on several different occasions and I can honestly say this was my worst experience. Not sure if was due to the hotel being very crowded, but we were placed in a very subpar room. The towel rack broke in our bathroom and instead of calling maintenance the housekeeper just sat our clean towels on the towel. Totally gross. They also ran out of face towels several times and we had to wait to shower. I would think a minimum expectation would be clean towels. Also the refrigerator was not stocked or cleaned out. It just had a note inside to call downstairs to have it stocked. After looking inside the refrigerator there was no way I would drink or eat anything out of there. On a good note the restaurant downstairs was pretty amazing and had a very reasonably priced hot hour menu.

The speed at times was 80K (remember modems from 20 years ago)! And some times would not even give connection. Could not even do email. A web page would time out due to connectivity issues or not come up at all.

I like to stay in this hotel because the rooms are nice, quiet and spacious. The location is a short walk to the French Quarter but you can leave the noise and crowds behind when you go back to this quiet hotel! The lobby and common areas are very nice and well-kept. I would recommend this hotel for being close to many attractions without the foot and car traffic of the French Quarter.

This hotel was perfect for a few days in New Orleans. Very clean and extremely comfortable hotel. All the services you need in a great hotel at a favorable rate. Close to downtown and easy walk and very comfortable walk through urban streets that made me feel safe.

Hotel Centrally located on corner of St. Charles and Poydras. St. Charles Cable car right out front. 4 short walking blocks from French Quarter across Canal St. Nice plush rooms, great beds. Casino and Riverwalk 4 blocks down Poydras St.

Clean, gorgeous, and wonderful staff staff! Hotel was overbooked so they upgraded our room with no problems or concerns. A lot of conventions I believe, upscale, so deal was amazing on Orbitz. Came home and told everyone where we stayed, planning another trip with more people right now!

The hotel staff was fine for the couple of times we had to interract with them. Our room was clean enough, but the noise factor was a big problem. The soundproofing is awful. We could hear noise coming from every room around us, including upstairs. Anytime someone made even the tiniest peep on the hallway we could hear them perfectly. If you're considering staying here make sure to get a room on the south side of the building. Our room faced north toward the top of a parking structure. All night long the valets would set off the car alarms to locate the vehicles. Not a terrible hotel overall, but if you're looking to get even just a little sleep after exploring the French Quarter at night, you might want to give this place a second thought.

I like everything about the my stay accept, the bathtub don't drain whend you're showering. Everything else was fine

I think the hotel should have a fridge and microwave , the breakfast for two is too expensive ($60 ) otherwise the hotel is nice , the location is great . And the staff is also good .

Nice location, nice employees, nice facilities. Big long brunette hair in the sink (very in your face) greeted me. Minibar which I Did not use looked like someone picked it up and shooke everything inside ( messy and not stocked), TV reception horrible, some what noise room, very comfortable bed, phone had coffee stains from a previous stay, one of the drawers had coffee cups and coasters set in a very clumpy fashion. I think there were close to few dozen coasters, Iron coard was placed on top shelf instead of where it belongs righ below the iron. Shower head and shower surface appeared not well maintained. Very nice towels. Nice pillows. Nice furniture. Very walking friedly location. Main entrace door to the hotel is unusually narrow. Over all, with few housekeeping improvements it would be a great hotel.

Amazing service by the night audit clerk. She went out of her way to help me! Real asset to this property!

Nice hotel with comfortable bed. Room has no microwave. Shower was a little spotted. Decent view to the city. Parking is $40 a night but if you park next four it's cheaper only $20. Staff very nice but restaurant and bar staff not extremely friend and overly busy. Hair dryer horribly small and barely working.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Price was great.

Beautiful hotel just a short, 5 minute walk to Canal, Bourbon and Royal Streets. Right in the heart of New Orleans main area. Staff was friendly and helpful any time we had a question. Room, lobby and restaurants were clean, modern and well staffed. Would recommend and would stay here again. Traveled with my boyfriend, we are in our early 30s.

Great central location, very clean/comfy room and smiling service!

I stayed here for Jazz Fest in 2014. This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. It's a great hotel, centrally located with nice beds and a balcony off of the room. The only issue was some noise but that's because they're remodeling so it can be expected. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Hotel was perfectly located for my business trip. Reception staff wasn't the friendliest, but overall good service. I believe the hotel is/was going through renovations, which is a good thing. Also great to be able to walk to the French quarter with ease. Best room service breakfast I've ever had.

Hello Jared. Thank you for the review. I am sorry to see that the noise was an issue. The valets you are referring to are from a neighboring business.
