This was my second time staying here and it was as good as I remembered. Perfect location for walking the French Quarter. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a good size and exactly what you should expect from a small boutique hotel.

The property is very nice, the room was great. Check in was easy. They do offer valet parking for $42, but it cost less to park in a lot down the street.

The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient place to stay in relation to the French Quarter. Really quiet at night considering a block away was pumping loud music.

Location can’t be beat, but because the building is old it is hard to regulate the temperature with the thermostat (not unexpected) however, they only have a sheet on your bed and no blanket in the room. I asked 3 nights in a row for a blanket and was never provided one.
