Amazing staff, rooms, and service. I would stay again.

My stay was great. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful to someone who had never been to the city before. My only disappointment was I couldn’t get the late checkout I needed but they were great to store my luggage for me until my return to the airport. Great location. No view but I didn’t expect one.

It was amazing! Great location, super charming and clean.

I liked that the living area was separated from the bedroom with a hallway and a door for privacy. The walls are too thin.

Excellent customer Service. Ryan and Sam are the best.

I like the friendly staff at the front desk and their prompt response to the guests’ requests, especially in terms of luggage storage, taxi reservations, and providing extra blankets. A job well done!

Had a great stay at the Prince Conti Hotel. Lobby has a European quaintness (that honestly left me initially concerned about the choice of lodging we'd made...) but after seeing our great room, the first floor started to grow on me! Room had high ceilings and was substantially sized for a city hotel room. Bathroom was totally new and the whole place was a mix of modern and old world in the best possible way. Front desk staff could not have been more wonderful the entire time. Bed was comfortable, and we asked for a room NOT facing the din of Bourbon Street (and other than some loud hallway revelers on a Friday night, we weren't disturbed at all by noise). We didn't eat or drink at Cafe Conti or the Bombay Club but if you needed something easy and on-site, they didn't look like bad options. We missed one day of housekeeping (they leave at 2 or 3pm, FYI, so if you want service, take that sign off your door early). Being that we didn't want to shell out the $$ for the Omni this trip, the Prince Conti was a welcome replacement!!

Very nice hotel, the only bad thing I could say about it is that the bathrooms are tiny. Very, very tiny. There's very little space between the toilet and sink or shower.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious. But lacks closet space. Comfortable bed. Nice TV but the light on the bottom of the TV casts a bright ray of light when the TV is turned off which disturbs and makes it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

Ive stayed at your property before and this time i took advantage of the Cafe and Bombay Club! Thank you

The staff was very helpful. Location close to everything in the French quarter.

Well appointed rooms. Bathrooms were small but updated and bright. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast at the cafe was very good!!! and the Bombay club was also very good for dinner and drinks. The staff at all 3 (hotel, cafe, and restaurant) were excellent.. cant say enough about them.

Hotel is on a quiet well lite up street just half block from Bourbon Street. We arrived on an early flight around 11am at the hotel and our room was ready to ck in!

It was walking distance to everything I wanted to do, quiet, clean, and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and accomadating....location is excellent for access to Bourbon Street....Dinner at the Bombay Club was delicious

Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Food from the cafe was delicious.
