Room is big with kitchen etc. and clean our shower leaked. Pool is not heated and cold no hot tub. Breakfast is not great low quality. The hotel area is great for stadiums and ww2 Museum its about 15 min to French Quarter. Walking or transit. Do not rent a car buy a jazzy pass. Good for all transit including street cars. Take 202 bus from airport both ways save yourself $150. Overall was good deal for the price.

We stayed here while attending a game at the superdome. Perfect place to stay. We checked in early. Breakfast was a real hot breakfast with grits and eggs etc. not the continental. Really enjoyed it and will stay again.

During check in, staff didn't mentioned about parking requirement for physical ticket for special rate and didnt mentioned about on request cleaning service. Bathroom water leaks out to outside glass door. Poor quality shaving kits provided. Breakfast is ok not great as everyone mentioned, just that you can order omelette. Room is very dark with minimal lights. Overall disappointed with Hyatt.
