The free breakfast was very limited. Staff who worked the breakfast, were very professional, friendly and helpful. Need to change the front desk staff. Not friendly, sarcastic and unhelpful. I probably won’t be booking a vacation to this hotel in the future. Sad.

It was right by the football dome. Close to everything!

Very conveniently located. An easy walk to the French Quarter and short rides everywhere else I wanted to go. The only point I'd clarify is that there are two Hyatts right next to each other the Hyatt House (where I stayed) and the Hyatt Regency (right around the corner). So make a note of which garage you parked in - especially if you arrive late and are tired. Duh....

Clean and well maintained. Good location - about 20 mins walk to the French quarter.

This is a wonderful hotel. I stayed there while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency and it was perfect. The walk over was less than 5 min. The room was big and clean. The staff was always so kind and it’s in walking distance to so many good restaurants and bourbon street too! The breakfast was good with lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in room 1492 and the view was spectacular! The night lights of the city of New Orleans was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast each morning was also GREAT! Everything we needed was within walking distance. We will most definitely stay here again! ABSOLUTELY recommend!

The view in Suite 1492 was amazing! The night lights of New Orleans was spectacular. The property was beautiful!

The staff was attentive and friendly great location room cleaned daily

Fantastic stay. Location was great. It was close to Bourbon St and all the main New Orleans spots without any of the craziness and loudness associated with those areas. Having free breakfast every morning was a huge help, and I was delighted to see that it was proper, fresh breakfast (especially since hotel breakfasts can be so hit or miss). Staff was supremely helpful -- they helped us when we locked ourselves and out and also stowed our luggage away for us the day we checked out so we could go explore a bit before leaving for the airport. Highly recommend!

This property is a gem. Just a few blocks from the French Quarter. Streetcar access a block away makes it convenient and affordable to get around town. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Will definitely stay here when I return to New Orleans!!!

Very clean, good breakfast! The staff is very friendly

Great stay, highly recommended def coming back when in town

Excellent location to and from airport and to center of New Orleans. Excellent staff and amenities.

I loved the little suites, they had everything we needed. We only came for 1 day but it would totally be worth it to stay longer! The view was great, the breakfast was great and it was within walking distance to a lot of places! Will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast is great. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Also get ready for a 50 dollar charge a night for incidentals. Which will be given back if nothing goes wrong.. but to not expect that is a blow to your slow song money. AC is also locked on a temp and can’t get it any lower and sometimes it shuts off and you come back to a hot room. Maybe your experience will be better but mine not so much.

The staff is nice. The room is clean. Love the complimentary breakfast buffet.
