Best parts were the breakfast and the quality/cleanliness of the bed. The "free" wifi was very slow. The staff misplaced one of my packages that was mailed in advance and they almost got argumentative trying to track it down until a manager happened to intervene the following day. He knew where the package was, as it turns out. Parking is super expensive ($47/day) which they didn't warn about in advance. Security outside/around the hotel was sketchy. The breakfast was outstanding! Omelettes made to order!

I had a medical emergency and had to cancel and the hotel and expedia still charged me even after I called both and explained that I couldn’t travel they were rude and not understanding at all highly disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again should have been an easy decision to refund me my money being that I had a medical emergency and absolutely could not travel.
