Convenient for our purposes - walked to the Fillmore for a concert. Wasn't expecting another $50 per day for valet parking. No microwave.

From pulling up to the front of the hotel, we were greeted by valet and Travis, in Loss Prevention. Check-in at the Front Desk was smooth and effortless. Every employee that we encountered was attentive and happy to assist. Room was immaculately clean, and bed was comfortable. Wife loved the Aveda products. Will definitely be coming back!

Comfy bed, clean hotel, quiet, and a good onsite restaurant. Would stay again.

Made no mention of the pool and hot tub being closed on the site prior to booking.

easy walk down the street to the French Quater! #Letsgobrandon

Unique art collection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Guest vomiting in the hall and seemingly employees sitting/napping in the halls. Surrounding area very noisy, difficult to find parking.

It is well-located, with plenty of galleries and restaurants near. The bathroom showed a little wear and tear, but was tolerable. It could get a little loud in the inner-courtyard if guests were convening, but again nothing too bad.

Location is great. The connecting restaurant did not have enough employees to manage the number of people that we in the restaurant.

It is a huge space with only 5 floors. Staff was excellent. Rooms have unique buttons for DND and Clean now.

The Renaisance Arts Warehouse District Hotel is just so-so. The lobby is the grandest thing about it. The rooms are small and very generic - not even as good as a budget hotel. Location was out of the way if you like that kind of thing.

Excellent bar staff! Had so much fun! Close to convention center, 7 min walk.

Hotel staff were exceptional and professional. Hotel was very clean.

Dear Michael, thank you for being our guest. Your rating reflects that your overall experience was satisfactory, except for your disappointment with our pool and hot tub being closed during your visit. We regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused you, and we will be sure to review our third-party websites in addition to our official site to ensure everything is up-to-date. We are grateful for your patience this time and hope to host you again to make your stay perfect the next time you are in the area. Best Regards, Paul Faith, Director of Operations
