The staff were very helpful with early checkin, and storing our luggage on our last day. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The property is an easy walk to the French Quarter and has multiple bus routes and a streetcar line right in front of the hotel. The room was really large with a desk, couch and had a full size fridge. Small pool and fitness rooms. Excellent breakfast with a huge buffet. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the front lobby seems kept up with. The room was not. The couch was dirty and the bathroom looked a bit run down.

The room was good except for the toilet. It did not flush properly the whole time I was there. When I tried reporting it to management the calls were not answered for more than 2 days. The breakfast was great. The location was good and close to everything.

We arrived to the hotel for the check in and it was overbooked so they sent us to another hotel for night. We had to sleep one night in a room which was impossible due to some noise. We asked to be changed and we were told not possible as the other hotel was fully booked. The next day we got the room in the Homewood hotel and they did not even ask about our previous night. The service was not great, breakfast is not great. Food quality not great. The room was fine though. It was first time on this hotel and it will be the last one

For a dated hotel, it was worth the price!! The staff was the best!!! From the valet staff, to the concierge, to the front desk team, cleaning staff, and the breakfast staff…the people were GREAT!!! They made the stay worth every penny. I look forward to going back and hopefully some renovations will have been made. The hotel is due some updates and upgrades. Hopefully, the staff is and will be properly compensated for their value as to keep them on payroll. The staff goes above and beyond and those are skills that you cannot teach.

This was not the typical Hilton experience. I realize this building is old, but the couch arms were threadbare. Housekeeping didn’t leave extra toilet paper and when I realized it early one morning, none of the phones in my room worked and when I called down from the phone at the elevator. I was told to come get it myself if I wanted it now! One morning they ran out of regular coffee. When I asked about it I was told they were probably waiting on a delivery. I was very disappointed with this stay compared to other Hiltons I have stayed at. There were toenail clippings beside the couch. They gave only us 1 large fluffy towel and 2 smaller towels.

I did not like the bathroom and all of the water that the shower put outside of the shower. It really didn’t allow me to feel clean on my vacation. I don’t think I would stay there again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very cozy, and the view from the window was beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location was perfect — close to major attractions and easy to get around. I especially appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, fast Wi-Fi, and a smooth check-in process. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
