It's hard for me to wright a negative review because the staff was welcoming accept for a front desk agent by the name of Navajoa. I believe front desk is the main face of a hotel. She made me feel unwelcomed uncomfortable and the two times I felt with her I felt like I was bothering her. The shower had very little pressure and could not get the water hot at all, no matter what I tried. Pillows were too hard The staff were awesome.

Right in the heart of the French Quarter. Nice lobby and restaurant. Lots of partying Friday and Saturday nights outside, so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and have a balcony room over the street. The room was fairly standard, clean and relatively large.
