Great hotel don't listen to the nay sayers. Can't get any better walking distance to the best locations on and around Bourbon street.

It was great! The placement of hotel was perfect to get too everything

fantastic hotel. close to everything. right in the middle of the French quarter but quiet. hotel staff were friendly, helpful and knowledge about what and where to go. food was fantastic, drinks were even better. bartenders knew exactly what they were doing - they aim to impress. best weekend away! so glad to pick Bourbon Orleans - best decision.

Our stay was great. We stayed for 3 Nights and would definitely go back again.

I booked this hotel by accident, thinking it was the Hyatt Centric. It turned out to be a lucky accident! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is lovely, the rooms are very nice, the location is amazing, and the pool is an oasis in the middle of the French Quarter. If I had any issues, they would be that the elevators are small, and that I found the staff at the O bar to be unfriendly by NOLA standards, and a little stingy with their pours. However, there being many, many other bars to choose from, I would stay at the Bourbon Orleans again in a heartbeat!

The location was great. The staff was excellent. The room was great as well.

We reserved a suite with balcony facing bourbon street for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It was perfect!! Location is in the heart of the night time action. Cats meow across the street and pat o’s a few blocks down. Received a few complimentary drinks in downstairs bar. We will definitely return. It was a bit noisy but who cares when you go for a good time. Fantastic hotel!!!

Before we even entered the lobby we spent a pleasant 20 minutes chatting with the valet, he gave us a lay of the land, where to go and where to avoid. The check in was easy and we were informed that our room was upgraded to one with a private balcony . The room was large and clean but the French doors that opened to the balcony were the icing on the cake. We also received a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar. All in all a very pleasant stay.

It was a great hotel. Great location (close to bourbon street) and Great staff. I will stay here again when i come back in the future to New Orleans.

Location is excellent!! Hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly & accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, clean comfortable and a great location.

Really enjoyed our selves never been to New Orleans before.

Centrally located Hotel in the heart of The French Quarter. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

Hotel was great. Near excitement of Bourbon Street yet still was quiet and enjoyable staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well taken care of. A real historic gem in the heart of the French quarter

The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is the perfect location in the French Quarter, sandwiched between Royal and Bourbon Streets . Jackson Square with all the amazing and talented street performers was a half block away, so no matter which direction you decided to take there was always something to see and do. The hotel was so comfortable and decorated nicely and he staff was awesome. Upon our arrival we told them a that it was our anniversary and they helped us celebrate by sending up a bottle of champagne to our upgraded room! I would highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we checked in, this hotel was flawless!, It has friendly and helpful staff, perfect rooms, terrific location. Couldn't ask for better!

Beautiful Hotel and Amazing location... what more could you want? Service! The service was great, friendly staff, two free welcome drinks to hotel bar, which hotel bar was fun with awesome jazz music. A pool? It was salt water and so pretty and refreshing, hotel provides pool towels. We stayed for my birthday and came back to find a comp bottle of champagne in the room. Such a nice surprise. One thing that I did not that may be of value you to is... that this hotel is haunted. We found out by taking a ghost tour (this was fun). We did not have anything weird happen but the stories of what happened in this building long before it was a hotel are very creepy. Quick google search will give you the details.

Great Way to see the French Quarter on foot, you can shop, eat, drink, sample the tourist highlights and never need to grab a taxi.a great place to sample the French Quarter on a long weekend with no ahead of time planning! Great last minute trip location especially if you want to come and go on your own schedule and be assured of something to see.
