The entire experience at Bourbon Orleans was amazing, from the second we checked in until they brought us our car to leave. The staff was amazing, helpful, and so friendly. The room was gorgeous and it was such a treat to relax on the balcony and watch the parade and chaos of Bourbon street from afar. I’ve stayed at many hotels in NO, but this was, hands down, my absolute favorite. It’s among the best stays I’ve had anywhere, and I highly recommend. 10 out of 10!!!

Hotel is beautiful, location is amazing and check in staff was great! The room was very nicely decorated but had blue stains all over the bathroom including on the tissues and the tissue box. We did check out around 6am due to no air conditioning, we had it set at 65 for around 12 hours and it never went below 75. We wanted this to be our new favorite hotel as we are locals who stay in the city almost monthly. We mentioned to hotel staff and no action was taken only answer was “we will let engineering know”. We stayed in room 602. We aren’t people who complain but having no air in Louisiana can be a big deal, we are just lucky it wasn’t a summer night.
