Great Way to see the French Quarter on foot, you can shop, eat, drink, sample the tourist highlights and never need to grab a taxi.a great place to sample the French Quarter on a long weekend with no ahead of time planning! Great last minute trip location especially if you want to come and go on your own schedule and be assured of something to see.

Experience was wonderful staff was wonderful, but i do need to say that counter staff at checking in even though was friendly was not helpful, gave us the keys but did not instruct us of anything we had to figure all out by ourselves. But overall i would recommend this place 100%

Excellent time in New Orleans, excellent hotel and staff, we will difinitely stay there again. Thank you for the great service

Excellent location and staff. Lounge great with entertainment e' everyn night.

In addition to being an excellent, well located facility, the true value of this hotel is the extraordinary employees who will do anything to assure a pleasant experience.

A calm, beautiful oasis right near Bourbon Street. We had a pool view room, so we were far enough away from the madness but close enough to go party and stumble home afterwards. So many awesome things to do nearby! The pool was gorgeous, and the staff was incredibly nice. Only downsides: the room was small (old hotels in the city tend to be like that) so if you are looking for something modern and spacious, this might not be the best for you. Our air conditioner also went on the fritz a few times but we reset it but turning it on and off. Overall, fantastic stay in the French Quarter.

Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the history.

We love attending the French Quarter and specifically the French Quarter Festival. This hotel has been great to us and have gone above and beyond in each of our stays. I'm sure we will stay again in the future and will and have recommended this hotel to friends.

Great location, best bar and bartenders, front desk staff helpful & friendly, no complaints. Clean, secure, the only place we stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only bad part was the dampness in the room.

Located on the block behind the St Louis Cathedral it is centrally located in the French Quarter and has easy walking access to all points nearby. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a nearby bar where you can order classic New Orleans drinks and listen to Jazz bands in the evening. The hotel also has a restaurant, "Roux", adjacent to the lobby where one can enjoy the reasonably priced breakfast menu or dinner. The staff is very alert and will help you out if you need anything. There is also a nice swimming pool in the courtyard and a nice looking exercise room. Of course in New Orleans you actually will spend a lot of your time wandering the Quarter but it's good to have a nice base to return to.

This is a nice hotel in a historic New Orleans building. Very friendly staff, very reasonable rates, and nice room. Everything a traveler would want.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and warm. Every single one we ran into made it a point to ask how our stay was and if there was anything they could do for us. The hotel is well decorated and quiet within but you can step right outside into the Bourbon Street activity. We enjoyed sitting at the pool

our first room was as big as a bathroom. and right next to the service elevator. Unbelievably small! We switched (at an added cost) to another room on the courtyard. Big, with king bed, very comfortable. Staff was kind, friendly, and attentive at all times. Our friends had a room on the first floor on the St Anne street side. they slept about 2 hours each night. Very noisy from bar crowd at night and from street cleaning crews in the morning. So depends on your room whether or not you will enjoy your stay.

I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the warm and friendly people. Most of all I loved the food, a little to much.

Great hotel and within walking distance to majority of attractions. staff friendly and room clean. Room with a pool view. Surprisingly quiet despite being so close to all the festivities. Highly recommend

Right off Bourbon St. so very convenient, but very quiet and peaceful inside for maximum relaxation at night. Staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful no matter what you need. Loved the Bourbon Bar located inside the hotel...had a nightcap each evening at the end of each day complete with live entertainment. Concierge was most knowledgeable and always directed us in the right direction for tours and other excursions. We will definitely be returning! Loved our stay in The Big Easy!

We lived being in the French Quarter, although it can get very crowded. We were close to famous restaurants, gray line tours ,Preservation Hall, and excellent shops. Staff very friendly and helpful, and hotel restaurant excellent.

I usually stay at the Royal Orleans but tried the Bourbon Orleans this trip. Special compliments to the F&B manager Phillip for his sense of humor and wonderful manners! The food was delicious. Also, the entire valet staff and especially the valet captain were wonderful. The rooms were clean and we were placed in a quiet area as requested. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the amazing bar on Bourbon as much as I wanted (great drinks and fun bartender) due to some rather aggressive bar fly who kept swearing my daughter was someone named Selena. Luckily, we escaped but the bar looked very fun. Overall, nice with a professional staff.

The Bourbon Orleans hotel was wonderful. The staff was great and went our of their way to let us know about the balcony lighting that took place while we were there during the holidays. We loved the excellent live music each night in the lounge, the beautiful holiday decorations throughout the hotel and the most wonderful boys' choir who provided holiday songs the afternoon before we left.
