My bathroom was flooded but fixed immediately and I appreciate the maintenance team. The Valet team was excellent however the time it took and the process to retrieve your vehicle was awful. The cars were parked 5-blocks away which is unfair to the valet team. There should be an electronic way to alert the valet team to get your vehicle, like other hotels. They also need a golf cart or another vehicle to get to those 5-blocks. I can only imagine how the poor valet team feels during the summer. That is unfair for them to walk that far to get a vehicle. You charge $55 plus dollars to park nightly, so let’s take care of your Valet Team, Hampton Inn management…. Please

We pulled up and the valet were so nice and super quick. We went in, checkout was fast and they had our room ready, early! We went to check out our room and WOW! The king suite does not disappoint. I didn’t want to leave our room. I love the old warehouse that the hotel is built inside. There’s so much character. The room was clean, large, beautiful view walking in with the floor to Ceiling windows. We had a great time In NOLA
