Great location pre-cruise with excellent bars/restaurants nearby.

It was somewhat confusing when I checked into the Hilton two blocks away. After I was informed about the location it was no problem .

Rude staff. It was like i had to do their jobs for them.

Bed frame backboard in our room got detached from the wall one morning, and would have caused harm to us if we were still sleeping. Noise level outside the room during the day morning was high due to conference lectures being held across the hall. Construction was still being done in the gym facilities, and various parts of the hotel. I would recommend searching other Hilton options in the area before choosing this one.

It was a great distance from everything. The staff was nice, and the room was clean. I have no complaints overall.

Staying at the Hilton garden hotel was a wonderful experience, great staff, very clean rooms, whenever we needed something front desk was fast and efficient. 20 minute walk to bourbon street about 5 minute Uber ride. Would definitely stay here again !

Great location, staff was very friendly & helpful. But having to pay an additonal $40 for parking was crazy.

Got to the hotel to find that all of the main facilities were completely being renovated and there was constant noise from the work. Therefore many of the accommodations/facilities were also closed (Including but not limited to: lobby bathroom, gym, hot tub, and laundry) and their only offer was a free draft beer per registered guest (Only 3 beers on tap, Bud Light, Stella and an amber...and there bar was hardly ever open). The pool, which was open, was in very poor shape, super tiny, and we had to go into the garage and up the stairway to get to it, which seemed very sketchy and was confusing to find(the paper directions were scattered by the wind or people, all over the garage). The hot tub was caution taped off with dirty water inside. The hallways to get to our room smelled like paint and you couldn't open the windows in our room to air out the smell. Our shower leaked tons of water out through the grout (obviously they didn't test it out after creating). The whole 4th floor looked to be under renovation, which did actually lead to the pool, but couldn't be accessed from the elevator. However most the hotel was clean, the furniture/design throughout the hotel was very pretty and new, the hotel staff was nice and the cookies were delicious. But overall very disappointing. I wish they would have notified me of all the closed facilities so I wouldn't have packed for the gym, paid so much, and probably would have switched hotels for the rate I was paying.

Absolutely no complaints. We lived everything about the hotel.

Undergoing renovations but still a nice place to stay. A block from the convention center, electric trolley and only about a mile from downtown. There are several restaurants and bars within a few blocks.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Close to convention center. Housekeeping a little lax, but when brought to their attention got right up to speed.

My husband and I felt very comfortable at the Hilton hotel in New Orleans, LA. The hotel hostess Ms. Lucy was the best, amazing woman. She and Jason gave us the most courteous and the kindest service ever. I just couldn’t wait to come down to breakfast and see and talk to Ms. Lucy and Jason. I do wish you could serve some Gluten Free toast.

We booked this hotel because of location and the outdoor pool. When we checked in, we were informed that the hotel was under construction and that the water may be turned off for limited times during the day. We were handed a memo stating that it would be turned of the following day at noon for a couple of hours. We planned the day accordingly. When we arrived back at the hotel after 3 pm, we expected the water to be back on. It wasn't. At about 4, we received a note saying that the water would be off from 11 - 6 and that we could use the restroom on the first floor. We went to the first floor and it was off there also. For the remainder of the week, the water was off for at least 4 hours each day. On our second day at the hotel, we went to the pool in the afternoon. It was not very clean. When we had been there for about 15 minutes, some construction workers brought out the electric saw and a door - apologized that they were going to be making noise - and proceeded to do just that. I understand that construction needs to happen. What I was not happy about was that we were not informed about that prior to booking. The construction is set to continue through September so you may want to plan accordingly.

Overall my experience was great. My only concern was an issue with the pool. I think the pool situation could have been handled alittle better.

Overall I'm happy with this choice for my trip to New Orleans. It is a bit of a walk to the French Quarter, but Lyft was reasonable on the occasions we didn't want to walk back.

The, hotel was doing repairs on the water so there was no water after a certain time until the morning. The toilet couldn't flush. The bed was comfortable.

The bathtub had chipped porcelain, missing CAQH, poured water on the floor after every shower and had residue from previous guests still clinging to the shower stall walls

Really sad that many of the other guests are rude about talking outside the room, slamming doors etc. Understand the hotel has no way of stopping this, but very annoying.

This hotel is not fancy, but it's very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I found the location to be great for my conference at the convention center, as it was only 1 1/2 blocks away.
