Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center

3.5 out of 5.0

My mother is a little older and can't walk far distances so the closeness of the hotel to restaurants and the convention center was great!

No internet connection in the room. This was unbelievable and was driving me crazy. The worst case when you are on a business visit. Dirty dishes and silverware at breakfast, untidy and always something missing so that you always have to keep asking. Will never stay in this place again.

Clean-Comfortable-peaceful staff was accommodating tv issue, staff came to fix within 5 minutes staff came immediately to help with directions for kheurig

Entire staff was professional and even had a sense of humor. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Jason, the waiter in the breakfast section. He did an outstanding job and it was my pleasure to have him as my waiter. Overall rating to all was outstanding.

Area around hotel not well lit at night and unsafe. Do not walk around with a conference badge on alone ladies; I heard there have been some vandals in the area lately. room smells old and musty; old hotel

The staff is incredible and the service was too. The breakfast was awesome, even though not free continental, I was very impressed with the unlimited omeletes and french toast.

My stay at the hotel was great! The staff was incredible and made the stay quite enjoyable. The service was good. Transportation was easily accessible. The staff was very knowledgeable of tourism and very helpful in making sure we got the best bang for our buck! The trip was special because of the hotel stay!!

The Hilton Garden was located in the warehouse district in Nola and it was far away from the best restaurants, interesting attractions and good quality markets where to get fresh fruits and vegetables for example. The cleaning in the room was somehow acceptable. I spent 8nights in the hotel and even though the staff cleaned the bathroom every day, they never cleaned the carpet. The pool is very tiny and the jacuzzi was filthy and out of service. They promised free breakfast, but it costed $12

Not too far from downtown and the French Quarter. There's a lot of food places in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome amenities! Walking distance to WW2 Museum and yummy restaurants. The breakfast cook makes wonderful eggs!

very nice, couple of blocks from convention center and easy walk to/from quarter.

Easy short walk to the convention center and restaurants. Nice, clean rooms.

very nice place, staff is very friendly, very close to the French quarter and all of the attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The location is perfect being walking distance from the French Quarter and Riverwalk. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We've stayed here on previous trips to New Orleans and will stay here in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The location was great. It was 1 block from the convention center. Food at the restaurant was wonderful! Thank you for a nice stay.

We arrived early from a cruise and had an extra couple of bags. The room wasn't quite ready so we were going to just leave our bags at the desk but we had one bag with a fragile item in it that my wife was going to carry with her. Sharon at the front desk insisted that we wait just for a moment and she would find us a room so we drop off our bags. She checked with house keeping and had them quickly finish a room so we could settle in. Sharon was great and really helpful.

Staff was very friendly, told me if I parked across the street it was only $10.00 a day instead of $35.00 at the hotel. Free water at the check in, rooms were very nice and great location.

Location is a 10 minute drive from Bourbon Street, but prices are a bit cheaper and there's free street parking. I wouldn't recommend the $30 valet parking because there are free/cheaper options available.

Thought hotel was in French Quarter but it is not. Hotel staff friendly and rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

My husband & I loved the stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very friendly from when we checked in until we checked out. Our room was clean & comfortable. The hotel was close to all the attractions we wanted to attend. I will most definitely stay again when visiting New Orleans.

Thank you for sharing your recent stay with us! I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with our location and the lack of cleanliness that you experienced. Thank you for your comment about our hot tub. We did have a broken heating element so our spa was out for a few days while we were waiting for the part to come in. Please accept my sincerest apologies for all the inconveniences that you experienced. We sincerely hope that we are given the opportunity to make this up to you.
