If you're looking for an authentic New Orleans experience, the Saint is sure to disappoint. The only thing that's impressive about the venue is the lobby; it's huge and empty. There were a few people there for live music on the weekend, but overall Tempt failed to do so. Most of the rooms are overpriced for what your get. They're sparse and lacking in creature comforts; the snacks are way overpriced and the refrigerator is made unusable for being packed with similarly overpriced drinks. There's no coffee maker, no bath tub, the charging dock is dated, the internet is barely good enough for streaming video, and the vents are broken and rattle on some fan settings making sleep more difficult than it should be while you're on vacation. You can hear the plumbing whine while you're using it and you can hear it draining in the walls when you're not. Hastily installed bedside tables left exposed holes in the drywall where insects and spiders passed freely into the room. Clocks were an hour off weeks after daylight savings and the TV was so frustrating to operate that we gave up trying (impressive for guests who build their own PCs by hand and automated their house). The walls are thin enough to allow good listening on your neighbors and really, I'm not interested. There's free coffee in the lobby, but who really wants to wake up (hangover or not) and put themselves together enough to make that trip. The staff are the shining gem of the Saint - they're helpful and pleasant.

My only real complaint is that you’re either freezing with the a/c on or hot without it - no in between. The thermostat didn’t seem to change the temp with the a/c on.

Room was Pretty clean...did not see any bugs.. there should be a microwave in the room.... Heard an annoying sound of Water pipe Constantly running through my wall....very annoying

The valet Special K and other members of their hotel staff had amazing attention to detail. Very hospitable and down to earth. Special K had ideas and recommendations of things to do and places to eat that kept us occupied and we had a great time and stay at the Saint Hotel. I am definitely planning on coming back!

From the second we walked in we were greeted with kindness and charm! The doormen, front desk girls, concierge’s, room service staff etc. were amazing and never anything but friendly! They were always there to answer our many questions and help us arrange tours, dinner etc as it was our first time visiting the amazing city of New Orleans. Bob,the concierge, recommended many fun places to try out and told us about the must do’s through the city. Special K was always at the door to greet us when we returned or to help us with bags as we came and went. Our visit only lasted 5 days but by the time we left it felt like we had a handful of new friends, thanks to the friendliness and hospitality of staff at The Saint. We will definitely be staying at the Saint the next time we come back to visit New Orleans!

I loved this hotel!! I chose it for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. It's sexy and mordern with a classic twist. The decor was so cool! It's 2 blocks from bourbon street and right on canal street with access to the trolleys. But the best part about this hotel is the staff! They were warm and welcoming from day one. Kenny is the man! Every single person at the front desk was so accomodating and sweet! They quickly rebooked us a room when our flight was canceled; and sent a bottle of wine to the room for his bday!! I will definitely stay here again! Oh and the cocktails at The Burgundy Bar were awesome!

Can't get over how pleasing the look of it all was, and the front desk staff was friendly, but once we laid on the bed it all went downhill. Lumpy old mattress, I stayed the night before last and my back still hurts from it. No power near the bed to charge phones or anything. Had to plug it in the bathroom overnight. Add the hairs stuck to the wall in the crazy-humid bathrooms and this shouldn't be considered 4 star. Very disappointed, and with all the other nice hotels around I couldn't recommend staying here.

Convenient to everything. Hotel staff friendly. Room spacious clean and nice toiletries. Bed a little hard for my preference.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and its location and were not disappointed. It is often stated that first impressions are everything and our first impression was very positive, right from the moment we walked in. The door person was friendly, prompt and introduced us to the person we needed to speak with to check in. Dealing with Lea at the reception desk was great! Huge kudos to Lea and her friendly, open, very responsive attitude to any questions and offering recommendations. She started our short stay on the right foot and was always willing to say hello and ask how our day had been, great service, thank you! The room itself was nice, not a bad size, clean, bed comfy, view not the greatest but not in the room much, bathroom large enough for two to work in, almost overstocked mini fridge. Overall a great stay. Now for suggestions: mini fridge- leave some room for personal items, no need to fill it completely; a coffee maker would have been nice for early morning down time; a little more light for the closet area (for safe).

Beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff. Great location and very interesting and unique decor. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

We flew down for a quick weekend trip to New Orleans and decided to stay at The Saint because of the great reviews and decent cost. We were meeting friends from Paris, France who come to New Orleans during French Quarter and Jazz Festival for the month. From the door we were warmly greeted and helped. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. The onsite restaurant and bar were great. We played a little pool and then headed up stairs. Our view of Canal St. was awesome and the room was very clean and dare I say, sexy! They were prompt with all of our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great honeymoon staying at this hotel and experiencing New Orleans and Mardi Gras for the first time.

Hotel was great and near all of the French Quarter spots.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean; smelled good. The staff was helpful but we weren't able to check in til around 5pm. We were within walking distance of the french quarter, restaurants, everything! We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying the night here. I loved how friendly the staff was. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The room was fabulous.

Room had no temperature control. Hotel staff could not get the heat working the entire 3 days we were there. Hotel staff were fun and friendly. Do not eat in the restaurant. We attempted to, but after a 35 min wait for eggs and toast we left. The server did not know how much longer it would be.... horrible.

We had a great experience at The Saint. We had seen the reviews about street noise so asked for a room on an upper floor. Our room was on the 8th floor - not much of a view (just the walls of adjoining buildings) but very quiet, clean and pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights. Housekeeping came very late one day - around 6pm, so we just told them to skip our room. We don't require daily housekeeping service so that was no problem for us. Every other day housekeeping came while we were gone and the room was maintained perfectly. It's an easy walk to the Quarter and 15 minutes or so walk to Frenchman street. If you are unfamiliar with NOLA the area could seem sketchy, but it's well-lit and populated. We never felt unsafe, but when walking it's always a good idea to keep your head on straight and be aware of your surroundings, just like one should in any unfamiliar place. We went to the hotel bar a couple times for a nightcap had a great experience. Very friendly staff and a pretty good drink selection. Our only less than stellar experience was at the hotel restaurant. We went there for breakfast before heading to the airport. The food was fine - mediocre for NOLA standards. The service was so slow we thought they had forgotten we were there on a couple occasions. We had to ask for refills on coffee and water and had to track someone down to get our check. With all the great food and service just minutes away, there's no reason to go there.

Very comfortable and great customer service! Comfortable bed!

Very clean room, friendly staff. Near lots of restaurants and things to do. It rained the whole time I was there, so it was difficult for me to venture out.
