We flew down for a quick weekend trip to New Orleans and decided to stay at The Saint because of the great reviews and decent cost. We were meeting friends from Paris, France who come to New Orleans during French Quarter and Jazz Festival for the month. From the door we were warmly greeted and helped. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. The onsite restaurant and bar were great. We played a little pool and then headed up stairs. Our view of Canal St. was awesome and the room was very clean and dare I say, sexy! They were prompt with all of our needs. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great honeymoon staying at this hotel and experiencing New Orleans and Mardi Gras for the first time.

Hotel was great and near all of the French Quarter spots.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean; smelled good. The staff was helpful but we weren't able to check in til around 5pm. We were within walking distance of the french quarter, restaurants, everything! We will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying the night here. I loved how friendly the staff was. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The room was fabulous.

Room had no temperature control. Hotel staff could not get the heat working the entire 3 days we were there. Hotel staff were fun and friendly. Do not eat in the restaurant. We attempted to, but after a 35 min wait for eggs and toast we left. The server did not know how much longer it would be.... horrible.

We had a great experience at The Saint. We had seen the reviews about street noise so asked for a room on an upper floor. Our room was on the 8th floor - not much of a view (just the walls of adjoining buildings) but very quiet, clean and pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights. Housekeeping came very late one day - around 6pm, so we just told them to skip our room. We don't require daily housekeeping service so that was no problem for us. Every other day housekeeping came while we were gone and the room was maintained perfectly. It's an easy walk to the Quarter and 15 minutes or so walk to Frenchman street. If you are unfamiliar with NOLA the area could seem sketchy, but it's well-lit and populated. We never felt unsafe, but when walking it's always a good idea to keep your head on straight and be aware of your surroundings, just like one should in any unfamiliar place. We went to the hotel bar a couple times for a nightcap had a great experience. Very friendly staff and a pretty good drink selection. Our only less than stellar experience was at the hotel restaurant. We went there for breakfast before heading to the airport. The food was fine - mediocre for NOLA standards. The service was so slow we thought they had forgotten we were there on a couple occasions. We had to ask for refills on coffee and water and had to track someone down to get our check. With all the great food and service just minutes away, there's no reason to go there.

Very comfortable and great customer service! Comfortable bed!

Very clean room, friendly staff. Near lots of restaurants and things to do. It rained the whole time I was there, so it was difficult for me to venture out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was 2 blocks from where Bourbon starts on Canal Street. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds, which are important to us. If you can get the free breakfast in your room rate, I would as it was very good.

First off walking in you are welcomed by great doormen/valets who will continue to be your best points of contact for the low down info for the rest of your visit (where to get that perfect greasy spoon the next morning, etc.). Then your eyes are drawn upwards and around by silky curtains playing peek-a-boo with the bar/lounge, giving only hints of a naughty-themed decor through their celestial lengths. The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. Originally our King bed room was not available (not guaranteed when booking through a third-party site) but they were able to get us into one on our third day. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish. Bathroom products were excellent (and sold downstairs if you want to take some home!). The bad: the restaurant was never open when we were wanting to eat (granted, we were keeping vacation hours). The elevators blare old-timey blues at you. Now this is New Orleans, Blues is in its heart and everywhere. Not this stuff. You begin to dread getting in the elevators because of the scratchy cacophony that assaults you. No matter who the singer, it all sounded the same and was completely incongruous with the rest of the hotel. It is on Canal Street. While this puts you right in the heart of nearly everything you'll want to do here, it is LOUD. Sirens and bumping bass from cars 8 floors below will awaken you at all hours. Our first room looked into the inner courtyard and was much much quieter. ask for that if possible.

This place is so cool! My only real complaint is the extremely low colored lighting in hallways. Turn up the lights a little!!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Clean rooms. The staff was excellent. They were very attentive and polite. Located on Canal street so we walked everywhere. Can't wait for the next opportunity to stay @ The Saint!

The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants were close by and shopping isn't far. The lobby and interior was beautifully decorated. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean but NOLA isn't really about hanging out in the room, though we did notice a placement flaw with the shower door and the nozzle that caused the bathroom to get wet. I found the dark hallways with the oversized photos really interesting and it made it nice to come back after a long day. I'd definitely stay here again...and bring friends.

Very convenient location. Cool decor. Great bar in the lobby. The night we stayed the band playing were amazing.

very nice hotel well worth the money i would stay there again

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was in a central location. The staff were amazing extra friendly. I will definitely be returning in the near future

Stay in that hotel and the last night I was there somebody came into my room and stole everything from the room. The general manager was very nasty and never care, didn't have even money to go to the airport and asked him a said they didn't have that service. Later on they found some of the bags in places that the police checked at the time they came and nothing was there. The manager couldn't even call me to let me know, he is a liar and should be the manager of the hotel.

We will definitely stay here again. The hospitality was fantastic, from the cleanliness of the room and hotel to the concierge service. Michael and Special K get two thumbs up!!!!
