There was blood splatter all over 2 walls. The front desk informed us of a 500$ charge on our credit card pending any possible damage or charges (that was 100$ a night just in case we caused damage). I indicated that I did not agree or consent to that and the front desk women shrugged and said “I already swiped the card.” I was shocked and did not know what to do. I called the hotel about it and they refused to do anything about it. I was hung up on by one person after he threatened me. The hotel called the next day and I explained the situation and indicated I wanted nothing from them and would never stay at another affiliated hotel or in New Orleans. I spoke with the orbits customer service who seemed not to believe me about the blood on the wall or the experience. They asked me to send them pictures and I did but their mailbox or server kept saying full and it would not deliver the email. The orbitz customer representative could not have cared less. I believe they gave me some type of credit on my account but did not explain or go over anything or apologize for the experience. This was the worst, most bizarre experience I have ever had in my life.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Only thing is you have to pay for parking and the room did not have a microwave. Overall, had a great experience.
Location and appearance was fine. The check in customer service was not very welcoming.
I LIKED THE DIFFERENT LIL PLACES TO CHILL OR TAKE PICTURES, THE DIFFERENT DECORATIVE DESIGNS WERE NICE
Water Pressure in shower was terrible. Didn't clean our room on 2 night stay. Told us it was because of Covid. At least drop off fresh towels. No water bottles or cups in rooms. Made no sense to me not to offer water or cups in rooms. Front desk was friendly.
The history waswellexplained the staff was helpful in guiding us to places . The staff was always welcoming and very pleasant. Enjoy the quietness of the room when sleeping ! The hotel decor was awesome!
It was really nice and the staff were great. Only wished we had a refrigerator and microwave.
Location, location, location! Steps away from the French Quarter was perfect! Decor and styling of hotel were also quite pleasing. Doormen were great! Front desk seemed bothered during check - in + when we made a request later on the trip. Shower worked intermittently. But, I’d still give The Saint a very high rating.
The beds are like sleeping on a brick!! They are very hard and sooooooooo uncomfortable!!!! They need to invest in new mattresses!
The person who helped me to my room was very nice and tried to accommodate to the best that he could. However, in the room, the shower head was flowing water everywhere, my room wasn’t made after I came back from a long day of walking and I have to wait for over an hour to get it made. That same day I came back to my card key not working, meaning I had to walk back downstairs to get another key. The amenities listed on the website was a disappointment. It was my birthday weekend and I was not happy that they didn’t have a spa where I can relax, an indoor pool to swim like it was mentioned on the website.
