Herllo orbitz yet I never write to you but always book thru orbitz this is my first and hopefully last time I have to write a bad review! I’ve been booking with you guys for years and I never ever been disappointed! Quite frankly I would love a refund! My plan was to stay at this hotel for two days yet I only booked one day I wanted to fully check it out! The room was very small no big deal I can survive! Got in the lobby dirty rude front desk officials! I get it it’s Mardi Gras week but I’m a customer! The room didn’t even have a phone to call front desk when I needed them! Only one worker!

Great hotel on Royal Street. Close to everything.

NO elevator. Stairs too small to walk up. Morter falling apart.slight smell of mold in general. Smaller rooms need more decoration for the cost per night.

The hotel & staff were amazing. It was my first time in New Orleans & cant wait to go back. Eric & Michael were so helpful with recommendations of the city. They were very genuine & we could really tell they care about their city & their hotel. I can't wait to go back & will definitely stay at Hotel Royal again!

Room way too small for price. Parking terrible and full. Accessibility of room was a maze. Again the room was way too small for the price.

The staff was excellent.., the hotel needs an elevator

The room was small but clean. For the price, it was an excellent value. The best part of the hotel is the staff. All were so kind and accommodating but genuine, not forced. I would recommend this to people that appreciate and recognize the importance of customer service.

There are NO drawers of any kind. The room was dirty. Fitted with cheap fixtures. Security is non-existant . On the last night a man wandered up the 3 flights of stairs to our room and kicked in the door as we were sleeping. He wasn't even detained for the police. The cards hanging asked us to go 3 days without clean towels. To save the environment. No thanks. Never again. No microwave, coffee maker, fridge ,no tv remote. Had to stand on the bed to work a ceiling fan. Uh wow!

Over all great experience. Centrally located to all attractions. Yet far enough to get a good night rest. The room was small but cozy. Only problem was the uncomfortable bed. House keeping needs a class on how to make a bed, very sloppy.

We spent 5 nights there over Quarter Fest. Didn't like the room when we first checked in, but was told there was no upgrade available. By our second day there the room had grown on us and we were happy. Hotel rooms are very small. We had one accessible electrical outlet outside of bathroom. Staff (particularly Eric) is really helpful and accommodating. We are already looking at going back for the festival and staying at the Royal again.

Nice all around hotel. Excellent price, alittle on the small size but doable. My main issue was that they don't have a elevator nor is it on the website that they don't have one. For someone that has issues with climbing 5 days here was rough. Other than that I would stay here again. The staff here was excellent.

The petite room was big enough for me and my boyfriend and all our things. We enjoyed the delicious muffins every morning and free waters while walking around town. The staff was helpful and gave great advice for what to do around town. Only downside was our shower was missing a door. They took longer than you would expect to fix this, but that was the only issue. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the French Quarter

This hotel has a lot of stairs, which I really didn't care for. The rooms were pretty clean. It takes forever for the hot water to come in the room. But other than that, I had a great stay.

It was a nice boutique hotel but as I arrived I was asked to pay a deposit . I'm in my 40's and you have my credit card . I thought it was ridiculous to ask for a deposit . I will not stay at any of the hotels in this collection . Really classless to ask for a deposit. I'm a local and work in the hospitality industry.

Great hotel! Proximity close to Bourbon Street, French Market , Frenchmen street and Canal Street. All of these attractions were walking distance!staff members very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They all went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Continental breakfast not so much of a continental breakfast but did the job to hold us off until we had a good lunch! No elevators but it's only three floors and bell man assists with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!
