Great house in a fun location! Walkable to the French Quarter but less touristy. Tons of space for our extended family group. And communication was excellent. We would stay there again!

great house/tough hot tub

Beautiful house. good location but did not feel extremely safe. We were unable to get the hot tub working most of the week but the staff was very responsive in trying to help.

The location was great but there is a quadplex next door that was housing some sketchy looking people that made us nervous. Make sure to lock the door when you leave. We were informed that the hot tub and pool heater was not working once we had landed at the NOLA airport. We had plumbers in our group who said it was a simple fix but the host did not send anyone to take care of the problem while we were there. We were upset by this as we all brought bathing suits and planned to use the pool/hot tub regularly. The host says he cannot discuss refunds due to the hot tub/pool being out of order until 10 days after the stay which I think is pretty ridiculous.

Nice new home, great location

Our family of four and my MIL came to NOLA to meet my SIL and her family of 5. After doing quite a bit of research, we determined that the Marigny District was first choice. There are very few properties in the area that met our minimum requirements for number of beds and bedrooms. Finding one with a pool was an added bonus. After exploring the area for 4 days, I feel like we absolutely made the best choice. Though we planned to mostly eat out, it wouldn't have been practical to not have groceries in the house. Luckily, there is a grocery store literally right around the corner, and an Italian restaurant practically next door that was very tasty!

Very nice home

We stayed here as a family of six over spring break and loved the spaciousness of the house. Everyone had their own room, which was a big plus. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for family gatherings, and having a pool was a great bonus. The location was excellent—close to major French Quarter attractions, making it easy to explore. Although street parking was the only option, it was plentiful and typical for the area, so it wasn’t a major issue. We found taking Ubers around the city convenient and quick.The only downside was the communication felt a bit robotic, almost like talking to AI, which was off-putting when I had a real concern, but the responses were always fast. Also, the cleaning crew arrived over an hour before our scheduled checkout, which rushed us out unexpectedly. Overall, a great place for a family trip with just a couple of minor inconveniences.

Hands down incredible!

I rented this property for me and my girlfriends for a girls weekend away, and everything about this house was impeccable. We are in our mid-30s and wanted a comfortable and luxe place to stay in a central location, and this ticked all the boxes. Close walk to the French Quarter and Frenchman’s street, with restaurants/cafes/bars nearby. Would recommend to anyone planning on coming to NoLa!
