Loved this place!!
Great water pressure, clean room, pretty quiet. I wish there was a blow dryer provided but that’s not a biggy! Overall, very pleased with this hotel.
No free drink as advertised. Was sent a message on 8/8 at 7:01 am about no parking due to construction, no sign of construction on arrival. Had to pay for Valet parking and not enough time to cancel reservation. Bathroom door broken and was unable to be repaired by maintenance.
Great location for this leisure trip. Walkable to all the places we planned to go. We opted to park at a garage nearby that cost a third of what the hotel charged. Hotel was very clean, relatively quiet considering its location near Bourbon. Room was nice, comfortable. Staff was friendly but not very visible. Some fees were not as advertised but overall, it was a good stay.
Nice
The staff and entire stay was pleasant. The pool didnt seem like it was maintained and there was No pool lighting for evening time. There are no vending machines.
The property was a cute boutique property, booked at the last minute on Orbitz. With the Orbitz hotel booking, you get the lowest grade room, with broken fixtures in the bathroom, walls so thin you can her the homophobic comments from the room next door. The room is clearly not meant for someone over 5'5" Lastly, their pool, is so small that one person in it felt crowded and their bar remains closed from covid. Think twice before booking, call the hotel directly or stay at one of the larger properties. They are worth it for about the same price.
Good location - restaurant was closed so no breakfast that was included and pool was closed for our entire stay.
Close to Bourbon St
Great location in the French quarter. Doors down from good food
We had terrific stay during Mardi Gras! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very courteous. The only issue I had was there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.
