At night rat coming from abandon area, property is nice but room can use more cleaning especially carpet. First room was ok until AC went out everyone was accommodating however second room you can tell they didn’t vacuum furniture also had a lot of stains.

This hotel surpassed all expectations! Location was amazing and centrally located. Just a 8-10m walk to bourbon/Jackson square. The hotel its self was so “New Orleans” and the jazz band in the atrium in the evenings was perfection!

What beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We had an easy walk to Bourbon St. and then again in the morning for breakfast. I love atmosphere of this hotel my whole family lived it. I definitely recommend this place!

Staying at the Eliza Jane was one of the best hotel experience ever. The hotel is stunning and feels like a beautifully designed home. The staff was so accommodating. Thank you to all the staff. My husband and I have decided when we are in NO we will only stay at the Eliza Jane.
