Entered room after traveling long day, used bathroom the only soap in the place was body wash in the shower, doesn't anyone wash after using toilet???? Insane. Coffee pot, well what is good about one when there is NO COFFEE, or filters...what a joke. We are a couple and there was one wash cloth! Parking was non existent, dropping off in the valet spots was crazy and almost dangerous. Breakfast hit the spot and front desk people were well accomodating. TV channels were not so good. Biggest time of year for football and the ESPN channels were TERRIBLE! Call your company to fix!

Great location, and the room was very nice. A nice studio apartment feeling. Will definitely stay again if and when I return to NOLA

I liked the location and the vibe it’s in a cool spot in the city. HOWEVER, I did not like the dirty sink we had in our room. After a 12 hour travel day the rooms were clean because we had the 2 bedroom suite but the sink was dirty. I went down to tell the hotel staff about the issue and if we can be accommodated for the inconvenience or have it cleaned. We were told he would need to talk to his manager first and I never received a follow up on that. So I was disappointed and just cleaned it out myself we still enjoyed the rest of the trip. The breakfast was good too. I just really wish someone would have followed up on our request or at least accommodated us in some way.

Liked that it was close to everything. Liked that it had a little kitchenette. I wish that we were told about having to order housekeeping 24 hours in advance to when you needed them. Hallways always had bags of trash in them. Did tell the front desk one morning that there was ketchup and coffee spilled all over the floor of one of the elevators and she just looked at me like that wasn’t her problem. The day time front desk help was the rudest! You would think that working in a hospitality industry you would be a bit friendly and like people but most of them in the day needed attitude adjustments. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Gym Area, club next door, smoking area. All good. I had a problem with the parking.

The hotel looks really nice. My room was clean, but the sheets did have a red stain on them. My issues started as my stay continued. The first day breakfast was chaotic. There was food all over the counter, we had to wait for more food and the pancake machine stopped worked. It was a mess. The next day breakfast was a lot better organized. When it comes to house keeping they need help. I was there for 8 days and my room was fully cleaned once. They never changed the sheets and the hotel ran out of wash cloths my second day there. I was told to cut up the hand towels if i needed to. The bathroom newer got cleaned, i had to ask someone to come empty the trash. On day six someone took all of the towels and the one wash cloth I was holding on to since day one, but did not give us new towels or wash cloths. When we finally received new wash cloths on day 6 of our stay there were stains on them. The light in the bathroom kept turn on and off. I informed the front desk the light wasn't working properly and no one came to fix it. The light switch the lamp beside the bed didn't work and that wasn't fixed either. The shower door kept opening on its own. I was very disappointed with my stay at this new hotel and how many issues we had. The staff was nice but we didn't get much service. Housekeeping definitely need more help.
