I was charged by the hotel after reaching out to them to cancel the booking due to my flight being canceled. I reached out on numerous occasions and still have yet to hear a response or at least a refund or partial refund on the stay that I was charged for which never happened.

I didn’t like when it was time to check out my credit card was charged twice

Stayed here a few times due to the appealling suite layouts of the Sonesta. The area is very accessible for the CBD. However, the corridors always are saturated with marijuana odor and I on every check-in, I am confronted with snotty staff that screw up the room assignment or billing

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Thats the only thing i liked. The room we were placed in was super loud and the bedroom just hummed all night from the Air conditon unit in the walls. The body wash dispenser was empty. So was the shampoo. If you're advertising a suite there should be things to cook and eat with. I kid you not the only thing ib the kitchen was a 8 inch frying pan. No spoons no fork no cups no plates. Nothing. The bed was super uncomfortable. They also asked for a $250 deposit which was weird for a hotel that wasn't even in great shape. The construvtion crew left their ladders and tools literally everywhere in the halls. It wasnt a good look.

My room was very spacious! The hotel was super quiet at all times. The front desk staff (Kim) was very helpful!

Great location and lovely atmosphere! The room was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers!)

Excellent & friendly staff - helpful & accommodating! The easy access with the app was excellent & quick response times. Will definitely stay there again.

property was well kelp. seemed to be making upgrades.

It was a fun place to stay. Room was very spacious and the pool and grounds were neat and clean.

Great spot in the ARTS district! FREE FULL breakfast (if you’re up by 9am) and friendly staff.

I'm fine simply submitting quantitative results- don't require people to include narrative too.

Everything was nice and clean. With the exception of finding a sippy cup under the couch and an empty pill bottle above the refrigerator. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Front desk clerks were somewhat nice, but didn't have knowledge to print out receipt. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were the best employees. Over the top nice people.

Our 6 day stay was terrific. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, special thanks to the sweet cleaning lady who made a special bed for our little toddler. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Great staff: needed more pillows and blankets and gave us within minutes. Comfort rooms and beds: fits eight people Amenities good for kids: good size pool, baskeball and tennis mini courts

We had stayed here previously while my wife was pregnant and decided that it was a great family hotel at that trip. Now that our son is 5 years old we decided to go back and our idea of the hotel hadn't changed. Fantastic location away from the extreme nightlife that isn't conducive to being in bed early with a youngin' but close enough to get to the quarter, streetcars, and many other attractions so you don't feel completely helpless having to walk back to the hotel after a night partying. Complimentary breakfast was top notch and something we looked forward to every morning. Staff was friendly and attentive to guests needs. Elevator did break down with someone in there while we were staying but didn't affect us. Laundry facilities could use a major upgrade by taking credit card and having machines that worked better (my wife had a shirt ripped in the wash/dryer). Valet is pretty expensive so I would recommend using Spot Hero instead and park on the ST. Joseph/Magazine corner as a self park. 4 days came to $90 for us, where I believe the valet was somewhere between 30 and 40 per day at the hotel, but I get the desire for valet parking instead of self park so no knock on the hotel.
