Room: We booked a suite in order to use the sofa bed. That wasn't possible because the mattress was so flimsy that the springs stuck thru. We requested a roll away bed, but none available. Also, asked for two blankets to create a mattress, but they were never delivered.

This is a great property. The location is near good restaurants and is in walking distance of trolley and bus stops. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, and the common areas outside are inviting and comfortable. Sierra and Ken were very helpful at the front desk. Everything seemed really clean and well maintained.

The staff was all very friendly and the room was clean. Very cute little set up and so close to the WWII Museum. We had a wonderful stay. Parking is extreme everywhere around there.

Great spot centered around everthing

Breakfast was fresh and very good. Room was really nice and centered around the best entertainment. Mist things were like 6 to 8 min away.

So many things wrong with this place. The bathroom door didn’t close, the water pressure, 4 day stay and NO CLEAN towels.. apparently the washer and dryer were both broken and that was our problem, no key card access for anything you can literally walk off the street and up the elevator, elevator takes 5 mins to arrive, absolutely no pool towels so again couldn’t get in the pool, couch in the room was terrible cushions WORN out, bed terribly uncomfortable. I wanted to like this place but there were so many issues. Just pay the extra and stay on bourbon. This was just so not worth it and a waste of money.

The hotel is old, when you step into the room, you can smell a damp air probably coming out from the super old central AC. The AC was loud when it runs. The bathroom door was tilted, and hard to close, maintenance came to fix it, but it went back to the old condition very quick. The only reason we stayed here for so many days was because of my conference, otherwise we will go stay outside of the main city area for free parking! Btw, parking is almost $50 per night, I would think this is close to NYC price.

Breakfast was terrible my grandson couldn’t face it once he saw a huge black hair on the pancake stack!!! Old and run down . The maintenance man was the friendliest person we met - no wifi or tv . He was courteous and fixed the issue. Receptionist was simply rude. Would not return!
