There are signs all over that say quiet hours start at 10pm. Yet on my floor there was a party complete with a LIVE BAND that went until 2am. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had! The hotel itself was dark, rundown and full of drunk folks.

I'm at a loss for words. This hotel should be condemned. Service was terrible, place was filthy. The saving grace was the size of the "upgraded" room. I would recommend sleeping under the bridge in a tent before I recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly, especially the valet. Rooms were not cleaned, i.e., beds not made, towels not replaced. Had to ask for towels, oddly the front desk can't give towels out, unless housekeeping is present(?). The suites were large and are perfect for multiple people traveling together. Overall just above average. The facility is starting to look tired and slightly unkempt, but still a great space.

Great Stay
My sisters and I had to fly out urgently upon learning of the death of our father. We needed a place with space and close to areas we needed to go. This place was that and more. Spacious Kitchen and living areaa. The outdoor courtyard is fabulous. We used the outdoor firepit to relax in the evening. Overall, a great stay.

Overall the staff was great, however, one room the AC didn’t work. I was told that it was of the placement of the room. Outside area was ok, I didn’t visit the pool, it was too many people. Their breakfast was like any other complimentary meal, nothing special.

Things were fine but we were a bit surprised that there was no housekeeping service on Saturday while we were out all day. Maybe part of your eco-friendly routine, but if so, it should have been more clearly communicated.
