The front desk staff and bell hops were awesome; however, the lady in charge of the small restaurant inside was extremely rude. Had thirty minutes until food service was supposed to stop (took two hours to be able to make it to hotel during parades) and she refused to serve me and my guest but I watched as she took orders from others. The room was clean but super small with short ceilings. One part of the ceiling looked as if it was about to cave in though. Room was not as advertised, at all. I did enjoy the location of the hotel in proximity to French Quarter and all CBD restaurants and attractions. Also they allow larger dogs and my golden retriever enjoyed his stay, since a small park was a block away.

It was a great location and very comfortable bed and room

Excellent hospitality, thank you! Everyone was extremely helpful and nice.

Close hotel to the Superdome! Love the atmosphere!

The hotel and the room were extremely clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the happy hour at the bar and had great service while there. The only down side was no parking at hotel but we parked close by at Harrahs and had a short easy walk. This hotel is also near lots of cool restaurants and bars.

I was a very positive experience, everybody in the hotel was respectful, kind and helpful with a very positive attitude and energy, day or night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Q&C! The room was cute and comfortable. Perfect location in downtown New Orleans. Would definitely stay again!!

Very nice hotel for the price. Staff are very friendly.

We really liked being close to the French Quarter but not in it. Plus, we had our best bowl of Gumbo from the hote'sl little kitchen! The staff were friendly and helpful. We, however, did not like our shower and bathroom - the glass shower "door" barely kept the water from spraying all over the floor and when we tried to adjust the shower head, it snapped right off! Luckily, they repaired it that very day but the marble tiles are rust stained so you can tell that the water on the floor is a repeated problem. Other than this and a very annoying barking dog, we really had a nice time at the hotel and in NOLA!

short visit but exceptional service and comfort found at this small unit. Bartender very knowledgeable of recipes and very cordial. front desk and bell services were excellent

The hotel is centered in a part of town that you can walk to many of the items we wanted to go see. The staff was very helpful and always ready to talk about where to go for the best deals and eats. We will make sure to return.

The staff was beyond generous and helpful. They made sure I had a great visit and stay there. They made you feel welcomed and enjoyed seeing you off to your adventures of beautiful New Orleans.

My fiancé and I visited New Orleans for the first time and this hotel was perfect! It is very quaint with a good bar and food selection. It also is within good walking distance to Bourbon and the French Quarter!

Beautiful hotel, incredible staff, prime location just out of the quarter but still so close. Perfect for those who want to be able to get into the whole quarter thing but then slip away from the madness. I can't say enough great things about the staff. Everyone is exceptional, courteous, professional and hospitable. Will certainly stay here again when I go back to Nola!

Great place, staff, location. In warmer weather will Miss not having outside courtyard or seating

It was our first stay at Q&C but it won't be the last! The hotel is trendy and hip with a very friendly staff and a great bar and restaurant. Rooms are fairly spacious and nicely appointed. Thanks again to the entire staff for a great stay for my birthday!

The hotel is in easy walking distance from many of the sites you want to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but charming. Bathroom very small. Windows were very old and didn't keep sound or cold from coming in.

First let me apologize for not living up to the standards that we hold ourselves to ALL around. I'm very happy to hear that the team at the front were awesome and disappointed to hear that it was not felt throughout all of the hotel. We are glad that your furfamily was able to join you for your stay and hope that you had a wonderful Mardi Gras. Thank you for letting us know and we will address this to make sure the link in our chain is not broken. Have a great day.
