Location was awesome. The staff was very helpful when our tv didnt work. The only negative was the parking it was very expensive. The breakfast was basic. However the staff was great.

Location is probably its best feature. Rooms were just ok.

Great staff and nice cute hotel. Great breakfast and hospitality. The room had a little mold in one of the corners which contributed to a stuffy musty smell.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We did have a couple challenges due to one of my party being in a wheelchair but they really tried to accommodate. The shower in our bathroom was pretty bad looking but it was ok for handicap. I had to squat down pretty low to get under the water and I’m only 5’10

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. Right down the street from Bourbon St.Walking distance to French Quarter. Front desk assisted us in booking the VIP bus tour which I highly recommend. Rooms were nice, clean and their complimentary continental breakfast was good. Also May Baileys bar located downstairs.

great location.nice hotel /parking too expensive 40.00 a day too much

Staff was nice especially the manager when I was not happy with the cleanliness of my initial room. The room I moved to was great it was in the updated section.

The room we stayed in had plenty of unique charm. Continental breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the complimentary drinks. The location however was not suitable for a family with a small toddler. We were in the Herman House and could hear everything outside even a Being over a block from Bourbon Street- drunk people coming and going from the street entrance. None of us slept well at all either night of our trip. Front office receptionist wasn’t exactly friendly so we didn’t push trying to move rooms. NOT family friendly or at a minimum be sure to ask for a quiet room.

All staff welcomed us. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped.

Great Hotel! location couldn’t be better, centrally located to everything. They do need to have small refrigerators and microwaves in the room . Would definitely stay here again.

We would use this hotel again. In a great location, woundful bar, nice pool and everyone was helpful and friendly. Only one block from Bourbon Street.

this is my second time staying here, so clearly I like it! this time we stayed in the carriage house which is a completely updated funky fun room. the staff is very helpful and friendly, the on site bar is great, Jennifer makes delicious drinks and shares great stories! the pool is such a nice treat my only complaint is that everything could be just a little cleaner, nothing is terribly dirty, just the pool, the rooms, could all use a little deeper of a clean. Overall I love this hotel and will definitely be back!

Rooms were very clean and fairly well kept. They made the bed, gave fresh towels and water bottles daily. Staff was always very friendly and cleaning staff was quiet in the mornings (fairly necessary after a late night on Bourbon St.). Very much enjoyed our stay and location is awesome! Will definitely stay here again if/when we make our way back to New Orleans!

Everything, everything and everything. Staff very helpful and friendly, specifically Sean the bartender an Mervin the valet. Thank you guys!

i LIKED THE LOCATION IN THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO OUR ACTIVITIES/

The staff was all so amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! Breakfast, bar, pool, price and location make this hotel a must stay. We will be back!
