Was just in New Orleans for one night, but this hotel was lovely, so close to everything we wanted to do. It was walking distance to Bourbon St., Jackson Square and the French market. The beds were soft, the room was clean And the service associates were Remely warm and helpful.

The place needs major updates everywhere. Hallway has a smell and no proper entrance to the so called “premium room” and the room had smell like there is no air circulation
