Quiet and clean property. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and soft linens. Staffs are friendly.

We loved the location and the valet parking onsite. Room was nice and so was the pool. I had an issue with the tv and a maintenance person was at my door in less than 5 minutes to fix the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay.

Stayed in NOLA many times. This might be my favorite! Great location, staff is so helpful and kind, pool/courtyard was darling. If you get a room with a balcony just be prepared for some noise at night-but it’s still worth it! It’s a great place.

The halls smelled musty

The coirtyards and location were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The French Quarter dorsnt always smell too great but that's not the hotel's fault. Inside is nice, exterior could use some fresh paint and in some places a pressure wash. Affordable for French Quarter lodging.

Haunted For sure!! :) Wasn’t anything bad but we did have wooden shutters and doors open on their own in front of our eyes. And also felt a presence at night. Wasn’t bad but def paranormal stuff happening if you’re into that stuff, then this place of def for you! We had a wonderful stay, staff was super friendly and our room was clean. Very close to Bourbon St and all the bars etc. Overall, great stay!

The bathroom door would not latch/close or lock. The tub would not drain, the elevator wouldn’t close the first time, it took an average of 5-6 tries before it finally closed and moved. We were charged random amounts in excess of $400 every morning with no explanation. The room window to get out to the balcony would not stay open because the wood trim was broken, we were told to use a chair to prop it open. Very disappointing experience for a birthday weekend. Parking is also $45 per day.

The staff at the Dauphine were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is charming and beautiful. Great location and nice rooms. Great service! Centrally located in the French Quarter and close to so much!! We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here because I heard that people really liked this place and always stayed here. The location is nice, the staff was great. The rooms were in need of an update, in fact there was musty smell in our room. The bed was comfy though and there was a nice refrigerator in the room. The photos of rooms that I saw when I booked looked nicer and with more charm, apparently there is another building, and those photos were featured. Small pool, never used it so I can't saw much about it. I have stayed at better hotels in New Orleans (this is my 13th trip) I just won't stay here again.

I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Not only was the staff accommodating but they were extremely personable and made our stay amazing.

Excellent friendly staff

Excellent friendly & helpful staff ! Clean building & quiet room. Easy parking, high price at $45 a night but was nice the car could stay 3 hrs after check-out.

The balcony room is a window, not a door. Some had chairs, ours did not. Which is fine unless you are paying more for a specific balcony room. Updates are needed in the main hotel rooms and bathrooms. The staff was lovely, especially the valet. But you pay another $50 per night for a car
