The lady running the breakfast was on a health kick, which I appreciated, however, she kept calling kids nasty, to their faces, for touching food with their hands, it it just didn’t vibe right. Also, things were out of stock, and it just wasn’t run smooth.

I ask for room to be cleaned, it wasn't. Breakfast was bad. I ask about waffles and was told they're not doing waffles. There was no Friendly or Helpful Staff. We arrived at 3:30 and was told the room wasn't ready, but it was amazing at 4pm without anyone receiving any info the room became available at 4pm. There was VERY LIMITED SPACE for unloading your vehicle, I would not recommend or stay at this location, if it was FREE!!!

Room was good size. Closet door's side panel was broken. Breakfast wasn't great, they were running out of food & then we had to wait. When asked the staff, they were getting annoyed.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The sofa my son had to sleep on had a pile of powder substance on it and when we informed the front desk personnel, they said someone would be sent to clean it. The sofa still had not been cleaned when we returned, so we had to clean it ourselves. We also had to request towels multiple times and there was never anyone available to bring them to us. Overall, the hotel was fine, but their customer service and cleanliness was seriously lacking.

The room had a noticeable smoke smell and wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping could definitely be improved. There was also limited space and not much drawer or storage room for clothes. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. Breakfast was okay, though I wasn’t a fan of the paper plates. Another downside is that the hotel doesn’t really have a lobby or a proper driveway for valet parking.
