Don't expect a valet person out front, but parking is directly across from the hotel. They share parking with the Sonesta Hotel. It will cost almost $50 a day, however public parking per day is $45 and the closest one is a block away. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job everyday. Enjoyed the wines at Bar Vin. The location was perfect and my husband and I were able to walk to everything! WWII museum also in walking distance, Jackson Center, French Market, etc. Definitely wear your walking shoes! There's a lot to see and experience.

We stayed three nights at Hotel Mazarin while visiting the French Quarter with friends. Loved being able to walk to everything in the Quarter. Beds were comfortable and room was good. Enjoyed the hotel bar and courtyard. However, we were in room 511 on the corner of the top floor and turns out we were located right below the laundry facility. Very loud banging and scraping noises from the laundry most of the night and especially starting around 5:00am. We have a noise machine but it didn’t help with loud banging noises. I’m surprised they would put any guests in 510 or 511. The front desk attendant asked about my stay at checkout and when I started to describe the noise issues, she looked away and began acting as if someone in the back were trying to get her attention. Although the location was excellent, we would not stay here again. If you do stay, avoid those rooms!!

Lovely Stay. Came here for my 50th. It was on a side street off Bourbon. Although the location seemed close, we could not hear any noise from the outside. The hotel had access key entry at night which was great. The inside patio was peaceful and the bar was so comfortable and classy. In the day it was nice to go oppossite of Bourbon to all the shops, parks etc.

The hotel is very nice and I would stay again. Only issue is all the noise from Bourbon street

Convenient for bourbon street

Warm reception friendly and informative.

Located close to everything.

The property is very well located - no need to Uber for anything but airport and the distant plantations. Makes you feel like you are in the 1700s! Rooms are very nice and clean! Can’t wait to go back!

I liked the decor of the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, what was unbearable was the smell in our room. Even the hotel lobby smelled. We had to spray febreze multiple times a day to cope with the smell. The hotel staff said the smell is due to the heavy rain and was out of their control (which I understand) but the smell was truly awful and disgusting. Our clothing smelled just like our room, even the clothing still in the suitcase. Again I’m not sure if the hotel can do anything about the smell, but the smell was really bad.

Charming hotel in the middle of it all. I recommend this property to couples and those seeking rest and shopping options.

The staff was courteous, pleasant and very helpful and served the guests with a smile.

We stayed here about 7 years ago when the hotel was fresh and sparkled. It doesn’t appear they have kept it up since then. Run down, dirty, paint chipping off, musty, garbage smells, etc. Great location but we won’t come back. Next time we will stay in the arts/garden district.

This is a nice hotel. No, the rooms are not super fancy but they are nice for the price point! The bar and courtyard are very nice. Close to everything. I’d stay there again. Rather save money to spend on going out in NOLA.

Excellent

Had a great experience for my first time in New Orleans. Hotel was not even a block from bourbon st. Right in the middle of the French quarter.

I very much liked the ambience and the old world feel.

Great location, room was comfortable and updated. Hotel property is fine and the staff was helpful.

We liked everything about this hotel except the beds. They were very uncomfortable and made terrible noises whenever you moved or tried to get up. Great location, cute hotel, thumbs down on the beds.
