We stayed here about 7 years ago when the hotel was fresh and sparkled. It doesn’t appear they have kept it up since then. Run down, dirty, paint chipping off, musty, garbage smells, etc. Great location but we won’t come back. Next time we will stay in the arts/garden district.

This is a nice hotel. No, the rooms are not super fancy but they are nice for the price point! The bar and courtyard are very nice. Close to everything. I’d stay there again. Rather save money to spend on going out in NOLA.

Excellent

Had a great experience for my first time in New Orleans. Hotel was not even a block from bourbon st. Right in the middle of the French quarter.

I very much liked the ambience and the old world feel.

Great location, room was comfortable and updated. Hotel property is fine and the staff was helpful.

We liked everything about this hotel except the beds. They were very uncomfortable and made terrible noises whenever you moved or tried to get up. Great location, cute hotel, thumbs down on the beds.

The staff were all super friendly and the hotel was walking distance within a lot of great places to eat and drink!

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice quiet room with a beautiful courtyard. I will return.

Beautiful hotel located in French Quarter. Several courtyards in the hotel. There is valet parking for $50 a nite. Dining options within walking distance.

Friendly staff, clean room

Great place, older hotel but kept up well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location to all the French Qtr.

old french feel

Rude and Unfriendly Staff. Will not return

Staff were friendly and helpful on all requests. Hotel is in the French Quarter so expect a lot of noise during Mardi Gras; rooms overlooking the Courtyard experience heightened noise at certain times. Great location for touring all that the French Quarter and beyond has to offer and what NOLA is famous for. Not ideally suited for kids.

Beautiful hotel with old school charm. We got to sew the courtyard decorated for a wedding. Our room was on the second floor but had a beautiful brick patio complete with shrubs and greenery and a quaint table outside to enjoy the space. The buffet for breakfast was clean but basic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Liked the architecture & style. Comfy bed.

No microwave for a supposedly 4.5 star hotel, must pay 38.00 for parking, writing on walls, fridge was rusty inside, breakfast not included but is available for 25.00 each person.
