Property was in a great location of the French Quarter just a street over from Bourbon. Everything was easy to walk to. I felt safe that my car was safe in a parking garage instead of the street. Rooms were very nice with super comfortable beds. Location was close enough to bourbon but also far enough away that you were still able to sleep at night. Definitely would stay again.

Rustic diamond in the rough

Parking fees of $43 per night was not disclosed at booking or check-in. Valet messed with every button in the car. Room was nice. Staff was arrogant. Coffee station in the room, but no cream or sugar, and nothing to stir with. Security was good. I would have stayed again until I got hit with the parking fee at checkout.

They informed us upon arrival that they had limited housekeeping coverage due to covid. We checked in on Thursday and checked out that Monday. During that time we DID NOT receive any housekeeping. Our sheets were never changed, our beds were never made, our garbage was so piled up that our room began to smell. When we asked if we could just have someone take out our garbage, they said we had to do it ourselves due to covid. When we asked for additional linen, we were told they ran out of washcloths. We were very disappointed.

Very wonderful experience, staff was amazing and courteous. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful old hotel right off Bourbon Street. Interior courtyard is beautiful and hotel is quiet at night. Great staff and nice adjacent bar too.

A unique property well situated with a pleasant staff. I would definitely stay again.

Great place and location. Excellent staff and clean

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent. We will stay here again.

The Staff was the best and the hotel is excellent Location, Suites courtyards and cleanliness all are top notch. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

a first-class property in an excellent French Quarter location. The staff was noticeably friendly, helpful & competent. I've stayed in a number of Quarter hotels over the years, and this is the best of them.

We just got back from our honeymoon in New Orleans and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Hotel Mazarin. The hotel was beautiful and spotless, the complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, and the location was perfect. We were just steps away from Bourbon Street, but once on the hotel property you would never know it! It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we were within walking distance to just about everything! We are already talking about visiting New Orleans again and when we do we’ll absolutely be staying at Hotel Mazarin again!

The hotel ended up being very loud because there were two bars on the bottom floor, which were notaccessible from the courtyard area

Nice place right in the middle of the French Quarter, everything was a short walk away. Great Concierge!

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The concierges we dealt with were all so helpful. Solomon was just great helping in every capacity. The front counter staff were very helpful. Charming older hotel that is well maintained.

beautiful. rooms are gorgeous. Continental breakfast was the best i've had in a long time. Staff was super pleasant and friendly. Only small things to note; room was a little dusty, shave mirror had a broken base and base of one balcony door was chipped. That fountain keeps the courtyard nice and cool. It is around the corner from bourbon street so you will hear the party and street performers and the cars loud audio systems.

Courtyard was very nice! The breakfast was great, and all of the staff was super friendly!!
