All staff was so friendly and well manner and friendly
There were roaches in the room, and as we were leaving to check out, someone from the “front desk” called to “confirm my information and hacked my checking account.
Since covid the rooftop patio is closed and no breakfast. My room had to be changed because the couch had stains. And the next room they moved me too the water in the sink wouldn’t drain.
Understand in this world we live in today, but hated the bars were closed
Great room; great value for the price. unfortunately due to COVID - no coffee or breakfast available. Limited places to walk to for snacks/food at night. Convenient during the day to French Quarter. Near street car line.
Sadly it was at the end of Canal where there was a Large accident 1 yr. ago and the street is still closed so the streetcar doesn't run through.. It is rather close to the homeless under the freeway BUT we had Zero poblems walking around . The Staff were lovely, the City Is lovely!! The Breakfast is wonderful in the A>M>

Excellent choice !!! Great location, rooms and breakfast included !!
Bad neighborhood . Not as expected from description online
Great location, comfortable decor. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Nice location away from the hubbub of the Quarter.Roof top bar is a great place to visit and view the city. We had a handicapped room and found that the bathroom needed more shelf spare for toiletries and that there were minimal drawers for clothing in the room. Of course, like all hotels, more lighting would be nice
Very nice hotel. We noticed one of our rooms wasn’t cooling adequately after the first night. This was reported the next morning at 11. When we returned to our room at 5, nothing had been done to resolve the issue. An “engineer “ was sent to check the cooling ability and determined that we needed to turn the thermostat from 72 to 64. It is common knowledge that if a unit can’t cool down to 72, it sure can’t cool to 64. We were not offered another room. I know that the room didn’t cool because we had another room in our group that cooled down to 68. Room 210 was very humid and never cooled. We had to sleep on top of covers. The engineer then determined that our room was above the kitchen so that’s why it would not cool. He adjusted the direction of air blowing from the vents and left. We never saw him again.
The hotel is in a good location downtown. Trolley stop is close by to get to nearby places. Breakfast was available every morning.
Nice hotel close to downtown, you have to pay for the parking tho.
Never encountered a more friendlier staff. Outside streets appeared sketchy but no matter where you are in NOLA you’ll have to be careful. I felt safe being in the hotel because elevators also required a room key to access their floors. Next time I’m in NOLA I’ll definitely wanna stay here. Also, there is public parking right next to the hotel and it’s way cheaper than the hotel’s parking.
