Beautiful property and concept, it’s a shame it’s so run down

Location thats it! I arrived at the property to enter a room where they had left the prior guests under wear in the room ur wasnt clean air barely work i stayes in room 112! Then front desk advised me to go to another room for me and my guests to go take a bath that was currently out of order but you had to go down steps and climb up steps to do that! When they came to clean the room they took my shoes and purse thinking it waa the previous guests without confirming i was in a frantic! Oh and the pool area of course we want a late night swim but the front desk clerk was saying we have to have noise at a minimum i guess while conversing but if you are another race you can blast your guns and roses freely! They even threatening to call the cops we where at the pool conversing about buying property wow that conversation can get real heated!! Keep in mins u spent 450 a night for this room i was pissed!

The Staff and Service was excellent. The breakfast was good. Could have been better with fruit. The ambiance in the hotel breakfast room was great with Louis Armstrong paraphenalia etc. The actual rooms were a bit tired and could use a bit of updating. Be fore-warned that they allow smoking on outside tables, although not in the rooms themselves. I love the location 2 blocks off Bourbon Street.

Staff was wonderful. No elevator. Great location. Comfy beds but no maid service. Had to ask for towels.

Location excellent. Breakfast ordinary and repetitive.

Excellent location right in the heart of the French quarter

Very friendly staff, good location and quiet. The hot breakfast was a nice touch.

The property was really nice but, the Entire Staff was amazing .Anything you wanted they were right there going above and beyond .I highly recommend .

So charming, in the middle of French quarter, with lovely courtyard and old style. Staff outstandingly helpful.

Overall the Hotel is old which is understandable, bed sheets seemed to be clean but behind the bed in between headboard and mattress is very dirty.

I hate when you book a hotel and the rooms does not look at all like the pictures. I checked in a title early so front desk guy informed me I was been upgraded to a king bed. For my surprise the room was not in the main building but across the street. When we entered room it look old but spacious, my problem with this room was that it was on the Main Street. I went back to the front desk and they were able to changed me to other room that was not on the Main Street but this one also look very old, carpet had stains, room smelled weird and bathroom was not completely clean. In overall I didn’t like much this hotel, I also later find out that it was voted one of the hunted hotel in NOLA.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Close to everything. I wish it had more chose for breakfast.

The pictures on the website are misleading. Although the beds were clean the carpet was stained, dirty and smelly like old dust/mold. The walls also need a new painting job. Other than that the main entrance is beautiful and the staff is very nice.

friendly, helpful, roomy with plenty of NOLA charm. Rooms were large with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Only problem was that the heat pump filters hadn't been cleaned, and spewed out blackish material. Location is good for walking all over the French Quarter. When we complained about the soot, they moved us to a larger suite for the same price; we appreciated that!

loved my time at the St Pierre, the staff was great, helped us with every concern, from directions, best local fare restaurants, and changing our room due to the noise outside our room window. It is close to everything in the Quarter, we could walk everywhere.

The hotel is cute, VERY OLD (which we were ok with), but unbelievably dusty. We asked to change rooms because we just couldn’t fathom all the dust, and the new room they placed us in was just as bad. There was a cardigan from the previous guests still left in the closet, a used fork by the bed, and caked on dust on the ceiling fan. It’s nothing like the pictures either. Also, we had two room charges that weren’t from us. The staff was friendly, but the rooms are just awful. Do yourself a favor, don’t stay here :/

I had a really nice time. I love the antique feel to the furniture , it was super clean and staff were delightful, very helpful. I just wish there were at least one option of fruits at breakfast.

Nice location a few blocks from Bourbon street. Tiny room on ground floor. A few cobwebs &for some reason we keep sliding on the floors! Not great for 70+folk. Otherwise this was a nice little hotel with 2 small pools. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Don't know about some of the negative reviews, I'd return here! Breakfast is typical of hotel inc breakfast.

Simple, nice, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a hotel while you visit Nola.

Anonymous, Thank you for the 4 out of 5 rating. I am so pleased you like our property. Our hotel is made up of 13 historic carriage house, the oldest dating back to the late 1700's. We are authentic French Quarter and come with our quirks.

ArizonaRose58, Thank you for posting a review of your great stay at our hotel. It is wonderful to read about the excellent service provided to you by our staff. We love that you enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel, the daily complimentary hot breakfast and of course out perfectly located historic property. We will look into the guest room that you had for any upgrades that we can do. I apologize if you smelled cigarette smoke in or around your room, I know in the outside rooms it is easier for odors to get inside the room. We appreciate you sharing your experience about us online and look forward to your next stay with us soon.

Thank you for the feedback on your recent stay and the kind words about the staff. We 're happy that you enjoyed the comfy beds but regret that you received no housekeeping service. Please know that this will be addressed immediately. Our historic 2 story property doesn't have an elevator so please accept my sincere apology if this was an inconvenience for you. We hope you return to the St. Pierre so that we may provide you with the excellent all-around service we know you deserve.
