Loved how close it was to the action but still quiet. Really enjoyed the pool in courtyard. Obviously it is an old building but a good value for the room and location. Would definitely stay here again.

Ms. Elaine was very delightful and helpful. The hotel had a mysterious yet inviting atmosphere. Things to improve on would be having better window coverage and WiFi connectivity. Also having a small fridge in the room would help.

I liked daily housekeeping, I think the building is very well-updated for its age and maintained history. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice, parking was tricky to find but nice to have once we found it.

It’s a nice quaint place to stay, but keep in mind it’s more like a house than a hotel. There is only one regular door separating you from the other room. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying and doing. We had to keep our TV on at all times to drown them out and prevent them from hearing everything we were saying as well. It was just a little awkward.

Always Enjoy it Here

Always enjoy our stay here. Clean, comfortable, feels safe but yet in the heart of the French Quarter. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a true NOLA hotel and not a chain. Walking distance to so much and the staff are always so pleasant.
