Dirty. Can’t even stay. Move to the other hotel. Wasted money. Because they don’t let you cancel your book.

Stayed Sat. through Tues. the room was clean enough (although the carpet was not a very nice color). My main complaint is with the hot water. There wasn't much of it. I believe we got 5-8 minutes of hot water per day and for two people, that just wasn't enough. Disappointing.

It was a rustic hotel, was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The best french coffee shop around the corner. There was no breakfast. Coffee was all that is offered. I don't like the fact that in print breakfast is offered and in gact when i asked they kind of laughed...

great stay for a great price. staff is kind and efficient

It's a great old building. Not fancy but comfortable

The air conditioning in the rooms would not keep up or was not set properly. There is mold on the vents. There was no in room thermostat, only a on/off switch. I had to ask twice about the air and no one could confirm the temperature of any thermostat. After no help I checked out and cancelled the rest of my stay.

Pros: Location, somewhat affordable, staff were kind Cons: Old building (molds in the bathroom and in various corners of the room)' the smoke alarm went off non-stop from 8 am-9 am, short-staffed at the front desk' no view of the city (windows faced towards neighbors, had no idea what the weather was like outside); computer downstairs is non-working (even the staff didn't know how to turn it on); no elevator; lighting is very poor/dim when you go up the stairs and in the hallway - the staircase was very narrow and the carpet is dark black/blue, I was afraid I would trip and fall!

No air conditioning, no amenities, door lock was broken, slow service, no parking, and we got a boot where we did park on top of paying a $60 parking ticket

Friendly staff, everyone was great. Seemed all other guests enjoyed it too.

Dirty room, holes in walls, standing water in shower, cockroaches

The building was beautiful the staff was great. Everything on the website was incorrect my room had nothing it said it would. The only reason I stayed is the staff.

The women Avery at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! She told us a really good spot to eat!

Stayed in the St. Philip suite 4/4-4/7/2019. The toilet in the master would not flush on arrival. I called the front desk on numerous occasions and even walked to the desk. It was never repaired on my entire stay. The suite was clean and location was great. This place could be gorgeous with minimal maintenance upkeep. Window blind cords broken, dresser drawer pulls off on two stands. Balcony was perfect.

Great place rooms were really nice and clean staff super friendly and helpful and the bed was amazing really comfortable . No hot water issues. Over all I would most definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at the Chateau Hotel!! Miss Vicki and Daryl took care of our every needs. The rooms were quaint and clean. Everything you expect in the French Quarters!!! Can't wait for a return visit!
