Very moldy , our room was unclean every day even after housecleaning there were papers, dust and crumbs in the floor. This is the last time. Our room did not have any windows and the noise and disrespect from all the guests drunk in the middle of the night was horrible. This hotel lacks serious supervision and it’s extremely unhealthy for guests to stay there due to the huge humidity and mold problem they have. Our clothes smell like mold. What a horrible waste of money . We are more tired than rested and this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life .

I went for a wedding and booked the Chateau. Hotel was great. 2 blocks from Lafittes and Borbon Street and 3 blocks from the French Market. Great place to stay if you don't want to deal with the rowdiness of Borbon Street. Very quiet and chill area. My room was a little small, but I knew it would be going it since I booked a petite room. It didn't bother me since it was just myself staying there. Enough space for just one person. The bathroom very spacious and modern. My only complaint if I have one is that housekeeping came a little earlier than expected. They were knocking at 9:30 am, seemed a little early and it would've been nice if it was an hour or so later. But after night 1 I realized to put the do not disturb sign and wasn't bothered again. But they cleaned the room and got fresh towels every day, which isn't necessarily the case anymore with a lot of hotels. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very good location. In the middle of the attraction, close to restaurants, music and food. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure is excellent. The coffee machine in the room is very handy. We didn’t need one but just to let you know there is no fridge in the room. We stayed at first level, it has high ceilings

After booking the room, I received a text asking for my credit card information so the hotel would have it on file. I called the hotel and they told me that if I filled it out, I needed to cancel my card. They said it was a “glitch” in the system. This hotel has no amenities. Not even a Coke machine. The bathroom has a pedestal sink with nowhere to put any toiletries. I felt like I was roughing it the entire time. Three other couples in our party experienced and felt the same way. Beware of this property. The photos look charming, but the charm is quickly outweighed by the lack of amenities/space. Not to mention their unethical billing practices.

Small rooms. Very small bathroom. Staff is professional and accommodating. Security of hotel is good. Hole in towel. Low grade toiletries in bathroom. Way over priced for value of room. Stairs for getting to some rooms is very steep and not handicap accessible to rooms.

We were put in room 102. This property had some positives: friendly desk staff, great location, room itself was large, housekeeping efficient. However...room smelled musty. Bathroom was very dated and run down and it was an accessible shower so there were no places to store toiletries. Lack of outlets. Very noisy room, right on the courtyard, people sitting and talking right outside the window.
