Everything was perfect and nothing needed to be change at all. No concerns!
Everyone was very nice. From check in to check out I had no problems during our 4 night stay. I never once was approached to buy or attend any time share talks. Reading reviews I was ready for it. It never happened. When you check in they will ask you to stop at concierge desk once you get settled in for your welcome packet. I think because I didn’t stop at the concierge for a welcome packet it was easily avoided. It’s also in a very convenient location. I would stay here again.
Really nice and spacious condo in a perfect location!
Very nice right there in the mess of downtown And delightful restaurants
The staff could not find my booking at the beginning, even though I have showed him my booking recipt. His attitude was not nice as if it was my fault. It took him a while to find my booking. The room was okay except that there was no window. A staff persuaded us to attend a 90 min presentation (we were told that the presentation was about Wyndham hotel), and we could have a free buffet breakfast. So we joined. On the next day, we arrived there on time at 10am, and there was no breakfast. The staff said the breakfast will be served after the 90min presentation. And at 10:25am the presentation haven't started yet.
After checking in, the clerk told me to grab my "Welcome" package from the concierge at the next desk. Not quite sure what this was, I spoke to the concierge, and this flirty girl behind the desk told me "I'm going to take good care of you". She then came around the desk with a magazine, opened it up and started circling points of interest on the map. After a few minutes of this, she asked me if I was married. I told her that was an odd question, and she began to explain that she could get me a $125 gift card. Then, the light suddenly went off. SHE'S TRYING TO SELL ME A TIMESHARE!!! I couldn't believe I got suckered in. She was very insistent that I go listen to a one-hour presentation to earn my gift card. I told her I had no interest and that my time was more valuable than that. She went on to say that most people didn't actually buy and that she would get in trouble if I didn't. I politely, but angrily excused myself, went to my room, and got ready for my meetings. A timeshare pitch as part of a hotel check-in?!?! Really?!?!?
