A 200 year old inn that is in steps of the trolley that will take you a place you would want to go in Nola...

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Andrea. I’m deaf and she didn’t know sign language which wasn’t a problem. She had patience and made sure my stay was enjoyable.

Very cool spot in a quieter area within walking distance to endless attractions in the garden district and French Quarter. It was hard to leave

Andrea was very knowledgeable and personable at the front desk. Victoria and Kevin helped provide restaurants to go to. Breakfast provided by Annie was entertaining, especially for a life long New Orleans resident.

Everything was unique. Loved the mansion and the choice of items decorating my room.

I liked that the property was 180 years old. Lots of history. Convient to St Charles St. Lots of restraunts and public transportation.

The location was convenient to the streetcar to get Uptown or to the Quarter. The hotel was so colorful and cute and the room was nice and cool. Breakfast offerings were extensive and water/tea were available 24/7 and the staff were all very nice. There is a great vegan restaurant on the next block and had a very neighborhood feel. Parking was convenient and free! My only complaint was the wifi didn't give a signal, but other than that it was a perfect stay! I am definitely recommending this hotel to friends who are looking for a great experience while visiting New Orleans!!

Creole Gardens was a pleasure to stay at. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the parking was free which is rare in NOLA. We especially loved the vegan restaurant called Seed across the street!

Convenient to streetcar stop and food. Unique not a generic "hotel" experience. Quiet, relaxed, comfortable experience with personable staff!

Very good location for visiting much of New Orlean, the included breakfast was always excellent, the rooms were comfortable, if a bit over the top 'shabby sheik', the bathrooms were old and could use an upgrade. The fountain in the courtyard, while nice, was loud as we were trying to sleep, as it was right outside our door.

We loved our stay at Creole Gardens! It was such a unique and beautiful place! The staff was fantastic! Plus, the delicious breakfast in the mornings was something we looked forward to every day! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful old mansion that has been turned into a quaint hotel. Our room was decorated as if it was the boudoir of a lady of the evening in old New Orleans. It just added to the experience of being in NO!

We had a delightful stay. The kitchen and front desk staff are wonderful. Pleasant, helpful, professional. Breakfast was the best meal of the day and we looked forward to it. Beds and sheets were clean and very comfortable. Only complaint regarding the stay was the dirty floors in our room. Great location, trolleys a huge bonus.

Like going to visit family. Inviting staff, great home cooked breakfast! Had a great stay..see you next year!

The hotel is very nicely decorated: airy, colorful, with a lovely courtyard with a fountain. The music venue means you don't have to travel for entertainment, but they also end their evenings early so you can get some sleep. They provide a hot breakfast as well as many cold options, and the staff is warm and friendly. My room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have an easy chair to sit in, but it was right for the price.

Most relaxing place to stay in New Orleans. Very pet friendly, warm staff. Go see Queen Annie at the Road House on Friday evenings, next door. Great location.

This place is a dump .No handy cap help at all , none .As a native of New Orleans , I should have known better , but all the ratings were great ! Very poor area with a high crime rate . Let's start with the room , small , no seating other than two hand made stools of bare boards . A/C was an old window unit , the noise was just too much .Our room overlooked a trash yard from " hotel " construction .Then there was the bath ,you could hardly get into the bathroom the door was so small , neither of us are large . As an aside the ice machine made about two glasses of ice at a time .( there were no glasses , just cups )

very enjoyable. breakfast was always a bit different and well prepared. rooms a bit small but quite manageable. outside courtyard pleasant to take a break and relax.

Walking distance from just about anything, food, drinks, and shopping. Great people, loved staying there. Would definitely recommend and if I ever go back to New Orleans I will definitely stay there again.
