I liked how close it was to everything like not too far away from Bourbon Street a n d a lot of other spots

Check in process was very delayed and I didn’t get the room they said we were going to get. No explanation given

No Free continental breakfast for the price you pay and no microwave in the rooms have to go down stairs by the front desk to use the microwave

The ladies at the front desk are amazing. I didn’t like my room and I was moved to a better room. They have such great customer service. The woman that worked in the executive lounge was not very attentive.

Large trendy scented lobby, perfect location and short walk to Canal St. , friendly attentive staff & well maintained hallways / modern rooms. Wi-Fi is an additional charge which is ridiculous for any hotel! This is a basic amenity in the 21st century. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be staying at another Hilton property on my next trip.

This is a perfectly fine hotel, but nothing special. After booking we realized we could have gotten a place with a rooftop pool in the same area for the same price. That's what we'd go with next time. The front desk staff was excellent but the cleaning and maintenance staff seemed pretty uninterested. One day the forgot to clean our room, the next they didn't give us any new soap or shampoo, the third day the bed was made so badly that we just ended up redoing it because everything was falling off. We also had a broken tile in our room that maintenance was supposed to come repair and never did.

The bell hops and doormen were very nice and helpful, but as far as staff goes that’s all I can say was good about the hotel. The housekeeping was running late and he couldn’t check in until hours after the check in time, and the manager in duty was not apologetic or accommodating. Housekeeping did not clean our room each night and the hotel did not have shampoo for our rooms. The room was clean and comfortable when we checked in but there was no maintenance in between. I was unimpressed with the hotel and will be staying somewhere else next time we visit.

Location, simplicity of finding our way back after a long day of site seeing

Had a heating/air conditioning issue for a couple of days and then it was fixed. There is only 1 chair in the room. For 2 people that is not optimal, we had to sit on the bed which is not the best for your back. Bathroom was not clean to my liking, black on the toilet rim, kind of gross. Nice restaurant and bar. Location was great, able to catch the street cars right by the hotel. Great work out facility.

When we got to our room, there was a dirty towel in the bathtub drenched in what I am hoping was water, along with a dirty footprint on it and that was tracked throughout the bathroom floor. Called for someone to come finish cleaning and it took over an hour for someone to come. Meanwhile we had three of us that needed to use the shower and it completely messed up our timed plans. Also, we found random safety pins on the floor in the room.

Hotel has a funny smell when you walk into the lobby. The pillows had absolutely no support which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Great customer service. Excellent staff and location.

Bathroom fixtures, room phone, refrigerator, and entry light all busted. Bathroom backed up from a liquid flush.
