Wonderful time hotel staff was very kind Room was clean and comfortable

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful to all our needs. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You could walk anywhere from the hotel feeling safe. Loved everything about our stay!

Amazing staff to help guide you around this amazing city. Executive lounge was great and so was the gym. Rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely return.

Great place to stay, loved the morning breakfast bar

The Hotel is conveniently located near most attractions and on the parade route so we only had to step out of our room to enjoy Mardi Gras. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool was a nice option for the kids. I found the staff very friendly amd helpful. The restaurant on site (Luke) was excellent.

One of the challenges of visiting New Orleans is finding a quiet, clean and well run hotel that's in a good location. This one fits the bill.

Decent hotel. Decent location. On the 2nd night of our stay, the phone kept ringing every 30 minutes or so which was annoying. No answer, just dead air. Got over billed for valet. Was told charge was per day instead of what is listed on my Orbitz itinerary (per night) and the sign by the valet station. Needless to say, I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Someone at the desk informed that WiFi is only for the preferred customers, maybe is wrong..

Had stayed two nights on canal and the noise was just to much. Moved to Hilton on St. Charles and was immediately impressed with how helpful the staff was in getting settled in to our room. Great room service and quiet, comfortable rooms. Added plus was the convenience of the nearby bars and restaurants in the warehouse district. Its also just around the corner from Mothers breakfast spot and NOLA institution. Would highly recommend.

The room and location was fantastic for walking around. Very comfortable, clean, and all. Unfortunately, the food locations weren't quite as easily accessed -- unless you want to pay dearly! The hotel restaurant(s) are expensive.

Nice Hotel but I expected more from the Hilton. The front desk staff were rude and acted as if I were bothering them. I wanted a coke and the only machine I found in the hotel was in the basement next to the pool. I didn't have any one dollar bills so I went to the front desk for change. At first they flat out refused and then they asked me why I needed it! I told them it was for the coke machine and they both said that they didn't have one in the hotel. I said I had just seen one by the pool and they said oh yeah we always forget about that one. I finally was able to get some change from them but my goodness should it have been that difficult?! The toilet in the room was slow to flush and the sink was slow to drain. The bathroom door did not lock. I've had nicer rooms and better service at much less expensive hotels.

Worst stay ever... You could hear the loud pluming... Had to wait 20 min. on my room and another 10 on the elevator... Had to pay for parking lot $40 dollars... Would not go back.. :(

hotel exceeded expectations wonderful, professional, service

This was our first time at this hotel and have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. It was in a great location, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. When we got to the room, it was bigger than we had expected or experienced in other hotels in the area. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next trip to NOLA.

Very clean and comfortable hotel that offers good service and is close to French Quarter and other New Orleans attractions.

Fugget about it. Not too shabby of a place. I bought the parking package from "eat, chew, ...", which was not honored at this HillTonABricks. The valet guy was super rude about it and unhelpful. Street parking was easy though.

Getting in late and heading out for cruise the next morning, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was lovely And the bed very comfortable. The staff got us breakfast and out the door to the ship very easily and efficiently. Thanks!

Stayed here with my daughter while visiting Tulane. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and location was great. close proximity to French quarter, but no noise from it for sleeping at night, and right off the trolley tracks for easy transportation.

Great location for Mardi Gras, right on parade route. Close to the quarter but quiet enough to sleep at night. Amenities etc. are average but definitly worth the price for the location

nicely located very convenient all around good experience
