The motel and its staff are absolutely great -- facilities are very well-kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cars can be parked in the spaces well off the street, and Uber-Lyft cars are never far away. There's a terrific cafe 3-5 minutes away on foot for breakfasts. The immediate neighborhood may not be safe after dark (as are many parts of New Orleans), but we adjusted our logistics and felt perfectly fine. I would definitely stay there again with no concerns.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Very easy location to get uber. In a lower income neighborhood but that didn't affect the visit. Carol was very kind, helped fulfill our requests. Can't beat the rates!

When I first pulled in I was ready to cancel and go to another hotel but Carol made us feel very comfortable staying. They should have more help. Stairs are very slippery (my friend slipped and fell down them)

There is a bus 28 across the street which can take you to French Quarter or Garden District. The location is quiet at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a good budget hotel which is quite close to the tourist area.

A clean place to sleep in what feels as a safe location. Telephone and internet, and basic room facilities in working condition.

The staff was awesome! This is not fancy but a very comfortable place to stay! Will definitely revisit here!

The hotel staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and pleasant. The rooms however need a lot of improvement, everything is old or stained and cheaply repaired and its not a "nice room by any means." The room smelt clean but was immaculately clean. It certainly isn't bad to the point of not even wanting to stay there, no roaches or bugs. But its one of those rooms that you use just to shower and sleep, not the kind of room you want to kick back and relax in. Definitely need to do some refurbishing and improvements to the room but you get what you pay for so if your looking for a place to sleep and shower close to the main city districts for a cheap price, this is a good place for you. If you're looking for something nicer you're gonna have to spend a little more. However I highly doubt the staff will accommodate you at another hotel the way they do at this one.

Large nice clean room, no frills which is just what we wanted. Friendly staff. Bus/trolley stop right around the corner so no need to drive and pay for parking downtown. Parking inside the gated area is very limited but plenty of parking outside.

There is not always an attendant there. We did get coffee in the morning, that is a plus. One of the rooms had some kind of a bug, bit little boy on both legs about 10 times each. It is all gone by now. It happened only on first night. Smelled like pine sol, but did not get worse after two days. Only one chair, no table. Looks neww, except bathtub, and bathroom floor.

As far as motels and hotels near the French Quarter go, this is the best bang for your buck. Fees and tax included I paid $80 for a Saturday night, then paid $7 for a Lyft ride to Bourbon St and $7 later that night for a Lyft ride back to the motel. So in total I spent $94 whereas if I got a hotel on bourbon(or very close proximity) it would have cost me much more. The room was clean, and it was the nicest "motel" I've stayed in. Comfortable beds, no complaints. The check in was fast and easy, the gentleman at the desk was extremely nice and I will 100% stay here next time I come to the French Quarter.

The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful. She made our stay at the hotel awesome.

I stayed there for five nights, and I consider the hotel to be of average service

I had medical problems and needed a place to rest and recover while I was visiting my son who lives a mile from the motel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Small fridge, microwave, and nice size tv in the room. Free wifi. Free parking. Well lighted area at night with cameras giving a feeling of security. Sometimes the office was closed while they tended other duties, but a call would get an immediate response. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The motel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and my husband and I felt safe. Perfect for a layover. It's fairly close to the French Quarter and downtown. Limited parking though.

Not far from the arena and downtown New Orleans the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable and down side is the office doesn't stay open 24 hours so if you lose your key you have to call the off site manager near by overall I recommend this hotel just bring a hair dryer they don't furnish one

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not far from French quarter. Distance was 3.5 miles by uber I was there for the Jazz festival. Rooms were hard to find this was a jewel. Loved the quite

Location is terrible! No one was in the office when we checked in/out...had to call for help. The room/bathroom was dirty and uninviting. Would be embarrassed to admit I stayed here.

Stayed in New Orleans for a night. Location is close to where we wanted to go. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room is okay, but it is old looking. Bathroom had hair from previous guest. So that was nasty. I would stay again just with a cleaner bathroom.

When we visit New Orleans we don't spend a lot of time in the room. So for the money you really can't beat it. My wife and I took an Ubar everywhere which only cost about $8. Good luck finding a place to park for that cheap. By the way most hotels closer to downtown charge $35 a day for valet parking. Unless your some high roller if your looking for affordable and smart. Crescent Palms was clean and efficient.

My New Orleans "go to" lodging because it's "simply N'Awlins." The ownership and staff are SO hospitable. And I love the outdoor lounging areas.
