Nice modern hotel. Nice rooftop area with very small pool but good view and cocktails. Lounge/breakfast area is lovely with good menu selection.Only had brunch in main restaurant and it was very good.

The hotel itself was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. That being said, we were getting married during our stay. No special attention was done that day or during our week stay. It was a little disappointing. Please make sure to highlight special life events. It makes all the difference between a good hotel and a fantastic hotel.

Love the vibe and aesthetic of the hotel. Staff were extremely nice throughout. The issue we had was with the room itself - the first night the TV and phone did not work - the second night the air conditioning went out. When we left the following morning, I let the front desk know about the air conditioning issue as well as the fact that the phone still did not work and asked them to please sort it out before we returned that afternoon. Upon our return, nothing had been done and we had to wait an additional 2 hours and two trips to the front desk to get a new room. While I understand that things happen, I do think that this should have been corrected sooner.

Lovely place with a unique design
The hotel was really good and the design is sticking and memorable. At times I felt that not all the staff was that friendly. The location is good if you like a bit of walking and want to avoid the crazy French Quarters
