No frills inn, but great location. Small room but the courtyard was a nice bonus area that felt private.

Historic property with a quaint feel. Rooms are small but well maintained. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

This property had a lot of character which I loved. There are no elevators so our room was on the third floor and my travel mate did not like that

The property was very quaint. It was old, but appeared to be well cared for. My room was across the street, the courtyard was beautiful, and it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy had the weather been more cooperative. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, when you could find them, the desk was not manned 24-hours, there was a phone to the neighboring hotel, but the phone did not always pick up. Housekeeping was challenging, the room was cleaned daily, but clean towels were a challenged, one day, none were provided, one day, was missing hand towels and bath mat, it was very sporadic. Hot water was basically non-existent, even after calling and making a complaint, I got warm at best, and that was after letting it run for 10 minutes. The bathroom fan was extremely loud as was the room heat/AC unit.

Great location, room was also great for just one! Air conditioning was a bit noisy at night but that’s my only complaint. Will definitely recommend this hotel along with staying there again in the future

Loved the location. Staff were exceptional. We will be back.

We loved our stay at the Inn on St. Ann. It's close to everything in the French Quarter, but in an area that isn't extremely busy. We had one of the rooms off the courtyard and it was lovely and surprisingly quiet. The room was a little small, but that is to be expected in an old building and it was part of the charm. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed staying at this upgraded hotel built in 1830. Short pleasant stroll to french market , Armstrong park and frenchman street. If you want to feel New Orleans year 1900. This place will suit you.

Great location, pleasant staff, a little noisy as it IS in the French Quarter and other guest comes home at all times of the night and parking is of course a challenge like everywhere in the area, but we enjoyed it and will be beck for sure!

lOMG, we could not sleep at all. Our room was the nearest the street. almost all night street and other room people was noisy because of drinking. we left in 2 days. we moved to other place. we learned a lot. it was our mistake too.

Great hotel, close to Bourbon street! Excellent staff. Rooms very comfortable!!

I loved my stay! Felt like I was living in the 1800’s but modernized! The staff was amazing! Totally recommend it!!

Anytime a hotel/inn was built in 1830, it is historical with small rooms. But in New Orleans you don't spend much time in your room, there is too much to do and experience in The Big Easy. Bed was great and very comfortable, bathroom quite small but modern. Location is great for walking. One-half block to Armstrong Park and the Rampart Trolley line that connects to all other trolleys to pretty much go everywhere. We would stay here again.

A perfect place to celebrate a birthday..The Inn on St.Ann has the most comfortable beds..the rooms have high ceilings and black out shades..perfect for sleeping in..
